Fantastic experience: Mohammed is such a great guy first of all and then an amazing instructor. I’ve had 6 different instructors and I can tell you that I can spot a good one when I see them. Mohammed is nothing short of a patient, brilliant, and calm headed instructor. He brushed off my rough edges with only 8 lessons in total. Fantastic experience: Mohammad helped my pass my test quickly with good instruction kept me aware of my strengths while giving me the tools to improve on my weaknesses. From lesson 3 I felt like a confident driver and from there I just needed to get good enough to pass the test which I did in no time at all. Mohammad is experienced with the various test routes and the examiner mindset and did well to position me so that I was fully aware of what I'd have to do when test came about. Safiul honed my skills and boosted my confidence. He is very experienced and his style of teaching allows you to drive diverse cars without the need of reference marking for bay/parallel parking. His observation on my trial day was spot on as he knew what I had to work towards in order to pass the test. Fantastic experience: I was learning with Red around Hither Green but my regular instructor was unable to do the test with me. I managed to get a test at West Wickham and Prompt Driving School did a few lessons before the test with me and took me to the test. The instructor Shafiul was excellent, calm and friendly, but also thorough and helped me to fix any problems in my driving. I passed at West Wickham and would 100% recommend Prompt.

Shafiul Alam is one of the best instructors I’ve had, he is calm and patient which is the best personality a driving instructor should have. I only had one lesson with him and a mock test but he is a really good instructor. He knew I would pass my test and I did. I’m grateful I had Shafiul as my instructor because not only was he my driving instructor but he always gave me some very wise advice and we had good conversations whilst driving. The instructor was good at figuring out my weak points and modified each lesson accordingly. He also helped me familiarise with test area and tricky spots around test center. He made sure I regained my confidence after earlier failed attempts with other driving school and helped me practice each of these items so well that I was able to pass my test with Mohammed and prompt driving school in their first attempt.

He is very professional and knows what he is doing. Before coming to Prompt driving school I had another instructor who would always yell and tell me I would never pass and that I would need over 70 hours or more to pass.
