Negative experience: Not sure where this Bains company gets their driving instructors from. Absolutely disgraceful driving. Would give them 0 stars if it was allowed. Instructor and driver did not follow the very basic rules of checking mirrors before pulling out into another lane. Very dangerous, swerved into traffic. So close to casing an collision/ accident. Forced other road users to move and luckily were quick enough to move but this could also have meant, that the other road users could have collided with other traffic or the central reservation. Terrible instructors. Do not use!

The instructor was called Mohammed who is a brilliant instructor but, also talks to you on a personal level so you don't feel under pressure. From the moment I arrived it was clear to me that they are experts in helping aspiring drivers pass their tests. With 60 years experience of training drivers, they are the elite HGV/LGV/PCV training school in west London! SHINDI, my HGV instructor made failure almost impossible. Not only is he extremely knowledgable with over 20 years of experience of training drivers, but he also knows how to communicate his instructions in a very clear and understandable way. In the week leading up to my test, he prepared me so thoroughly on all test routes, that passing the on-road test this morning was a breeze. I would like to give a huge thank you to everyone at Bains and especially to Shindi. The service you guys provide is life changing!

Fantastic experience: The best school you will find is Bains. Please anyone interested do not look any further. I obtained my class 1 on the first attempt. It’s a family run business with a wealth of experience. Situated really close to the test centre. So almost immediately you drive on test routes. Had a few lessons with instructor Malake. Could not have asked for a better more supportive person. After two lessons he advised me to go for my class 1. I’m I glad I listened. I was passed onto another instructor named Omar. A very relaxed assured individual that makes driving an arctic very simple provided you listen to his tips and how to do things. Both the instructors went above and beyond for me and mainly thanks to malake I have a class one licence now. I went back to do my CPC there also which was very enjoyable as owner is such a pleasant and welcoming guy. The day I went for my CPC exam he even paid for my parking outside. It really does not get any better than this school. Can’t express how thankful I really feel, my honest opinion is I couldn’t or wouldn’t have done it first time without these guys.

Fantastic experience: I passed within 6 days from start to finish thanks to Bains in a new Truck. The most important thing was that my instructor Shindy spoke good clear English unlike other Driving schools who I had difficulty understanding, even on the telephone. Also they have an office where you can go which is good, parking is close by, lesson fees are reasonable. They do Reversing and Coupling close to the office. I'd give them 10/10.

Fantastic experience: I gave five star for Bains driving training center because I went to wembly a famous driving training centre for my training but they don’t have an advanced training team . After I found Bains driving school through a friend. Second time I passed my practical driving test through Bains driving training center , Shindy is a good trainer he has a long time experience in this field. Fantastic experience: Mr Bains is a very experienced instructor, I had my first assesment with him and told me I needed x amounts of driving lesson for me to make a chance of passing..and yet he was right! After Maleke took me under his wings, Maleke is a highly experienced instructor. He identified my faults and concentrated on the areas I was weak in. In a very calmly and patience manner. Passed on the first attempt. Highly reccomended, good instructors and reasonable priced. Thank you so much!!!

Negative experience: I would give them 0 star totally rip off they just try to make more money won’t teach u I was paying 150 for 2 hours I had already done 20 hours with them I am confident driver They told me I need to do 4 hours of lesson each day continue in order to book for my test I said no because I couldn’t pay this much money I wanted 10 more hours of training they said no I’m not safe for road in order to book for test don’t do any sort of training with them .with other company they just gave me 10 hours of training and I have passed my test.

Negative experience: SHINDE WHO TEACHES HGV DRIVING IS A FRAUDSTER! HE WILL TAKE YOU FOR A DRIVING LESSON AND DURING YOUR DRIVING LESSON HE WILL GO TO HIS HOME WHILE YOU WAIT OUTSIDE FOR NEARLY 10 MINUTES. HE WOULD NOT ADD THE TIME HE USED FOR HIMSELF ON YOUR EXPENSE! THIS IS THE REASON HIS DAD REMOVED HIM FROM TEACHING LEARNERS OF A CAR. SHINDE IS ALSO VERY ARROGANT, RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL, HE CLAIMS HE OWNS THE CON COMPANY. HIS FATHER OWNS THE COMPANY.... LITTLE MAN SHINDE, I REALLY HOPE YOU READ THIS....... Fantastic experience: Luke is a amazing instructor, always focused and making sure I don't make any mistakes, learnt so much off him compared to others in the past. Highly recommend him.

Negative experience: I was making enquiries about PCV Cat D trainings and I was calling many driving centres around. When I spoke with a male staff (refused to tell me his name but he had Asian/Indian accent), I must say that his attitude was rather abhorrent. He was very rude and had plenty inappropriate remarks. I cannot imagine, what would be an attitude of their staff while training drivers, if the call customer service has such an unacceptable attitude. I will definitely not be taking any lesions with this company and will not recommend to anyone doing so either. I wrote to them a complaint email but that was completely ignored!

Negative experience: Had started with them, then moved to another driving school, as didn't like the way they teach. Instructor keeps quiet all the time, and then when you do mistake, from quiet and sleepy guy turns into yelling and patronizing person. Not the best atmosphere to learn anything. After few hours, he said he didn't have free slots for me, so I waisted money on this one. Avoid.

I had HGV done with different company and wouldn’t want to continue with them for class 1 as they ask me to wait 3 months because they are too busy and can’t find place for me, which make me to turn off and look for different school in the area. I came to Bains Driving School I told them to book me ASAP , they make the possible and book me so much earlier, they understand my needs and they accommodated, they looked after me from the first time. I done driving lessons with Mr Shindy , definitely is top guy, he is very professional, know very well how to teach you, he split the driving hrs so well and knew exactly what I need for me in order to pass from the 1st time.

I did exactly what he said and I managed to pass my 3 theory tests, after which I went back to Bains Driving School for my practical lessons. Mr Bains really helped me in the lessons, so much that I passed my test first time. The best advice I can give to anyone who is thinking about getting a HGV licence wether you have experience or not is to go to this company as from personal experience, they are experts in their field and they prepare you for all the demands that come with driving a large vehicle.
