Fantastic experience: I’m so happy with the guidance from Sheena. My son had received lessons from another provider and had failed his test numerous times. Over time he had picked up bad habits, Sheena addressed the issues and worked on preparing him for his test again. Fantastic experience: Ten years after passing my driving test and a few years after moving to the UK, I decided it was time to get back on the road. I was stressed. But after a few lessons with Sheen, my confidence slowly returned. I started taking short trips between lessons. Sheena is an excellent instructor, she explains everything thoroughly. Fantastic experience: Sheena is the best driving instructor I ever had (she was my 4th one) and without her I wouldn’t have been able to pass today. She gives clear explanations and continued to go over anything I struggled with until I could get it right. She is very supportive and I always looked forward to my lessons. I was very worried starting lessons again but she made me feel very comfortable driving and I don’t think I would have passed with anyone else! She picked up on any issues I was having and found different ways to improve them. Her explanations are very clear and were tailored to how to best help me. I decided to book Sheena for refresher lessons, as I have already passed my driving test from (many years ago), but hadn’t driven since. I honestly cannot praise Sheena enough; She is by far the best driving instructor that I’ve ever had!! I was really nervous about starting to drive again, but Sheena turned those nerves into confidence in no time. She is so calm and professional; and made me feel so comfortable whilst driving. She is also very patient and friendly, which I feel like really soothed the whole experience. Fantastic experience: I had passed first time 2 years ago but just didn’t feel confident to drive at all. I stuck to one route all the time and sometimes my anxiety got so bad that I would talk myself out of driving completely. I knew I had to be proactive and do something about it. I had seen Sheena’s instagram videos of her ‘refresher’ lessons and saw a person drive on the motorway with her. I thought to myself that will never be me! Fast forward a few months of driving with Sheena, I am driving without anxiety and I have never been this confident! We do motorway lessons and lots of other things I needed to work on. Fantastic experience: Refresher lesson in my own car. Clear discussion of what I hoped would come out of the lesson(s), and if there was anything I'd like to focus on. The lesson focused on motorway driving, but Sheena also gave encouraging but constructive feedback/tips on my driving more generally, which I found very useful. Would highly recommend!

However, Sheena was able to clearly explain and demonstrate elements of driving that I had previously found very challenging. Fantastic experience: I don’t usually do reviews but when I do they are only 5 stars. Can’t fault Sheena and Motorvation from the moment I enquired for a space for my son till the time he passed. Thoroughly professional and relevant all the time. I used to love the fact my boy was coming home with notes on paper made in lessons to rememebr certain points. Constantly updating me on his progress and very honest on his preformance - being openly honest that he needs to improve to getting him test ready and passed. I’ve never doubted Sheenas instructional ability because she passed my older brother a good 15/16 years ago so when I needed an instructor she was my first go to. If you guys are looking for a solid honest thorough honest instructor then Motorvation is the only choice. Thank you for everything hopefully use you again in the near future.

Fantastic experience: Sheena was amazing, took me in October after having no driving knowledge and struggling to drive a manual car, and progressed me up to passing my test first time earlier today with only 2 minors. Sheena is so patient, kind and a lovely person all around to drive with. Her lessons and prices are definitely worth the price and she is by far so much better than the other instructors. I 100% recommend Sheena to anyone learning to drive as she will make the experience so much more enjoyable and less stressful.

Fantastic experience: When I first contacted Sheena, my driving anxiety bad and I struggled to drive anywhere by myself. I had tried refresher lessons with another driving instructor and it made my driving anxiety even worse. I thought about giving up completely. Fantastic experience: Sheena was essential to getting me licensed. And I say that with emphasis. After coming from the US to the UK I was anxious about getting on the roads. Not to mention, I was pregnant as a learner. Not only did Sheena teach me the nuances of the UK driving standards, she built up my confidence, and had extensive experience of supporting learners with diverse backgrounds. So, my background was nothing new for her. I came out of my test with only two minor faults, and that’s all thanks to her attention to detail and explaining the “why” in her teachings. She teaches you everything that you will need to know about driving (not just for your test, but for life). She is a loving, caring and understanding person. She works her butt off to make sure you’re the best driver you can be and that you will be safe on the road. I have anxiety, ADHD, dyspraxia and dyslexia, she worked so hard to help me and worked through it with me so I could be the best driver I could be. I didn’t pass first time, but she was understanding and caring and helped me work through my problems to make me feel and be safer then ever before on the road, and I passed (second time), I couldn’t have done it without her.

Fantastic experience: I have just passed my driving test first time and simply want to say what more can you ask for? Sheena has not taught me how to just pass a test but also to be a confident and safe driver. I’d hate the thought of anyone passing a test but still not feeling comfortable on the road so this was a massive factor in choosing my instructor! I’ve known Sheena for a while so I already knew how bubbly and fun she is! But in all honestly she was somebody who inspired me to give it a go and really progress. The lessons are perfect for somebody who is a beginner, had a few lessons or somebody who feels like they just need to brush up on some lessons after not feeling comfortable alone yet! She really helps explain the way of the road with loads of different techniques so if you struggle with one way she can break it down in another to suit you. I always felt comfortable with Sheena in the car and enjoyed every minute while learning! I can’t recommend her enough and especially if you are extra nervous or have had a bad experience with a past instructor then honestly she’s perfect! I came to UK with my indian license and needed UK license but don't know the way how to get it .After lot of research i found her. She guided me what all i have to do. 1st i was little nervous but her calm nature really made me feel relaxed and found her method of teaching much more encouraging. She was very helpful in correcting any mistakes I had been making. We covered all the test route it very much helped me with my exam. Did some mock tests she noted everything and told me what all things i have to practice. This all guidance help me to pass the exam in 1st attempt. Sheena is level headed and calm, putting me right at ease from the very first lesson. With her help and support I managed to pass first time with a manual gearstick, something I had struggled with for so long due to a combination of anxiety and overstimulation. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Sheena as a driving instructor. I had a lot of anxiety starting off, but Sheena made me feel comfortable and motivated enough to overcome it. Which shows her patience because there were many struggles we endured together. One thing I will always say about Sheena is how much I admire the fact that Sheena’s main priority is being a safe driver, she would work on my weak areas until they were my strong areas and would identify where I went wrong and work out the reason behind it so that we could work together to progress. To help me, she would talk me through it so that I understood, draw and show me diagrams so I can visualise, and practice until I got the hang of it no matter how long it took. I thoroughly enjoyed our lessons due to her kind, caring, bubbly character, every lesson was a different adventure with lots of laughs and memories made. I needed to book in for some refresher lessons after passing my test a couple of months ago and despite her busy schedule Sheena has fit me in and got me on the road in no time. I passed my test following an intensive course and found myself largely unprepared for many different driving scenarios (rain, motorways, night time, busy city centre etc) but I’ve been able to try all this with Sheena. Fantastic experience: If you are looking for the best driving instructor, look no further! I have attempted driving 3 times over the last 17 years before finding Sheena and never made it past 10 lessons due to having horrendous experiences with other instructions that knocked my confidence and made me feel driving would never be something I could achieve. Fantastic experience: Sheena was exactly the driving instructor I had hoped for and more. I would highly recommend her to anyone. I moved from the USA to the UK and needed to get my British license, I was really nervous to take lessons and be judged on my driving since I've been driving for 16 years. Sheena was so kind, thoughtful, and funny that I didn't need to worry. She put me at ease and focused on teaching the the skills I would need to be safe on UK roads and also to understand what would happen during my driving test. We used my own automatic car and I was able to have my first driving lesson, book & pass my theory, and book & pass my practical test with 1 minor fault in a two month span (including a vacation in between!). She's so wonderful at explaining everything and answering every weird questions and scenario that popped into my head. She's helped me gain confidence in every area that I felt hesitant about. After taking lessons with her my driving test was a breeze, I was so nervous about my driving test, since I was not a new driver it felt like it wasn't an option to fail. I needn't have worried, she had me so well prepared that my driving test felt like a leisurely Sunday drive and I weirdly found myself enjoying it. Also her excitement for me was palpable, she truly cares about her students and their success.

I tried to learn to drive in another city several years ago but didn't have a great experience, this time it's a completely different story learning with Sheena! Sheena is really experienced and good at teaching; she made me comfortable and confident behind the wheel despite my being a nervous driver and having problems with my spatial perception. Sheena has lots of useful tools to explain things in various ways, and she adapted her teaching strategies to whatever worked best for me. That test was the last time I drove till I started taking refreshers recently with none other than Sheena. Such a sweet and kind person I struggle a lot with anxiety and she really calmed my nerves I passed first time and really quick she helped to calm me down when I felt nervous and taught me how to take my time with parking. Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test on my first attempt and with only 3 minors! I knew that with dyspraxia and other neurodivergencies that learning to drive wasn’t going to be easy… But I never expected to pass the first time. I don’t think I would have been able to do this without Sheena, I'm so greatful to have found her! After reading so many outstanding reviews and seeing that she has so much experience with people like myself, I knew I'd found my instructor. There was a waiting period due to high demand, but it was absolutely worth it! With her resilience and guidance I exceeded my expectations of myself. I came to Sheena with so much anxiety after a bad experience in the driving seat and now i'm happy to say at the ‘not too late’ age of 30 i hold a driving license. Sheena goes out of her way to incorporate different learning methods into her practice. If verbal communication wasn’t getting through she had resources to show me with little diagrams, maps and even little toy cars all stowed away in her car; knowing and understanding that everyone learns in different ways. Sheena is thorough in her logging of your lessons so that you’re getting a variety of skills each time you’re in her driving seat and makes each lesson tailored based on how you’re progressing. All while keeping the lessons upbeat, fun and lighthearted with her wicked sense of humor. Something has to be said about her genuinely kind nature and care she places with her clients, from kindly offering me dresses for weddings, offering to do my washing when my washing machine broke and even gifting me a handmade present when my original test got canceled at Christmas. She has been a mentor, a therapist and a friend. I’d say that I will miss her but there is doubt in my mind that I will be contacting Sheena again when I get my own car and face the motorway! Seriously, thank you Sheena.

Fantastic experience: Very lucky to have Sheena as my driving instructor. Not only did she patiently teach me driving skills, she also taught me safe driving habits, which is more important than just getting a driver's license. Sheena is humorous and good at explaining. She will also design lessons according to your shortcomings to ensure that you will not be exhausted after each course, but at the same time gain something. She is not only an experienced instructor but also a friend who helped me build the confidence to drive and with her help I passed my driving test with only one minor fault. Fantastic experience: After 5 years of not driving from when I passed my test in 2017 I lost all confidence in driving and felt like I had forgotten everything. I was recommended Sheena by a friend who had learnt to drive with her and passed first time. After hearing so much positivity about her I knew she was the one to help me get back on the road and build my confidence back up. Simply put I couldn’t fault Sheena for anything as she was absolutely amazing. Fantastic experience: I contacted Sheena for intensive lessons just a couple of weeks before my exam, and after a good discussion, she has accepted to teach me. Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend Sheena for refresher lessons. I was very nervous after not having driven for a long time and she was very patient and reassuring and helped me become more calm and confident. She was also very helpful in giving me lessons in my own car so I would be getting practice in the car I would drive. Her tips with gears and clutch control really help.

Fantastic experience: As you may know, Sheena recently won (another!) award. She fully deserves it. First of all, she is an excellent teacher. I got 100% on my theory and passed my practical first time. That's because Sheena prioritises excellence and wants to turn her students into exceptional drivers - not just getting them a pass on the test. However, I knew from the start that Sheena was going to be the right person, after reading reviews and being recommended her. Sheena has been amazing and has helped my daughter gain confidence and pass her test with her safety being the main priority. Fantastic experience: Passed today with Sheena with absolute flying colours. I’ll be honest, I struggled a lot with the whole multi tasking when it came to driving but Sheena carried on showing me how to do it and allowing me to choose what areas I want to work on. She made me become a better driver than probably anyone else could have because she was patient. Fantastic experience: On Wednesday I completed a series of refresher driving lessons with the seriously enthusiastic Sheena, who with utmost optimism, patience and professionalism, quickly succeeded in sticking my initial nerves firmly back into reverse and encouraging my then rusty driving skills fully forward into fifth gear again.Her advice and guidance were invaluable and I still feel, even now, that if I had any driving related questions, I could ask Sheena and she would gladly answer them.

Last week I passed with 1 minor, couldn't be happier with the experience, in fact I'm going to miss our lessons.
