Fantastic experience: Passed my CAT C with Chevron, from start to finish I cannot fault them. I had Les as my instructor, she was thorough....friendly....and clear with her training, very knowledgeable women and a asset to their company. I would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: Just passed my Class 1 test this week and the training I received from Chevron was first class all the staff make you feel comfortable which takes a lot of the nerves away. Just an extra shout out to my trainer Oz if you listen to his training there's no reason you won't pass first time explains everything for you as you go he's a credit to Chevron.

Fantastic experience: After starting my CE training at another company and not getting a good level of service with 2 failed attempts at the 3B road test. I decided to reach out to chevron to continue my training. After a 1 hour assessment it was determined they could fix my driving with only 4 hours of training. I managed to pass my CE test first time with there training. Would definitely recommend, also there truck's are very nice and smooth to drive. They also have a speed limiter which is handy around Wales with all the new 20mph limits!

Fantastic experience: Passed my Class 2 with Chevron, with only 1 minor fault. Superb tuition from the instructors, and great service from the admin staff. On my second day of tuition, 10 mins into the lesson, we had to return to the training centre as white van man had reversed into my car whilst it was parked outside (not anything to do with Chevron). The incident was witnessed by Chevron staff, who kept the driver there until I returned, and even offered him reversing lessons! I hope he takes them up on the offer! More importantly and far beyond what I could have expected, my lesson was rearranged so that I did not lose out on my training hours. They did not have to do that, but they did. Amazing customer service, from a real down to earth professional bunch of instructors. If you want to learn from the best, get in touch with Chevron. Thankyou all for helping me to get back on track.

Positive experience: The training and office staff are excellent - full of common sense and helpful tips, designed to ensure you're a safe and competent driver in real life, as well as able to pass the test first time. I've only knocked off a star because I don't think the frontline staff get enough management support, so it felt like they were just left to get on with it. To be fair, they improvised and worked around problems very well, but old vehicles in less than ideal condition nearly cost me my test, when a tyre was declared unfit by my examiner, then the same bus broke down on my re-arranged test the next day. As I say, nothing the training staff could do, and despite going through a takeover, the vehicles provided by management or owners should be up to scratch. Overall, a very good training experience - the right mix of informal advice and regulation stuff, but slightly let down by rather 'laissez faire' management.

Fantastic experience: When the rules changed and you can go straight to driving a HGV from a car I looked around for a good training company, Chevron kept coming up. To go from a car to a HGV was scary but the very professional team at Chevron take you through every step of the way. I had never even been in a HGV let alone driven one yet with the trainer assigned to me four days later I passed first time my Class 1, thank you so much Chevron it was an awesome experience.

Negative experience: Don't go to this company for ADR training, absolutely useless, you are waiting so long for your results. The training isn't the best either.

Fantastic experience: I would like to Thank everyone at chevron training,from day one I felt at ease and comfortable from the trainers to the office staff (Thank you Tracy for sorting my theory & hazard plus training days) very friendly place to train for my class 1 C&E , Would like to make a special mention to Chris my trainer, wow was he up against it from day one (55 year old trainee with so many bad habits from car to class 1) ha ha, but he was great very patient help me so much made me feel at ease relaxed he was great Thank You! Can not recommend Chevron Training enough, me and my brother both first time pass with Chevron Training .

Fantastic experience: From the Intial phone call to the Practical C+E test, Chevron have been amazing. Booking the theory, Reversing + coupling & practical training + test made easy, Thank you Tracy. Good to meet you Harry, one of the other instructors there. Everyone is lovely and I felt at ease immediately. Thank you to Nick for the Reversing + Uncoupling/Coupling training, and a big Thank you to Chris for getting me through the Practical training, and a First time Pass as of yesterday morning in the pouring down rain, and also a Thank you to the examiner Ian for helping me to relax at the very start of the test, this was crucial. Fantastic experience: Where to begin….from the very first phone call to make an inquiry for car to C+E, the ladies in the office were friendly and informative. They booked medical and all theory tests ( can not praise enough) checked all paperwork prior to sending to Swansea - and generally made you feel at home. Chris then instructed on reverse and uncouple, recouple prior to test. Thanks Chris. Nick and Harry are gentlemen - with the driving experience they have - they are superb instructors, who again make learning - not only educational but enjoyable. I passed today and the whole experience has been exceptional, feel like I’ve made new friends. Thank you to all at Chevron, I will always applaud quality service.

Fantastic experience: Today I passed my category D practical driving test and it was all down to the first class instructors I had (Nick and Harry) who were so professional, helpful and supportive throughout each lesson. It's also brilliant that the lessons are on a one to one basis. If anyone is considering learning to drive large vehicles then honestly there's no need to look any further than Chevron.

Fantastic experience: Absolutly Amazing Experience! I'd usually never say that when spending money but the wonderful service I received from start to finish overshadowed everything else. From having 17 hours training in 7 months elsewhere in Stoke, I decided to finally break away from an awful training school and whilst on holiday in Prestatyn I had booked in with Chevron and passed my Class One, within 5 training hours. So so pleased with my instructor Chris and his help was just bang on, I couldnt have done it without him. Thanks to you all for helping me pass but more importantly, getting my training back on track and putting the positivity back into my new career. You've been literally amazing x Thank you x

Fantastic experience: Great team working there from Claire in the office who was very efficient with getting everything organised from Mod 4 to the accommodation for the few nights needed. My instructor was Nick who was very calming and made me aware of points of interest and tricky spots on test routes. If I decide to upgrade to Class 1 I'll be sure to come back here without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: Today was the day I passed my Class 1 test with no minors!! I know I was the one driving but from start to finish with Chevron they've been a 5 star service. From making the initial phone call to passing my test in which they were over the moon. I had Geoff who got me the pass for my reversing exercise but then had Harry as my 4 days training instructor. I couldn't fault him one bit, his instructions were clear, his recommendation for a lunch stop was fantastic, he was a down to earth guy with fantastic knowledge. I can't thank him enough for all the work put into making me have the result of today! The office ladies are lovely and even the boss wished me a good luck before my test and a congrats after. If your looking at going with anyone go with these!

Fantastic experience: As yet, I've not enrolled with Chevron. However I have now sent off to the DVLA for my provisional license. Chevron has been recommended to me by 4 shunter and road hauler drivers where I work as an flt driver. Chevron have been successful in helping a candidate pass on their first time there who had failed at other locations. My hope is to attend at Chevron right from the start of my lgv/hgv training and to pass first time!

Fantastic experience: Doing my Class 2 was such an enjoyable experience and I can highly recommend using these for any training they offer! Jeff was my instructor and he was fantastic, he was patient, informative, reassuring and any time I made a mistake on he would always put me right but he was constructive about it and it worked, I passed first time. Everyone who works here was interested on my progress, all the other instructors asked how I was getting on, how I was feeling before my test and everyone I saw after my test, office staff included, were truly happy I had passed. I will be using them again for my CPC course and if I got for my Class 1 this will be the only place I use!

Fantastic experience: First time Pass Class one ( C+E) truly 1st class and professional training at its best.This school has got to be in the top 5 in the country.After a nightmare getting Class 2 (C) at a Merseyside school I made the choice to choose Chevron which I had on my short list for my class C but made a bad move and didn’t go to them.They are a truly amazing outfit.Clean ,modern vehicles maintained to a very high standard. Negative experience: Although I failed my previous PCV test with only 6 faults, they wanted to charge me excess £1075 for extra training I didn’t need. Wouldn’t recommend to those who want a fair assessment. Bus is also very old and with bad brakes. Update - I went to another training centre a week later in Manchester for an assessment and they quoted me only £545, Chevron are clearly there for your money and not for your best interest.

Fantastic experience: I've had 2 experiences now with chevron, first in 2016 with Joel doing my FLT licence, he was amazing and made the course enjoyable and really easy to pick up, then again in March 2019 i went back after a great experience my first time to do my towing B+E licence, this time i had Griff and Harry, they were both amazing and good fun and made it a care free stress free experience, couldn't recommend this company enough :)
