Fantastic experience: I had thought what I needed was a brush up lesson for 2-3 hrs since I’ve been driving before coming to the UK. Unfortunately the driving school I booked disappointed me twice on booked appointments and I was beginning to get apprehensive that I may fail without a good brush up as I had booked a practical test date immediately after my theory test. “Maestro Driving School” demystified all these concerns when I signed up with them. Abdul is an excellent instructor, his calmness in explanation and very powerful retentive memory in pointing out your mistakes after each lesson was legendary. He has this log book which he uses to draw up the intersection for you to aid better clarity and I couldn’t have wished for anything better. I was therefore not surprised that I passed at first attempt having taken not only a brush up lesson with Maestro, but subsequent junctions / roundabouts lessons which came out as my major weakness. Abdul followed me through it all with additional tips on presentation, etc. I will strongly recommend Maestro driving school because they are the best in giving you a first class training support. As I was in need of more of a refresher style of lessons he always checked in to see what I was feeling nervous about and that is what we would focus on and perfect for the lesson. He pointed out some key techniques that allowed me to tackle maneuvers with ease. Fantastic experience: When I first started learning how to drive, like most beginners I was nervous and wondered whether I would gain enough confidence to drive independently. I tried booking lessons with other instructors but I can honestly say that finding an instructor like Hassina was the best thing for my driving. From the first lesson, I could tell that Hassina was a great teacher who is patient with her students and who wants to build a good foundation for safe driving even after the driving test. She takes time to explain the plan of each lesson and is happy to answer your questions and help improve on any areas you may be struggling with. I have also had lessons with Nasir and he is also a great teacher. Hassina and Nasir are the dream team and are warm and kind people that you can rely on when learning to drive. Fantastic experience: I tried 4 different driving instructors and honestly I feel I wasted my time before meeting Hassina. If I had her as my first instructor - I would have passed the test from the first time. Her approach is very holistic, and she genuinely is an instructor, a teacher from God. If you want to save your time and money, work with her. She will help you to pass the test from the first time - and after the first lesson you’ll understand why. Learn from my mistakes, what I would have done differently: 1. Choose an instructor close to the driving centre, not your home. You’ll have maximum driving experience of the test routes instead or spending 1 hour driving time just to get to the centre (which is honestly useless). I was always stressed and in a rush after spending so much time just to get to the centre and having very little left for the actual driving in the test area (which negatively influenced my driving). 2. Don’t listen to your friends recommendations - you should choose someone whom you like. And probably your friends were not able to see other instructors. 3. Do not rush and make sure you feel comfortable with the routes before you take the test. Even if you pay money and get an earlier date, you can still fail and lose move time if you’re not fully ready. 4. £35-40 per hour is a standard price, don’t pay more expecting that you’ll have a better learning experience. 5. I personally liked more to work with women (Hassina) as they also help a lot emotionally, mentally, they know how to find the right words and boost your confidence. It’s just my personal experience but it played a bit role. Hope this helps

I can't find better words to describe my experience with this driving school except that it's truly amazing. I learned so much, and I still remember and use what I learned. She also boosted my confidence a lot.

Fantastic experience: 10 lessons, first attempt at driving test, passed with zero fault. Above is a summary of my learning with Nasir. He's unassuming, instead he works with you. He doesn't throw instructions at you, no, he wants to know what you already know, your weaknesses and strengths. He builds on your strength, corrects and strengthens your weaknesses. When you take a decision, he wants to know why you did what you did. If you are right without knowing why, he'd explain why you're right and give you the reasons so you can continue and build on the correct habit and do the right thing. If you are wrong, he calmly explains why you're wrong without making you feel less or uncomfortable. Nasir allows you take charge from day one, thus building your confidence. If he tells you you're a good driver and ready for the test, believe him and go for it. Watch out for every routes he takes you through, listen to every instruction, hints and tips he gives you, you'll never go wrong.

Fantastic experience: Nasir is calm, detailed and a great observer. He builds your confidence, points out all your errors and ensures you overcome them before facing the test. I passed my driving test with two minor faults. I was super pleased and I referred him to my husband. My husband passed his test at his first attempt with zero fault. I'll give him 10 stars if possible he earned it

Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test from the Mill Hill test centre this month, after hours of rigorous training and driving lessons by Nasir. I literally had zero nerves on the day of the test and actually enjoyed the entire process. Nasir not only equipped me to pass the test, but has also imparted real life skills to drive after the test in all road conditions with full confidence. I can’t recommend Nasir and the driving school enough because throughout my lessons, he was methodical and meticulous in his instructions, instilling sound conviction in myself and my skills. Nasir would also take time out of his busy schedule, just to accommodate my schedule and was personally invested in ensuring that I pass my test. In hindsight, I couldn’t have found a better instructor.
