Fantastic experience: Excellent training, Mark and the guys took me from my car licence all the way through to my CE artic ( with theory and CPC training). Couldn’t have wished for better instructors both Rich and Gregg were very knowledgable and helpful. If you’re thinking about upgrading your licence these are the guys to go with 100%.

I phoned mark just a couple of weeks ago wanting to do my Class 1 C+E license, after phoning around a couple of companies for information and costs, Mark was by far the most informative and put absolutely no pressure on me at all. He sent me a course schedule and helped work it around my workload & commitments & I couldn’t wait to get started. Fantastic experience: MSM were recommended to me as I wanted a HGV CAT C licence. I contacted Mark who was extremely helpful and arranged training with an Instructor. Bob was a such a great teacher, giving me help and advice all the way through training. Thanks to MSM I passed my CAT C driving test yesterday! Fantastic experience: I would definitely highly recommend Mark and his team. They are really professional and helpful. The knowledge they have about driving, Highway Code is excellent. I was with another school which unfortunately didn’t work out, I lost a bit of confidence but MSM restored that and 12 hours of driving I passed my category D bus/coach PCV.

Fantastic experience: Used msm training for my whole class 1 licence including cpc. I cannot rate them Highley enough. Mark and Lorraine are very easy to deal with and keep you organised and that takes the pressure off you. Bob the trainer was brilliant. Never driven a lorry before and he was so patient and understanding. I passed my class 1 this morning. Would have been so hard without these guys. If anyone is looking at doing any type of pcv or lgv training then please give this company a call.

Fantastic experience: Very worthy 5 star, got me through my class 1 in just 5 days training with no minors on test! Wish I came here for my class 2! My instructor Mark was absolutely faultless, with over 20 years experience in teaching he quickly picked up on what I needed too work on the most, he has patience, very easy too talk too, a real gentleman and excellent instructor, the best training I have received, the rest of the team are awesome as well always up for a laugh. There is free refreshments on site, and food and a nice clean toilet. These guys had the best price around and were worth every penny I’d recommend anyone I talk too if they want training then go to MSM Training, trucks are very well maintained and clean inside and out, a great learning truck, I will definitely be back for more training in different fields of the trade, thank you again too everyone at MSM Training LTD!!

Fantastic experience: The best company ever! I can't recommend them enough, I've gone with a different company at first and I really regret it, I wish I found these guys before. They give you the best training and support throughout it all. Mark is very atentive and explains everything you need to know, it's nice to be in contact with the actual owner instead of third parties. Very responsive and easy to contact. Fantastic experience: Very Highly Recommended. I passed my C+E today, after MSM stepped in and provided 2x lessons, to learn the area and a test. This was following a bad experience with a third party training provider elsewhere. All was provided within less than a month. Well done admin for that. Richard was my instructor, full of useful information, tips and a real good laugh. Went into the test really relaxed and confident. MSM is a really professional and competent company and well worth the money.

Fantastic experience: MSM provide all you need to become a Professional LGV/PCV driver. A good range of vehicles allied to excellent instructors can take you from a complete novice (like me) to a C/D licence holder, in my case, in 5 days. Learning isn’t hurried but it’s delivered according to your needs in a very professional and knowledgable way. Would recommend fully.

Fantastic experience: Honestly can’t rate the training there high enough, the most friendly and laid back instructors you could ask for, I passed my C+E first time and even if I hadn’t I would still be writing such a good review. Fantastic experience: Just passed my PCV with training form MSM. Super easy to book with and very responsive to queries. On the day the team are organised; my training started and finished on time every day. My instructor Matt was clearly very experienced and super helpful. Had a good sense of humour too, so easy to get along with. Another instructor there Mark was also good, he took me down to the test centre on test day and did a great job. Highly recommend these guys!!

Fantastic experience: So I had a theory "lesson day" with boss man Mark! Worth every second, lots of quality information put to you in a way that you remember what has been said. I passed my theory first time! With no previous HGV knowledge. They were very helpful with booking my tests etc also. Then my week of pratical came along! I was taught by Mark (big beared):) what a great asset to MSM, he is very very good at his job. Made me feel at ease...so much knowledge.. Fantastic experience: Mark at MSM was very helpful! We were confused about exactly what our school minibus driver needed to do to get his CPC qualification and mark explained all the different aspects and what the pricing would be for each part. He then advised the best course of action- we would be stuck without him!

Fantastic experience: Mick, the instructor, was a great laugh and I had a good time. I started at 8.15am and finished at 3pm after the 2 hours on the road (which was great fun). I definitely recommend if you want to do your CBT. :)

Negative experience: It looks like M.S.M training ltd don't want to deal with a retests. M.S.M training ltd made a promise for a retest and I have a priority but unfortunately after a second lockdown they don't want to communicate with me anymore. I passed the test with other instructor in this area, he was much more professional and better explain mistakes that i can learn from.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience doing my class 2 and 1 with these guys. I researched in my local area and went with Msm after reading the reviews. Am i glad i did, from start to finish the process was communicated well and scheduled. I had Bob for class 2 passed first time and Mark the owner for class 1 another pass first time. All the guys where highly skilled and engaging i thoroughly enjoyed it and a bit sad i dont get to do it over again. The enthusiasm and passion they have for driving and pushing you to pass first time was sublime. All in all a great group of trainers, value for money, the biggest trucks you can get in, highly recommend them to anyone. Cheers fellas see you on the road

Fantastic experience: I booked theory training for a day which was excellent and really informative run by Mark, I then booked a week training for Cat C or class 2 LGV, I spent 4 half days being instructed by Bob (having never been behind the wheel of an HGV before) he was patient and very knowledgeable and was happy to talk me through my many mistakes and help me learn to correct the faults. Gary took me down to my test on day 5 and added to my confidence and giving me plenty of advice along the way. In the end I passed first time with only 4 faults, from complete novice to passing in about 18 hrs of driving! Couldn't recommend Bob and Gary enough, I'll be back for Class 1 at some point for sure! Fantastic experience: First attempt at my trailer licence just as the DVSA test centre opened after COVID. Optimistically with a little experience I was hoping to squeeze it all in two days... Turns out I misplaced my driving licence so called it off. Later on yesterday I found my licence so we agreed as the test slot was booked and paid for mark came in @ 6am, an hour earlier than normal to give me every chance at a pass. I then turned up half an hour late , poor bloke putting up with me yet regardless got the job done and absolute result, I PASSED!!! Mark’s a legend! Very Professional and relaxed easy going service , truly couldn’t recommend enough...

Fantastic experience: Impressed so far. Thanks for all your help today Mark So, 2 months ago I was just a regular car driver and, as of yesterday, I am qualified to drive Class 2 HGVs. All this thanks to the MSM team, who have been incredibly professional, encouraging and supportive throughout. Particular thanks to Mark for prompt and courteous communications and helping me to pass my theory and hazard perception tests with flying colours, to Matt for taking me through 35 hours CPC training and to Gary for his perseverance, patience and guidance in transitioning me from a small vehicle user to a professional driver (first time pass too)! As a career changer I researched numerous driving schools and can honestly say that choosing MSM has been entirely justified. I shall be back for my Class 1 training very soon.

I did the one day course for theory and hazard perception on LGV, which was very helpful in timing your clicking on the videos and refresher for theory. I then had four days practical LGV driver training, with test on the fifth and passed first time. Bob and Gary were excellent instructors, giving you confidence and help.

I have been very fortunate to learn class 2 with Gary and after passing it first time thought will go step further. Fantastic experience: Brilliant staff, very friendly and welcoming. There are toilet and kitchen facilities by the classroom on site (with free biscuits :P). Small classes make learning much more personalised in classroom and out on the road my training was 1 to 1. They picked me up on everything, maintained good conversation and prepared me for test, allowing me to pass my CPC, C and C+E tests all first time. Couldn't wish for better service.

Fantastic experience: I went to MSM training to do my articulated truck licence CE. The training and instruction I received from Bob was excellent. I would like to thank Mark for the onsite training with reversing manoeuvres and uncoupling as well. Bob's Experience as both a trainer and driver became quickly evident and I soon realised providing I followed his instruction and advice a first time pass was realistically achievable. I am pleased to say I did pass first time. I would say there was no luck involved and it was solely down to the high standard of training.

Fantastic experience: I had no HGV driving experience of any kind, after being behind a desk for the last 15 years. My aim was to take my Class C and then C+E. I signed up with M.S.M training and the information given was very clear. I began with the day refresh course in the classroom for your highway code, hazard awareness and CPC, and I cannot recommend this enough. I thought I would not need it, how wrong I was, it is a 'must'. I then began my 5 day Class C training with Bob, and the help and instructions you are given is simply excellent. I managed to pass my Class C first time. After getting my licence back from the DVLA, I then began my 5 day training on the C+E, again with Bob. Again with excellent tuition, I managed to pass the C+E first time with no minors :-) If I can do it with no previous driving experience, anyone can with M.S.M Training, I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you guys, it was great :-)

Fantastic experience: I have just completed my Coach Driving Licence with MSM and from the very first contact the company has been professional and friendly! I undertook the Theory training day with them and found it to be extremely helpful and useful. My instructor for the practical was Bob and he was patient and extremely knowledgeable. He made everything very simple and easy to understand and follow. His knowledge and experience was second to none and he managed to find a way of keeping me calm under the pressure of the impending test! Mark was excellent as well throughout the week, I genuinely don't think there is a better training company out there! The whole team were friendly and I was made to feel welcome from day 1. Would I reccomend them, absolutely! Will I book for further training with them, definitely! If you are looking for driver training and MSM teach it, book with them, the 1 to 1 training is excellent, giving maximum time behind the wheel! A really fantastic company. Fantastic experience: Did the theory revision day, well worth it, as i hadn't had any other instruction since my car test in 1992. Mark booked everything for me to suit ME not them. He is very professional and prompt with his replies and emails. Spent a week with Simon doing my Cat C (class2) and passed on the Friday afternoon (Cheers mate, massive thank you, Legend). Fantastic experience: Where to start, I did my class 1 with bob and managed to pass first time, he is an amazing guy will a lot of knowledge! They are a grate company and well/evenly priced! You get what you pay for and more and they put 110% in to everything they do! There trucks are all lovely and there is not nothing that is not up together with them what is a really nice thing when your learning! Mark, Simon and bob and rest of the team are lovely people with a good training program and know what they are on about! There was not one point in the corse I had to think did I pick the right people to do it with from day 1 they where so helpful, friendly, honest and true about everything they say and I'm sure they can get nearly anyone though first time with out a blink of a eye! if you are thinking of doing any sort of driving training I would highly recommend these to people with out any problem and would more than happy to tell anyone that as well! Fantastic experience: I chose MSM training because Mark was very helpful on the 1st initial phone call, followed with a meeting with Mark, in which we decided the class 2 was my best choice hopefully with the option to go on to get my class 1. The day thoery training with Mark was very good and well worth the money, you also get supplied with material to help you study at home. I passed my thoery 1st time and i believe this was down to the extra training i received. I then went onto my rigged class 2 practical training which was with Bob who was a fantastic trainer, He explained everything in great detail and it felt like a very relaxed atmosphere I passed this 1st time aswell which gave me the opportunity to apply for my Class 1 Arctic, i didn't hesitate to get this booked in as the my previous experience had been so good, i also passed this all 1st time. I also did my CPC with Matt who got me through this 1st time. Fantastic experience: Brilliant! Mark has high standards and runs a professional operation... the instructors are very laid back but watch your every move while training to put you at ease, they're open & honest! Believe what they tell you, don't cut corners, if you get offered additional training that isn't compulsory I suggest you do it from my experience to save hassle, knowledge gaps & risk failing tests because you haven't done that or the homework they give you! Knuckle down and you cannot fail... I just passed first time for all 4 modules and I'm extremely pleased! It can be intense but then it's drummed into your brain!! Highly recommended and if you're thinking about HGV, trailer training or PCV, just do it! You'll have an amazing time with MSM!

Fantastic experience: Thanks to these guys I've passed my class 1 hgv today, infact I joined these guys about 2 months ago since then I've passed my case studys, hazard perception, multiple choice first time all in one morning thanks to the classroom training mark offers... And to me the classroom training was all worth it...! After that Mark introduced me to simon who would be my instructor for the class 2 hgv and in a week I passed first time, Simon is very dedicated to his job and you can tell he has the passion for it... The confidence he gave me was unbelievable with out him I couldn't of done it that's for sure. Then on to the class 1 hgv, because I needed to go back to work simon wasn't available as quick as I wanted to do it so with that Mark introduced me to Bob, well bobs a fantastic bloke like simon,he gave me the confidence and again you could tell he had the passion and dedication for the job... I actually would of passed without any minors afters bobs training however I committed a serious fault and tapped the barrier so that was it, big fat fail nothing to do with Bob, it was just a silly mistake on my behalf, to confident I guess. That was the only fault thou so you can tell how good these guys are...! When I got back from the test centre all miserable these guys perked me up, they gave me the confidence to go again and guess what... I did and I passed...!!! Would like to say a massive thanks to mark, Simon, Bob and matt you guys are amazing and Im so looking forward to my career ahead thanks to you guys nothing is stopping me now...!! YOU CAN DO IT IF YOU IF YOU BELIEVE IN IT GUYS AND GIRLS AND THESE GUYS WELL HELP YOU THROUGH IT EVERY STEP OF THE WAY I DONE ALL THIS IN 2 MONTHS Thanks again, Lee Oh and thanks for the pressie haha, worked wonders...!!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a HGV training company that genuinely considers your strengths & weaknesses, provides honest constructive feedback and really, really does want you to pass first time - then look no further than MSM. I have just completed my category C training with Bob and it was spot on. I worked with all 4 of the instructors at some point during my time training with MSM and all of them made me feel completely at ease and got me driving to the required standard. Can't thank them enough!

Fantastic experience: I went with MSM through the recommendation of a friend for my Class 2 LGV license, which I passed, great company, friendly instructors and nice vehicles. I will be returning to do my Class 1 and wouldn't hesitate in recomnending them to others, Thankyou guys.

Fantastic experience: Passed my HGV with MSM 15/04/2016. From start to finish this has been a fantastic experience, I started with the classroom session which I think was invaluable. There was some much info given during this session with out you knowing it. The whole course from booking until test day was faultless with Mark keeping me informed and up to date with everything. Fantastic experience: The guys at MSM Training are brilliant! Mark is running a great outfit there, providing the very best instructors, modern vehicles and equipment to train in, and a professional yet relaxed atmosphere. All together, these factors meant that I was able to pass my Category BE Trailer test first time!
