Fantastic experience: Top Learner Driving School is the best driving school in East London. Cannot recommend enough as they were very reliable, honest as well as patient with me as a new driver.

Negative experience: !!WARNING!!! Think twice before booking your lessons with 'TOP LEARNER ' if u r looking for a qualified instructor to teach u then keep looking they send you unqualified drivers who are not experienced without informing you. Please also note that the only reason we did not bring the issue up earlier was because the instructor told me that he has been qualified and an instructor for 3+ years. Another reason we did not bring this up sooner was because the instructor did not display his pink triangle in his windshield until the day of my test. Instead of being helpful, you have made me seem like I am in the wrong somehow. Once again, very unhelpful and unprofessional. When we called you to address this issue, you stated that this is simply not your problem because all of your instructors are self employed so it’s not in your hands. The last time I checked, it was YOUR company’s name displayed on the top board of his car.

Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test 1st time with Ahsan as he was a professional and very patient instructor taking in mind I never had a clue on how to drive, he took his time and explained everything very well and when I needed more recap he was always willing to teach me the same thing more then once, I recommend Ahsan 100% and as a result I passed 1st time which was incredible and very happy, if your looking for a good instructor ask for Ahsan!

Thanks to the instructor (Akram) who was able to provide block lessons which worked around my partner's schedule he PASSED his driving test. I would most definitely recommend this driving school.

While one of the instructors exhibited a slight lack of appropriateness, I was incredibly impressed by how swiftly and effectively the company addressed my concerns. The fact that they made sure to put my well being and safety first instead of defending their driving instructors like other companies I know off makes me feel so safe with them and would definitely recommend them to everyone I know. I love how it's run by a family which also reassures me, as it seems to be run by females, which helps a lot as many females I know don't feel comfortable with male instructors but this company makes sure your comfortable and safe!! My journey to get a driving license was long and painful, but I never gave up and she believed in me from the start! Fantastic experience: I passed my practical driving test today at the first attempt in Goodmayes all thanks to my instructor Akram and Top Learner Driving School. The Top Learner Driving School is an excellent choice because they have many great instructors and can accommodate your availability. I had an excellent instructor named Akram who accommodated my availability. He always made slots available for me as I was quite demanding with the amount of lessons I wanted before my driving test. He has trust in his students and works with them efficiently. He plans his lessons accordingly, setting tasks and goals for specific areas. One of the most helpful things he did was to conduct mock tests where he made sure that all the routes, especially the most common ones, were covered before the actual test. He also ensured that you drove following the Sat Nav instructions, which helped in preparing for the exam. The most important thing was that Akram was an amiable instructor who was extremely encouraging. Instead of shouting at you for mistakes, he kindly explained what your mistakes were and advised you on how to fix them. He truly boosted my confidence, which was crucial in making me enjoy learning and feel more confident during my test. I highly recommend Top Learner Driving School and Akram to all learners. My experience was great and I left feeling much more confident in my driving skills.

Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test in first attempt with only one minor. I would here like to especially thanks Mr. Muhammad Hanif who was my instructor. He was very professional, he taught me exceptionally well. He is polite while teaching, he used to come on my level and pointed out my mistakes with polite manner. He regularly gave tips to pass the driving test because of that I passed my test in first attempt.

Fantastic experience: Firstly, massive shout out to my instructor Jawad! If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have passed my test first time and I only got 2 minors! He really is an amazing instructor, very patient, explains everything thoroughly and really helpful. I would highly recommend Top Learner, and even more so, Jawad! Negative experience: I had very bad experience with them..First they appointed instructor who was only available on morning timings .she wasn't cooperative at all and wasted my 6 hours in narrow streets with her book..And after requesting for new instructor they appointed another instructor she was good though but she behaved unprofessional in my last class she got rude with me which shattered my confidence completely because she knew she didn't thought me very well and I'm gonna fail she did this and I failed ..and yeah I paid almost £100 plus for date booking..I requested her Friday for booking and she did booked my test on Friday , when my dates were closed to test I rechecked my dvla account and my date and day was changed to from Friday to Tuesday..and my test was in chingford area that area was completely busy in week days that's why I specially requested her and paid amount what ever she asked for...and after confronting her regarding she refused completely and blamed booking guy ..I know except me only instructor can change my date and day...these people are not professional and I will not suggest anyone this driving school. I m not mentioning instructors names as I don't want to ruin anyone's name as this is the way of their earning but I'm posting this review to make people aware not to fall for fake reviews as I did.. MY REPLY TO YOU: I TOOK MY ALL CLASSES FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION . SECONDLY MY FRIEND STOPPED TAKING CLASSES AFTER FEW LESSONS ,, AS YOUR INSTRUCTOR CHARGED HER £30 FOR TYRE PUNCTURE . I DONT THINK YOUR CARS ARE INSURED OR NOT. THIS IS QUESTIONABLE THANKS FOR REMINDING ME ABOUT MY FRIEND I FORGOT TO MENTION HER EXPERIENCE ASWELL AND YES I WILL TELL HER TO PUT HER REVIEW ASWELL .
