Fantastic experience: I started my lessons with Mughal Driving school on the 2nd of June. My instructor was Zamir. I started my lessons knowing pretty much nothing about how to drive a vehicle. Despite this, my instructor made me feel very comfortable very quickly, keeping me in high spirits and was very professional (but also friendly enough so that it wasn’t awkward). One thing I appreciated very much about Zamir was the fact that he was patient & constructive, never harsh or rude (which is the main worry students have when searching for an instructor), so in this regard he excelled. I was provided with regular lessons (2 sessions a week, 2 hours a week), around my availability, and even though his schedule was very tightly packed, he was flexible and would routinely arrange lessons around my life as to make it more convenient for me, which wasn’t necessarily expected of him, but it definitely helped with incentivising lessons! Any questions I had, he would go above and beyond to explain them to me & was very thorough with ironing out mistakes (which in the long run was very beneficial for me). Thanks to all of this, I passed on the 17th Aug first time with just 1 minor! Thank you very much Mughal, thank you very much Zamir, I appreciate how hard working you all are and how much dedication you put into your craft. I hope that anyone reading this really does consider this driving school as they do tend to be quite exceptional.

Fantastic experience: I had Zamir as my instructor and the experience was a refresher to see compared to my last driving instructor. Very patient and calm which helped me significantly in the 2 hour session before my test. Gives a thorough breakdown of what went well and what to work on at the end of each lesson and records it to remind you next lesson, which i think is a massive help to make sure you actively think about it. Very easy to talk to as well which is a massive plus as you don't really want to be sat in the car all silent but is also able to read your current situation, one day I was just so socially drained I couldn't be bothered and he still managed to make the lesson enjoyable. The pacing of the lessons is respectable to how well you are going along. If you speed through certain sections then he won't waste your time by going over it again and again, knowing that you are confident. I know that sounds like common knowledge but some of these instructors only want your money. Communication was also spot on, he would always check your availability first lesson and then work around that, gives a reminder text the night before and always lets me know if he's running a bit late. Very rarely have I had lessons cancelled and most of those occasions was due to a mechanical issue with the car.

Fantastic experience: On September 20, 2024, I passed the practical driving exam. I could not have passed without the help of my instructor, Muhammad Zamir. I completed the test because of his inspiration. He taught me about the beginnings of driving and the amazing trip I took to become a proficient driver. It is very outstanding. He is kind, modest, and committed to his students in the meantime. Through him, a few months back, my friend passed his driving test. Because of Instructor professionalism and appreciation for genuine explanations, I heartily suggest him to other students. Negative experience: The worst lessons I had were at Mughall Driving Lesson school, the guy got pissed off every time I made a mistake but it was only my 5th lesson. I don't recommend it, especially since it's very expensive and I paid a deposit which I can't get back because the driver said I had lessons and didn't show up, which is obviously a fraud on his part.

Fantastic experience: I really never thought I’d be able to say I passed my exam but it’s all thanks to Atif Paji. He has helped me become a better driver and I feel extremely confident and safe on the roads. He is an incredible instructor who doesn't rush and let things slide, he helps you work on your issues and is extremely patient. I passed my driving test. I feel honoured to have been tutored by himself (Atif Paji). Can't thank you enough! He has been extremely flexible regarding my needs and always fitting me in. He was always on time and never let me down absolutely brilliant experience. His teaching style is great. I didn’t feel rushed or under pressure. 100% say I would recommend him.

Negative experience: I booked for 10 hrs and fully paid the amount for this span of time, but I had an extremely disappointing experience with, driving school, Here are the key issues I faced: 1. Inappropriate and Unprofessional Conduct: Before starting my lessons, the instructor asked intrusive questions about my religious faith and country of origin. This behavior was not only inappropriate but also gave an impression of racial bias. 2. Irregular lesson schedule, the instructor did not provide lessons on a regular basis. This lack of consistency significantly affected my learning process and progress. 3. Dishonest Communication: When I raised the issue with the head of the company, I was given a false excuse that the instructor had an emergency and traveled to Pakistan. However, just two hours after this call, I saw the instructor in a shop, clearly not having traveled as claimed. Overall, the combination of unprofessional behavior, poor service, and dishonesty reflects poorly on the company. I would strongly advise potential students to consider other driving schools that demonstrate professionalism and respect towards their clients.

Fantastic experience: I recently passed my driving test thanks to Maryam! Originally from Peterborough, I was hesitant about driving in Derby, but Maryam was very kind and supportive in helping me build my confidence and driving skill. I've had several instructors before, but none were as helpful and patient as her. Her teaching is exceptional. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Mughal driving was great but my instructor Khattak (also know as Taj) was amazing and I passed first time alhamdulilah. He really does make the most off your driving lessons learnt so much of him in such a short space of time, I would definitely recommend because I’ve had alot of bad luck when it comes driving instructors and it’s a massive headache but I can fully vouch for Taj.

Fantastic experience: I started driving with Mughal driving school in April and they have been very supportive in helping me prepare for my test on such short notice. I was initially very hesitant and not very confident but with the help of my driving instructors at Mughal I was able to build my confidence and go for the test. Mariam has been very supportive, she always had confidence in me even when I did not and has an amazing teaching style where I was able to pick up important points such as roundabouts In 2/3 lessons. I would also like to thank uncle Munir on taking me on such short notice and having confidence in me, it felt amazing finally going for the test and passing first time. Overall I had a very positive experience and would recommend going with Mariam or any other instructor at Mughal.

Negative experience: Instructor tried to scan me out of money by telling me I couldn’t change my test online and I had to do it through him for a price of £80 which is more than the actual test it’s self. Instructor was nearly always late. Do not go with this company if you want to pass in good timing. They will slow down your progression for the sake of getting more money.

Their talented driving instructors specially Said who not only a good instructor but also a very good down to earth human being who knows the importance of each penny worth and gives his best to clear your driving test possibly in First attempt. He is well aware of driving routes and he makes sure that he cover all the driving routes and challenges you may face during driving test. I went with him for 3 session of classes and gave my driving test. You will not believe my driving test route and exercises was the exact replica of what I have been taught by Jaid. Fantastic experience: Finding a good instructor is a herculean task. One day I saw munir uncle's car and got Mughal Driving School's contact number from the dashboard. Then, contacted Munir uncle with webchat. Although I had checked reviews of this school but still it was very hard for to trust on any school as most of the instructors just wants to make money and my past experience with my instructor from very well-known company was extremely bad. After talking with Munir uncle, I chose to go with this school. Where everyone wants to make money here, I think he is the only person who fulfilled all his commitments what he said to me in the starting, humble and never thought about money. Also, a big thanks to my insructor Atif who was always punctual, gave me full time and lessons according to my availability, always replied me back and picked my calls in the first time. Highly recommending

Negative experience: this company has completely disappointed me. after taking more than 30 lessons with my instructor and passing various mock tests i was told i was ready to book and take my driving test. after asking the head of this company to give me a breakdown of the costs for the day of the test, he flat out refused to give this while threatening to report me to the DVLA when i simply asked a question. i am hurt and betrayed that a company i have given money to and trusted with such a delicate business such as learning how to drive would respond this way. i would urge any people considering to use this company NOT to. please save your money and avoid being scammed and demeaned by the owners.

Negative experience: The service of this company is beyond shocking. When I asked for a breakdown of why I am paying such an excessive amount to simply borrow an instructors car (for my test) - I was threatened and told I would be reported to the DVSA and then was accused of not being test ready (despite being told by my instructor that I am). I have now been forced to cancel my test because of this company as I will not find a car in time. Please avoid this company - save your money and save your time!

Negative experience: Although my instructor Razwana was a good teacher the owner of the company is an absolutely rude, unprofessional and appalling person. I had a test booked and they said that they charge £190 just to take you out for a driving test (2 hours) which is a ridiculous amount therefore I politely texted the owner about breaking down the cost to me. He refused to explain why he charges gullible students so much money for taking a driving test when the average rates should amount to a two hour lesson (£70). When I called him out on his unreasonable excuses, he threatened to report me to my local driving test centre about my "driving standards". Bearing in mind, my instructor herself has claimed I am a good driver. So in utter pettiness, the company owner has not only threatened me but also shown so much unprofessionalism in his speech and conduct. Please do not waste your time with this unprofessional school and their scams!!!

Negative experience: Absolutely appalling driving school the owner Mughal is a rude and aggressive individual who has 0 composure and will make you dread to take a driving lesson he is unreliable and uses the lesson time for his own personal needs don’t waste your money on this driving school its a place where you won’t make progression and a place where your driving confidence will be slaughtered regardless of the fact your paying to be taught but the method of teaching is things of nightmares Mughal is a extremely arrogant biased individual who gets frustrated very quickly and will often beat you down over a mistake many people have had. Bad experiences from Mughal driving school but he deletes the bad reviews PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DRIVING SCHOOL. Also Mughals breath stinks and he criticises you more then helps with a persistent arrogant and will also give threats when mistakes are made.

I would like to thank my instructor, he was very friendly and patient, he explained everything I needed to know calmly and had a good structure to each lesson which helped to break down the various things I needed to do to pass my test. Within 3 months I was able to pass my driving test first try and it’s all thanks to Mughal driving school.

Very through in his subject .He has changed my driving completely and I feel more comfortable in driving now .It was a great learning experience 2. Flexible - I did request him to prepone my classes as I wanted to give exam earlier. He immediately accommodated it considering my personal request . 3. Fantastic experience: An absolute legend! Rang up on short notice as another driving school was taking my wife’s money and knocking her confidence down right towards test day. My wife only took a crash course and on the first day boasted her confidence! One week later passed thru flying colour with only 5 minors. I can not recommend this driving school enough!
