Fantastic experience: I've been learning on-and-off with Simon for the last two years, and when I finally got my test booked we spent 5 weeks doing lots of practice and exam preparation. When it came to my test, I felt very prepared, and his day-of-test lesson was perfect. I passed first time, in Sevenoaks. Simon's teaching is very good, with both clear instructions and progression/teaching tailored to your needs. My neighbourhood has very tight parking, and so he taught me not only the maneuver I would be tested on but also how to park in tight spaces. In addition to being a great teacher, Simon is also a very genuine bloke. We always had a great time on lessons - the conversation was free flowing, and put me at ease. His prices were very reasonable, he was always quick to respond, and always punctual. I couldn't recommend him more.

He teaches you to be a excellent, safe driver that can drive anywhere, rather than just teaching you to pass, which is way better long term. He does exceptionally well at adjusting his teaching styles to make sure you get the most out of your lessons. I had times where I could push myself and he fed off of that and provided the challenges I needed to go a step further. However, when I had times when I was more nervous/anxious he focused on lightening the mood through jokes along the journey, building up my confidence and affirming what I was doing well, which helped me through my negative mind talk. I passed first time with 4 minors thanks to Simon and I would recommend him to everyone. If he could get a nervous/anxiety prone person to actually drive a manual car, pass and enjoy driving, he can definitely help anyone. Fantastic experience: Nothing but good things to say about learning with Simon. I was scheduled for a 4-day intensive driving course at 6 hours a day having never driven before. This isn't advised as Simon made clear when I first sat in the car - "It's gonna be tight." His approach over the next few days was completely bespoke to my situation and needs. If I picked up a skill quickly we'd move on and just pop back to refresh it periodically. If I struggled with a skill he'd adapt the day's agenda to really drill and embed it. Simon's got a great knack for nagging you on your bad habits and making you want to improve for the sake of being a good driver, rather than just passing your test. By the time I sat my test it felt like second nature. I was automatically checking myself on bad habits, driving properly with flow. Passed first time with four minors. Above all, Simon's a lovely guy and great to chat with. Pick a topic and he'll have something to say about it. This makes the intense days in the car truly enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: Passed my test 1st time today (whilst 34 weeks pregnant...) had it originally booked for July but Simon asked me to do a mock test and we decided I wasn't ready. Throughout all my lessons he pushed me out of my comfort zone and made sure I was safe enough driving with my 2 sons in the car. A week ago I never would have imagined it possible to learn so much in just a week, or that I would already be passing! I could not have asked for a better person to help me improve driving and learn manoeuvres, Simon walked me through every step slowly ensuring I had the ability to pass my driving test first time. Anything I was unsure on Simon would cover again, always clear and in depth to ensure I knew what I was doing and fully understand. Fantastic experience: I approached Simon Jenner in April this year after 13 hours of driving lessons with my former instructor spanning July to December last year; I had booked an April test date long before our separation. I had driven in Africa for 15 years before legitimately relocating to the UK 14 years ago; I therefore had not driven for 13 years before July last year. I drove with Simon for only six hours, but the experience felt like 50 hours! Below is a summary of the experience: • My driving was recorded via webcam and footage shown to me by way of feedback • His organisational ability is reflected in his app, which has incredible resources such as the Gillingham test areas and the various aspects of the actual test itself [show me tell me questions, reverse bay parking, meeting traffic, push pull driving, etc.] • He sends you SMS feedback later, on aspects of your driving that you need to work on [after each lesson] • He sends a guide for the day of your driving test, etc. The hours spent driving with Simon and the unbelievable resources he sent my way were very helpful and contributed significantly to the positive outcome of my test. Simon is direct, frank but respectful – never talked down to me for once. I am confident to recommend Simon Says Driving School to anyone whose aim goes beyond just passing the test but becoming a safe UK driver.

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend Simon as a driving instructor enough! Extremely accommodating and always thinking about how to get the best out of your driving. Learned a lot in the time we spent together, to the point where the test ended up being easy in comparison. Fantastic experience: Simon is a fantastic driving instructor and after booking my test for July in Gillingham (I live in Maidstone) Simon did some moving around on tests in his own time for free and got me a test at Maidstone two weeks later 08/03/2022 and I passed. We always had very informative lessons with loads of practice. And Simon just made you at ease and comfortable and always believe in his students ability to not just pass the driving test but to be a safe driver all round and in a life of driving. Fantastic experience: Teaches you in a fun yet professional way, in which I feel like me and Simon joked around quite a lot and talked about a lot of things but he also always made sure I was driving correctly and would point out if I made a mistake somewhere and would always be ready to take control of the vehicle if he needed too. He's main focus is different to other companies like Red or A team in the fact that he's more focused on making sure you are actually good at driving anywhere not just a good enough driver to be able to pass the test. Even the test examiner said when she sees Simon she can expect a good people proving that other people also respect him as a instructor. So I'd like to thank Simon for being a great teacher and for making driving fun.

My first lesson he assessed my abilities and gave me what he believed to be his opinion on how many lessons I needed and his observations were completely accurate as I passed today within the amount of lessons he said. Fantastic experience: I failed tests 3 times with other instructors and had 2 lessons with Simon and passed first time With him . Simon is a lovely bloke really down to earth wouldn’t of wanted to do it with any other instructor he made me feel comfortable through out . Thank you again Simon

Fantastic experience: He is very polite, patient and friendly. I took lessons from Simon - he is one of best instructors. Not only does he prepare you for the driving test he also encourages you to always be a good driver and we did it. I passed my test the first time. I cannot thank him enough.
