Fantastic experience: Just passed my driving test today at Heaton test centre with Mr. Yasir Ramzan as my instructor within one week of taking lessons. He is very well experienced and knowledgeable. He always stayed calm and patience. He helped me to built my confidence on the roads. Always on time and giving extra minutes for lessons. He is honest to his job and wants his students to pass. I will definitely recommend him to anyone struggling with driving. Do approach him and you would never be disappointed.

Negative experience: No eyesight check done. Late to lessons. Made me take home the prior learner in my lesson, was on his phone for most of the lessons which i now know is illegal, cancelled an hour before after I chased it up. Avoid!

I still cannot believe I passed the driving test I have Post-traumatic stress disorder and the driving instructor make me feel safe behind the wheel. The instructor helped me by allowing me defensive driving classes to learn new skills to help me combat my fears of the road.given that I had no driving knowledge before. Would recommend them to my friends who wanna take automatic driving lessons . Also the instructor doesn't spend half of the lesson seat at the side of the road its learn as you drive which is better value for money when driving lessons are expensive in the cost of living crisis. Honestly book you don't know how it feels having freedom of the road..

I was a very nervous driver but thanks to my instructor I feel a lot more confident, he has really helped me overcome my nerves. And has always been very calm with me and understands everyone learns at different levels. And is happy to put the time in to send information to help after my lesson to help me in the future. Fantastic experience: Where do I start? A very professional outfit, from the first contact all the way up to the lesson itself. The instructor is a phenomenal teacher. Explains why things are done before doing them. Also gives a detailed insight into any mistakes made or general pointers. Someone who genuielly cares about instilling best practices into you as early as possible. Overall very pleased, hope my review is of use to any potential learners.
