Negative experience: I had an extremely disappointing experience with this driving instructor. I had a lesson scheduled from 3pm to 5pm and traveled 45 minutes to get there, only to be told upon arrival that the lesson would not start until 4pm. This is completely unprofessional and shows a total lack of respect for my time. I do not understand why I wasn’t warned in advance that the lesson could not start as scheduled. Waiting an additional hour after making a long journey is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid booking lessons with this instructor, as they clearly do not value their clients’ time or commitments. Overall, a very frustrating experience. Update: adding a screenshot of the messages, as in his reply to the review, he lies by saying he did not schedule the lesson. Be aware of his ethical standards. Update 2: after I added the screenshot of the messages, he deleted his lie. I’m including this screenshot as well. Please be aware of his ethical standards.

Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test on first attempted with pamir driving school .I had Mr Mike as my Examiner today , I found him a very calm and patient examiner. I felt very confident and comfortable with him during my test due to His professional behaviour and comments I was able to perform my test effectively and pass. He explained the whole test procedure to me and at the end also gave me some good feedback to maintain a good driving behaviour. I was very impressed overall from him and I truely thank him for all the guidance during my test. Thank you Mr Mike.

Fantastic experience: I only had 2.5 sessions (4 hours during the weekend and 1 hour before the test) with Fadil and I passed the test! He is very professional and kind, guiding the session very enjoyable. He knows what could be the common mistakes and what the examiner are keen to look for so I have gained a rough “prediction” of what might come up in the test which is amazing. 100% recommend and hope everyone passes the test.

Fantastic experience: Amazing driving instructor. I was trying to learn with Red for about a 1.5 years and my instructor there still told me that I am not ready. I then started with Hendon Driving School and after a month I have my licence already. Amazing! Additionally to the good instruction he is very flexible. There are no late cancellation fees and you can book a lesson often on the same day or a day before. 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: My daughter waited over a year to get appropriate driving centre, finally she had one for Hendon and first time passed- god willing. She had other instructors about two of them they were absolutely useless,they took alot of money from us kept her dangling on a string just making money from us and didn't progress quick enough for her, she got frustrated and said enough of this and practiced with us (parents) We booked Hendon driving school so she could get used to driving in Hendon test route and brush up on her knowledge before her driving test. I booked this driving school specifically for her test and the instructor - Fadil was very good and professional in his approach very good sense of humour !I would highly recommend this driving school.

Negative experience: I called to enquire about availabilities and the person answering was rude, as soon as she realised I did not meet the criteria for the school she hung up without saying goodbye. This is just inappropriate

Negative experience: I had a concerning experience with this driving instructor. Although I booked my training session in Hendon, he diverted our session to Central London to pick up his girlfriend from the hospital. This not only took away from my learning time but also seemed unprofessional. Furthermore, our agreed-upon session was for one hour, but I was charged for two. One particularly alarming incident was when I was attempting to cross a zebra crossing and an elderly lady appeared in our path. The instructor's response was inappropriate, suggesting that I should've proceeded, which was both unsafe and unethical. I strongly recommend caution when considering this instructor. I'll be reporting this behavior to both the police and the driving center to ensure the safety and proper education of future learners.

Fantastic experience: I had the majority of my driving lessons at Hendon driving school - the instructor was very good in explaining and helping to understand concepts. Often we had great chats along the way. He prepared me well for my driving test, making sure that I knew both how to drive and have all the examination techniques down. Negative experience: Atrocious driving behaviour for a so called "instructor". Followed closely behind this driving "instructor" during rush hour for 5 minutes down 40mph roads. Wasn't paying attention to the road, or his surroundings. He had a cigarette in one hand and was holding his phone in the other hand having a video call! Shockingly dangerous behaviour from someone who's supposed to teach people how to drive and about road safety. Have all the evidence recorded on video, will be submitting online to the police.

Fantastic experience: I started lessons one week before my driving test because my other driving school let me down. Hendon driving school managed to fit me in for 2 lessons and the test, something that no other school would do. I passed thanks to some really good teaching!

Negative experience: It is very unprofessional to ask someone to provide details for a call back and then simply ignore them. I do not appreciate my time being wasted.

Negative experience: Very unorganised instructor and time waster, would give 0 stars. The instructor message me saying he would like to do my lesson at 5-7pm and I replied saying it was fine and no reply back but he read the message thats fine. Then 5pm came nothing, no message saying he was late or nothing so i called him he declined my call. Then around 5.30pm i called him again and he picked up this time didn't even say sorry for declining the call earlier or being late, I said 'hi where are you? my lesson was at 5pm I have been waiting for you', his reply was 'I didnt realise you said it was fine at 5pm (but he read the message) and I thought you was another person who booked the lesson' so basically my lesson was given to another student without the instructor even notifying me first. Will never recommend someone unreliable or a time waster. What a joke..
