Fantastic experience: Can’t speak highly enough about Adam, his background in teaching before being an instructor makes him the best to learn with. So calm and understanding and will go the extra mile to help you understand in a way that works for you unlike many other instructors. I’ve had 3 instructors with 20+ years of experience and the difference with Adam is light and day. First time manual pass with 1 fault due to my own silly mistake, definitely should’ve been 0. They are very good with communications and I never faced any issues. They were so helpful and accommodating with fitting in all the lessons I needed in such a short time. I could not have felt more prepared for my test. My instructor was so helpful and encouraging. Fantastic experience: I had Clare mclnnes as my driving instructor I did a one week intensive course and some other lessons in the run up to my test. She was lovely and really helpful, she would always adapted her way of teaching that best suits you, and make you comfortable when driving and would always held conversations with me making me feel more relaxed when learning. Without her I very much doubt I would have been able to past first time.

Fantastic experience: I took driving lessons with Jay to get used to driving on the left in England and the differences in roads and road rules in the UK. I was fairly anxious about it and not confident about passing the test but ended up passing easily! Fantastic experience: Passed my test after doing a 3 day intense course with Jay. He is an excellent instructor who gave insightful feedback, and provided lots of positive reinforcement to boost my confidence. It’s important to know what you’re doing right aswell as where to improve. It also helps that he was really easy to get along with and very knowledgeable. Further to this, he provided very good tips on driving manoeuvres that can be applied to any car unlike past instructors I’ve had who only gave advice on how to perform them in their specific car. (Not helpful out in the real world.) I passed 1st time with pass it driving academy. For someone who really struggled in the past with driving and my nerves that’s recommendation enough! If you want a positive learning experience that teaches you to drive, not just to pass the test, I wholly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Even though I had already got many years of experience of driving, I learnt a lot from Jay’s very structured driving lessons. Jay identified my weak points in driving very precisely and helped me correct them early. He was very flexible in arranging the lessons for me and it was immensely helpful amidst my busy schedule. Fantastic experience: Highly recommended! Can’t thank Jay enough, with not a lot of time before my test date, he managed to squeeze me in for lessons on a weekly basis. I travelled every week from London, and Jay made it very easy for me, by picking me up from the train station and dropping me off at the end off the lessons. For people around Colchester, you won’t get any better than Pass It!, and even if you’re traveling there, they will make sure your trip was worth. They also use a very user-friendly app in which you can track your progress after every lesson and know exactly which areas have to be reviewed or the ones that you’re already comfortable with. Fantastic experience: The Pass it school made all the admin bits easy- flexibility, schedule of lessons, progress tracker, theory help and automated text reminders for lessons. Jay is great and I learnt with Chris who was flexible, reassuring but absolutely honest and great sense of humour which was needed! He acknowledged my anxiety but without feeding into it, knew when I needed to be pushed and not once did he get ruffled, impatient or even slightly irritated at having to repeat his instructions constantly. After various adhoc lessons in various parts of the country over the last 15 years with little success, Pass it helped me to Pass it!!!! Thank you and cannot recommend this driving school enough!

I am a ‘senior’ who finally decided rather late in life that after all a driving licence can be useful. Fantastic experience: Very enjoyable learning experience, always look forward to each lesson I have. Offers a variety of techniques to use to help the learner find which bests suits them. Instructor is very easy to get on with and always helps as much he can, helped me a lot with building my confidence while driving which made the experience as good as possible. Would very highly recommend to anyone who is looking to start driving, who may may be quite nervous about learning.
