Negative experience: Don’t book nothing from them. Waste of time and money. I got voucher for my birthday in feb and I have to use it before expire date on Nov (no option to book before expire date for next year)dates that’s suit you are never available or far away( for me some 2h drive)or bad cars to choose from weekend or bank holiday cost extra. Also no chance to book anything a week before expire date on voucher cuz there will be no availability. They can extend for extra cash but I’m not gonna risk it giving them more money and still not get the experience. Your 10 month validity of voucher is not enough knowing it’s so busy and lots of dates are taken quickly. Anyway goodbye.

Whilst we are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with regards to the length of validity left on your voucher you received for your birthday, we will restate what you have been informed in your conversation over our Live Chat facility with our Customer Service team this morning. It is stated clearly in our Terms and Conditions that the experience needs to be taken before the voucher expires. Your voucher is currently due to expire next week on 15th November. Our position still stands that we are able to extend the voucher for you a further 10 months, and this will be for the standard extension fee of £35.00 to make a booking for next year should you decide that this is what you want to do. Fantastic experience: Becky was extremely helpful and explained each option fully and clearly to enable me to choose the most suitable options for our grandchildren’s first driving experience. Ultimately we ended up booking experiences for six people across two different venues. I understood exactly what I was purchasing and the whole process was carried out with the minimal of fuss and we didn't feel pressurised into purchasing extras if I didn't wish to do so or rushed. In fact Becky was so patient and explained everything in such detail that the total process lasted around an hour. Thank you Becky for helping me to book the treat in an easy and relaxed way. You are the definition of politeness and a great credit to your employer. Indeed if I wasn’t in the process of retiring and selling my business I would certainly look at employing you, such is the positive impression you left me with. The whole booking experience was excellent from start to finish. I am greatly looking forward to the day and the look on the kids’ faces when they realise what they will be driving. We arranged a similar day for some adult friends of ours in January of this year which fantastic. So much so that one of the participants smiled so much her cheeks ached until the following day. This will not be the last booking we make will Becky.

Negative experience: For my birthday I was given a track day voucher. The person who purchased it for me told me about it in my birthday card then later forwarded on the email they had received with the details. I didn't immediately book the track day. 10 months later I was ready to book. So I called up Track Days to be told the voucher had expired 5 days ago. When I questioned that 10 months seems a bit short and I thought that a year was normal and reasonable, your rude member of staff in customer services (Becky) said we can do what we want. She then gleefully told me it says everywhere that it is 10 months. Well it doesn't in the body of the email I received. If you'd like to check and come back to me.

Hello George, it sounds from your description that the person who put the paperwork in your birthday card has put the wrong thing in there. When someone buys a gift voucher from us we email a receipt for the payment, then in a separate email shortly after we send the e-voucher. It's the e-voucher which is the part that should go to the recipient as this has the expiry date on it and the instructions on how to activate the voucher. I will email you personally so you can send me back a photo of what you have then I can confirm this for certain.

Fantastic experience: Would just like to say a very big thank you to the folks at Trackdays. I had a voucher for one of their experiences as a birthday present in March 2022 which was due to expire this week. However shortly after I received the voucher I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and wasn't able to do a session. I contacted the folks at Trackdays and they were very helpful and understanding and extended the voucher such that I am able to use it in the next few months. Once again my thanks for a great service by the Trackdays folks which has made for a great start to 2023 especially after the trials and tribulations of 2022.

Negative experience: The most deceitful company on the internet. I received a voucher from my partner for the Formula Renault Blast. After looking to book, the only date they had available was 5 days after our expiry. They waived the £30 fee (how kind) but we then had to pay an extra £40 as it's a bank holiday. THEY HAD NO OTHER DATES FOR THE WHOLE OF NEXT YEAR. I decided to call to try and see if it was a system error. I asked if they only had one date, and they said yes, and couldn't guarantee they would get more dates. More so, I wondered if 7 other people booked, and couldn't book due to date availability, what dates would they get the choice of...the answer? They wouldn't. Also, you can't get a refund and only receive a cash voucher to book another package. But guess what...all the other packages are only available on April 10th, the same date with a premium for the bank holiday. Trackdays are selling packages and then forcing customers to pay premiums that aren't outlined in their T&Cs. It's also an extra £20 to book a "premium slot" which is after 9:45am. The combined total of additional fees is more than a voucher. If you're thinking of buying this as a gift, don't! Head to virgin experiences and get a responsible company that isn't trying to exploit customers. We've taken the issue to Trading Standards as it looks like plenty of customers over the past month have had the same problem.

Thank you as well for your patience whilst we investigated your booking - it is much appreciated. Having investigated your booking and spoken to our Customer Service team, we are to understand that the voucher for the Formula Renault Blast experience was purchased in June this year. As stated on our copy for this experience package, it typically runs between April and October every year, and we understand your first attempt to book a date with the voucher was made yesterday (Thursday 8th December). The only date that is currently available for this experience is next April, which is on a bank holiday and would thus incur an additional fee of £40 to book, which we do also make clear on our copy for this experience package. We understand a member of our team has extended the voucher for you today, but we should state clearly for the record that both our additional fees for this package and availability are clearly advertised on our website, and there has also been a six month window on which to book in for this experience since the voucher was purchased, during which time there were dates available to book. Negative experience: Only experience is a stressful, upsetting experience, still been no where near a car. Wife surprised me with a DB5 track experience at an upgraded track, and called and checked Dunsfold was available as we live close, and told yes. Called August to book, not available at Dunsfold, told to call end of year for 2023. Called today, spoke to Amy, half helpful but soon turned unhelpful. I said we paid extra for Dunsfold and they can't do it, asked for refund or extension, denied. Told had to do something. Offered Jan 28th abingdon (not premium track we paid for), I'm a pilot so work randomly. I begrudgingly said yes then to be told that dates not available! All sold out in 2 hours! Then offered may! I can't plan that far in advance! So we paid for DB5, Dunsfold, they can't fulfil, won't refund nor extend voucher till something comes up, as if its my fault. A stressful experience, badly treated when they can't supply what we bought, going to trading standards. Wish we never used them, save your money and go direct to suppliers. It's been awful and stressful. They want £30 to extend till something comes up worth me doing or I can, all cause they can't supply what we bought. AVOID these cowboys.

Positive experience: I have really struggled to book in my driving experience voucher on line. The system to find dates and locations is not very user friendly. I accepted that I needed to pay extras but at checkout more extras were added doubling the cost. If you then press back from the checkout it adds the same again into the basket that you can't edit - a very frustrating process. 1 star for the website. Today I called to get help booking. Jez saved the day and got me booked in. He was very friendly and efficient, thank you! 5 STARS FOR JEZ.

Negative experience: Gift cards expire.. why? No-one will ever know as they've had the money for it. Booked a trackday on their website using my soontoexpire gift card, only to receive a call to say they'd had a glitch on their website and the day is actually more than £50 more and I would have to pay the extra. The wrong price on the website is their problem and they should honour it. Opentrack are far better with cheaper prices and more included. Avoid.

Negative experience: Would never use again! I've never written a bad review i just don't use or go again, but this experience, well...... They take your money, promise you the world then can't deliver on venues and cars, no compassion unless you pay more! but hey its all our fault apparently maybe change your name to "Terms and Conditions" I know the the reply to this will be "plenty of time to use voucher " however the expiry date is the expiry date, does that mean the last month is invalid!

Negative experience: I had track day experience bought for me last summer by my sons as a birthday present. Wanted to do the day at Castle Combe as the other circuits weren’t convenient. Offered a couple of midweek dates that I couldn’t attend due to work commitments, so asked for alternatives. Nothing heard by email and despite calling could never get an answer. Voucher has now expired and it’s all my fault apparently - no option to reschedule or get a refund. Great business model, get paid in advance, do nothing, let voucher expire and pocket the proceeds without incurring any costs. Everyone is a winner except the customer!! Best part of a week has passed after getting a response that they were passing this to the ‘customer services’ department and nothing heard. It appears that their customer service department works on the same principle of ‘if we don’t respond they’ll go away’!

Fantastic experience: The team here will do everything to make your day feel both safe but exciting. The co-piots are all very friendly and reassuring but have a depth of knowledge about the cars and more so how to drive them. They encourage you to push your own limits and get the most out of your experience. The fast laps are amazing, but I’d recfomend the Atom!!! All in all this was just one of the best days entertainment!

Negative experience: Where do I start... I may just keep it brief, if I could give no stars I would as no experience was experienced, mislead, mis sold feel we been robbed and feel they have done very little to elevate that.. Received as a gift and the individual that purchased this for me done so believing after being told by an advisor that no licence was needed.. a little over 2 days prior to the day I receive emails from a different company saying to bring licence with me... speak with trackdays enquiring about this and not satisfied with their response. They said they listened back to original call and then it turned out his supervisor listened to call, I asked to speak with supervisor but she were busy, said I would ring following day to request I speak with her and again was told she likely be busy, requested to listen to call was told it would take upto 40 days to transcribe it.. probably so it could be edited in their favour, asked for the original raw voice call.. sorry sir we can't do that.. if thinking about purchasing for someone without a licence then read the very small print, do not take their advice as it isn't very informative.. feel as if we been scammed

Positive experience: I had great difficulty in booking a date for my driving experience - not confirmed until April 2022 for a drive in May even though the voucher was bought in July 2021. However, the voucher was valid for 14 months and I had no difficulty in speaking to helpful people at Trackdays to help with the situation.

Negative experience: An ABSOLUTE joke. Had 2 vouchers for a F1 passenger experience. Was extended by 3 months due to COVID. Couldn't book experience within the 3 months. Tried calling in April when the activity was reopening thinking they could see what happened and would understand. Eventually after 'several phone calls by me with know call backs. I have been told that that's it. Vouchers are out of date and I've just lost £100. What a waste. Will never use this company again. An absolute joke. I'm sure you all can afford to throw £100 away. As for the attitude from the Manager Jackie, what an absolute disgrace telling me she has a lot to do and there is only 1 of her. Well I've just helped pay some of your wages for doing absolutely nothing.

Having investigated your booking with our Customer Service team, we understand that you contacted them on 30th September last year, as your vouchers were due to expire the following day (1st October). These were then extended for you by another three months, however we had no further contact from you until 20th April, by which point the vouchers had expired with no redemption request for dates made on them. Unfortunately in this instance, we are unable to proceed further, and as stated on our Terms and Conditions, once a voucher has passed its expiration date, it can no longer be used, transferred or extended. Fantastic experience: Placed an order online for some vouchers and did have a small issue downloading them. Phoned and spoke to Alison who couldn't have been more helpful. Emailed the vouchers while I was on the phone as I said they where for a present. Then 5 minutes later sent them again as she said this was a better format for printing. Will use this company again!!

Negative experience: Totally disappointed as have done a few of these experiences with other companies which were great. I am disabled (not driving) and assumed there would be a few disabled spaces allocated). We asked a member of staff where to park...he pointed and said 'down there' pointing a VERY long way which I couldn't walk. My husband dropped me off at 'queue' which was ok. BUT surely even at a field event this would be thought of. We stood in the queue for nearly an hour with EVERYONE complaining! Being as it was a timed event no one expected to wait that long! I couldn't so had to sit on a trailer! When we spoke to a staff member they replied "we didn't expect everyone to turn up!" Surely if you charge people you should ASSUME they will turn up! We had a hot lap booked but it meant another LONG queue so didn't do it. Also we wanted to purchase photos BUT again the queue was unbelievable!!! THIS IS NOT AN EXPERIENCE we would ever do again! A small but actually important note...there were NO toilet rolls in any of the cubicles! I did mention this to a member of staff but nothing happened! We are paying human beings not animals!!! WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!

Negative experience: A terrible experience and a massive waste of time and money. Booked four cars of which only one was available! Arrived on time at 9.30 and despite only doing 4 laps which took about two minutes x 4 cars this took us until 14.00. Nowhere to shelter from the rain apart from one car the Mc Laren all the other cars were in very poor condition with engine faults and two Ferrari’s had brake issues and faulty wipers! Not ideal on a Misty/Wet day. Not made to feel special at all despite it being an expensive 4 car top package purchased by my kids for my 50th. My wife had no where to sit and as there was no shelter was soaking wet after 20 minutes so went pack to our car. Loads of people and only a handful of cars so a long waiting time plus when you do finally get on the track if you can call it that there were kids 10/11/12 year olds on the same track crawling along at 5 mph. I didn’t see anything on the website about kids being allowed to drive on the same track at the same time as everyone else! Paid for the photo and video package but not one photograph taken. Huge disappointment, save your money as this is a nightmare event.

Fantastic experience: Received a voucher for F1 ride for my birthday and was trying to book the experience for months as I could only go on the weekend due to work. However there was no dates available at all. My voucher was about to expire and I contacted the customer service and Natalie was able to extend my voucher by 3 more months so I could book a date for the experience (apparently this experience doesn't start till the spring)... Natalie was very helpful and sorted the issue within 10-15 min. Great service 5 stars

Fantastic experience: I had tried to book a track day as a present and something had gone wrong. I have spent all day going back and forth between my bank and the trackdays company. Finally managed to get down to the bottom of it thanks to Dennis, Natalie and a few others. Dennis even made up a copy of what the voucher would look like, so i could give the "voucher" to the birthday boy. A big thank you and will be using these again. Exceptional customer service. The problem wasnt a fault of theirs, just a minority glitch thing that rarely happens. But each and every member of staff I spoke to today was professional and super helpful. Again, especially Dennis and Natalie for going above and beyond with what they did for me.

Negative experience: Nightmare from beginning to end. Didn't deliver experience we paid for on the day due to covid and false advertising. I called and was told to send a detailed record of what happened in to them. Part of the problem is that they are selling packages on the website I was told on the day cannot be delivered booking with trackdays, and that trackdays had been asked repeatedly to take down these packages from sale. I have been following up and should't have been so patient, because 6 months down the line I still have no refund. Anyone else should contact their bank immediately to reclaim funds using charge back. I was told by the service manager Roger, that he would process a refund, I asked for confirmation in writing he said he would phone once it had been done. I never heard from them again. I also asked via email and phone for confirmation it was a full refund, Roger denies knowledge of this and actually told me I said something else. Completely toxic and dishonest communication! Now I can't get through to them on the phone or email. This has been a bad experience and I would recommend using a provider who actually host the day, not a third party cowboy company like this one.

Negative experience: We booked an event as a birthday present for our son, but despite months of waiting, Trackdays completely failed to offer any dates at all for it. Trackdays asked us to give them some more time to come up with dates before requesting a refund. We agreed, but they still could not come up with any dates in the period agreed. However, it then became clear why they asked us to wait, as when we asked for a refund, they deducted an amount for it being a few days outside the cancellation period. To be clear, Trackdays (a) did not give us a single date on which to book during the whole cancellation period, (b) instructed to us to wait until after the end of the cancellation period and (c) did not tell us they were going to make a deduction when they refunded. I found their conduct thoroughly dishonest. To judge from comments on MoneySavingExpert, we are not the only people to have been treated like this.

Negative experience: Booked a driving experience last October, called up and they said it was cancelled because of COVID, then tried to rebook again and their car was broken. Asked for a refund and have been waiting for nearly 3 weeks. Called multiple times as they ignore emails, keep saying they will call me back and pass it on to the manager but never have. The worst customer service, please don’t use this company as the amount of hassle is just not worth it!

Fantastic experience: Managed to find the exact date I wanted and it was easy to book. Got my ticket emailed in a few days no probs. The drive was amazing and the event was really well organised considering covid restrictions

Negative experience: I booked a track day with this company in June as a present. It was quickly cancelled (or postponed as they called it) because of COVID. After several months I requested a refund as it became apparent that I wasn't going to get any further information. I was told they weren't "offering refunds on experiences that were booked onto dates". So they were happy to take my money but they were unable to provide the service that I paid for. Every subsequent email I have sent has either been ignored or Ive been fobbed off. This is ILLEGAL - dont make the same mistake as I appear to have made.

Fantastic experience: This was a great day with No Limits. Due to the lockdown in England they managed to bring Mallory forward so it could happen before the lockdown. The administration to make that happen and move the multitude of riders around to please everyone couldn't have been easy.. The day itself was brilliant and I'm sure they booked the sunshine as well.. Thanks No Limits. See you in 2021

Negative experience: Booked a flying lesson for £185 4 weeks ago (for my wife’s birthday) only to find that the areodrome was closed as I tried to redeem voucher. Track days now refuse to refund or even reply. Don’t trust this company... verging on the criminal

Dear Sheila, You were sent an email from the supplier stating the following. All experiences at Andrewsfield continue to remain suspended due to the coronavirus and no further bookings will be accepted until October 2020 when the booking office should (hopefully) re-open to commence experiences again from Late October 2020 onwards however this is dependent on government guidelines Please now come back on-line in October 2020 to check status again – thanks for your patience and understanding in respect of current circumstances (lockdown) - we have checked through your emails and we have not said you cannot have a refund. You replied to us stating you have no intention of waiting for the experience to become available and that is was for a birthday in early October. The lockdown is nobody's fault and we and the suppliers are doing the best we can. We are sorry about this but there is nothing we can do to open up the venue earlier as it will not be safe. If you are absolutely unable to wait until later in October then we will refund you.
