I have struggled with my tests due to being overly anxious, Paul was really patient with me and did not stop until I passed my test. He really believed in me & I am so grateful to him for not giving up on me. His lessons were enjoyable and I always felt at ease. I looked forward to my lessons on a Thursday evening! Paul is a great guy and very easy to get along with but he is also a great instructor who will pull you up on any mistakes that you make, he is a perfectionist and Is determined to ensure all his students are safe drivers. Paul has passed a number of my friends including my brother. He is also currently teaching my sister who is smashing it and has already booked her test. This is definitively down to the way Paul teaches and his approach. Paul is super reliable and hasn’t ever messed me around with lessons. Never cancelled and was never ever late. I would absolutely recommend Paul to anyone and If I ever needed any further driving tuition he would be my first choice.

Fantastic experience: At 33 I decided it was high time I passed my test!! I started lessons with Paul in February 2018 after getting nowhere with another instructor. I had a bit of driving experience from 12 years earlier before I had kids but I am now a much more nervous person! I had a fair bit of anxiety on roundabouts and doubted myself a lot. My confidence was pretty low, manoeuvres were a thing of dread! Pauls patience and persistence with me has completely turned all that around. He simplified everything and helped me to stop overthinking. I passed my test yesterday with 3 minors, having thought just a few months ago it would never happen for me! Thanks again Paul. Fantastic experience: I approached Paul soon after I failed my first driving test, thanks to all the reviews posted by pupils in this forum. On my inquiry call with Paul, I narrated my faults and discussed about the focus areas (particularly because of many years of my non UK standard, Indian style, driving). Paul took a day to think, whether to gamble with his reputation or not before he said "Yes, let's do this" (approximately two months before test). From day one, I felt so comfortable with Paul given his jovial, honest and positive nature. I am sure that he adapts his lessons to suit the requirements of his pupils. Apart from the faults from my previous test, he spotted additional issues with my ability to deal with roundabouts (Portman and Crookiley) and box junctions. His approach towards me was instructions first and practice until succeed, therefore sorted each of them in couple of lessons. As a result of his coaching, I passed the test; second overall attempt, but first attempt through Paul. A huge, heartfelt, thanks to Paul!!! I will gladly recommend Paul to all those looking forward for a similar experience of success.

Fantastic experience: Truly Paul has been the third instructor that I had tried....... and after the first session I decided to stay with him! He has a friendly personality and sets a comfortable learning atmosphere. He does what is necessary to aid the understanding of certain concepts. I am an driver of 10 years from another country which had very little road rules. I had to learn from scratch how to drive a manual car as well as how to follow the rules of the busy roads of the UK. Honestly Paul has been a really good motivator and driving teacher and I am glad I got the chance to learn with him.

Fantastic experience: A first time pass on both theory and practical is always heartening. His advice was sound and he always made sure to tell me exactly when and how I went wrong. While my mistakes could sometimes be small, any mistake can cost you a minor on your test and he made sure to iron out all the kinks so that I was driving as well as I possibly could in plenty of time for my test.

Paul is not only the best instructor I've had in teaching you how to drive, he is also, comfortably the best motivator of the lot and I passed in no time with him as my driving lessons became one of my fav weekly activities!
