Fantastic experience: Zully is the only driving instructor that I've felt confortable with. She's patient and very clear with instructions when on the road, I had to wait a while for my test because of the waiting list so I had plenty of lessons before my test, but zully is chatty..witch is a good thing, it was never awquad in any lesson and I learnt so much from her! I was soo nervous on the day of my test and she helped me stay focused. Told me everything I needed to know. I appreciate you and all of your time zully! Still absolutely buzzing I passed! Fantastic experience: After taking driving lesson for couple of months with zully I finally passed first time all thanks to her if it was not for I would have never been able to do it she has been the best from the day I got introduced to her she has been so bubbly towards my test being so reassuring on my test. It was a bittersweet moment as I will miss seeing Zully every week, I felt so comfortable with her and I’m so happy I got introduced to her one of the best instructors I have met.

Negative experience: Constantly forget to communicate with their clients I've had a terrible experience with this company! Not only did the driving instructor who I booked with 2 weeks prior had forgotten about me that day and blamed it on "we hadn't confirmed" even though we had a few messages previously. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rebooked for a weeks time.. to then have to message to see if the lesson was still going ahead.. to be cancelled again as the instructor was poorly! But didn't think to message their clients to let them know! Will not be trying a third time.. such a shame and bad customer experience
