Fantastic experience: An overall amazing experience. Initially, it was abit of a rocky start, but just trusted the process and listened to the instructors. Really good people, they are very knowledgable and know exactly what they're doing. They are quite articulate in the way they teach making it easier for you to understand and grasp information. Instructors take the time to make you learn the skills to a higher standard than necessary, which made the exam itself way more easier. Highly recommended. Definitely a 10/10.

This went in hand with your exceptional delivery of pre and post briefings, explaining what was intended to be covered on the day and how it got covered after the session. Your honesty was appreciated on areas that I would still need to improve, providing this information very constructively, as well as giving great feedback on areas where my skill level was where it needed to be with additional exercises to keep them sharp and in a constant state of improvement. Fantastic experience: Excellent experience. Please note regarding the 1-star reviews: many of them are about people arriving late, seriously? Don’t arrive late and your session won’t be cancelled! Also they are not racist at all. And if you leave a bad review because you failed the test, review the DVSA not 1Stop. The low reviews baffle me! Anyway here was my experience: I went for my progressive (from A2) Mod 1 and Mod 2 full A licence test days at the Ilford location. I’m in a unique position to compare these guys to multiple training centres as I have done my full progressive route. I found the staff were very warm and professional, the bikes and equipment were all in good condition, the bikes even have turn signal beepers so you never leave them on by accident. The Mod 1 training is in a dedicated off-road area. The receptionist is nice to speak to and clear. Overall I had a very good experience here and I would recommend it to anyone for their motorcycle training. Thanks 1Stop instruction.

Negative experience: Extremely rude Unprofessional behavior Racist (we were group of 8, 4 from Pakistan, 1 i believe from South Africa and 3 White guys only 3 of them passed the test because they are white) Instructor Tony and Charlie both of them are same Try not to book with them because they will pick on you if you are not white i’m witness they failed a Black guy and one Pakistani guy named Khalid intentionally and swear them behind their back and when a guy asked Charlie to tell his name to make a compalint against him he lied by telling him fake name pamel

Fantastic experience: I honestly cannot stress how good 1 Stop Instruction is! From zero riding experience, I now have a full bike license (CAT A). I completed my CBT and DAS with this school and passed first time. I first completed my CBT, which was led by an instructor called Martin. His professionalism and patience were second to none! He taught me the foundations of how to ride a 125cc (which was an automatic) really well. After my CBT, I took my theory test and then booked a DAS with 1 Stop. As I had no experience in riding a manual or any bike, I decided to book myself on two 1-2-1 lessons a week prior to the DAS starting. Pete was the instructor on my first 1-2-1. He started me off on the 125cc manual bike to get me used to the gears, and within half an hour, I was on the 600cc practicing figure of 8’s, u-turns, etc. On my second 1-2-1, I had Mike teaching me. After practicing a couple of U-turns (which I was not confident on), we headed out on the roads, and this was a fun yet great learning experience. Over to the mighty DAS course! The DAS was broken down into 3 days. On the first day, we primarily trained for the Mod1 test with a bit of on the road riding. On the second day, we started off with Mod 1 final practice and then headed off to the test center. After the Mod 1 test, it was straight to the Mod 2 practice. Both days were properly intense but still very enjoyable. On the final day, we did more Mod 2 practice (test routes) and headed to the test center. For the DAS the instructors I had were Tony, Cavell and Pepsi. Here is my review on each of them: Tony is an extremely experienced instructor with a great personality and a lot of patience. He can get along with anyone, and instead of the session feeling like I’ve got a teacher teaching me, it felt more like I’m practicing with my best mate. Cavell is one of the owners of 1 Stop Instruction, and believe me when I say he is good at what he does, he truly is! For some reason, I was getting nervous and kept flopping on U-turns, but within a space of 10 seconds of his guidance, I mastered the U-turn! I really enjoyed training with him. Pepsi is the other owner of 1 Stop Instruction. Just when I thought you can’t get any better, I was fortunate to have Pepsi on my last day of the DAS (the best till last, ey?). He has truly mastered the art of instruction and gives key advice to not only just make sure you pass the Mod 2 but also information you take with you for life. This man is like an encyclopaedia with the amount of facts and road traffic laws he knows. Even after my DAS, I can call him and ask a million and one different questions, and he’ll be more than happy to assist. Please don't bother wasting your time to trial any other schools. This is hands down probably the best school in the country (check the reviews). If anyone is unsure about DAS or want to have a chat about the experience I've had I'd be more than happy to speak to you, Just get the office to pass your deats to me. I look forward to booking my Enhanced Rider course with 1 stop in the new year!

Great pre test training, supportive informative and positive, and passed on my first try at a new center! Couldn't have asked for more, plus they were really flexible about me going straight to mod 2 even though they didn't know me at all. I explained my situation and they were up for it! Respect!

Fantastic experience: I went in with literally no biking experience.... with 1 stop their instructors are very well versed in teaching and explaining from going zero-to a CAT A licence. I did my CBT and a couple of 1-2-1 sessions and then went straight to DAS. A bit pricey compared to the other schools I've looked up. But considering their proffesionalism and ready to go test dates it's a no brainer! Thanks once again. Will definitely recommend

Negative experience: Guys don’t get scammed!! this is the worst CBT test centre I ever seen in my life. Starting from the lady who picked up the phone for booking she was so rude and helpless I had to phone her again to tell her I didn’t get the confirmation email and I was late for my test and they told me to pay £200 again, normally other CBT test centre if you came late or missed the test they will charge you small amount of money and rebook you.

Fantastic experience: I went in with no bike experience and had a great time learning from the instructor. The course itself is well organized but having an instructor that genuinely put effort into teaching was definitely the key to me learning so much and actually getting a cbt. It seems that it's small points that make riding tricky but the instructor somehow manages to notice them all. I will definitely be coming back here to progress my bike license!

Fantastic experience: I attended the DAS course in summer 23, and obtained the full license at my first attempt. The instructors have provided me with the skills and knowledge to confidently pass my test and move from my 125cc onto larger bikes. There is a strong emphasis on road safety, learning to read the road ahead and bike control The courses are taught very well and Definable recommend 1sropinstructions to anyone who wants to either do their CBT or DAS.

Negative experience: I have scheduled for my CBT and I was bit late due to the location being very confusing and Since I am new to this country. when I have reached the location they said I was late and has provided me with an email to send an email to get my date rescheduled. When I have emailed them they replied they couldn't do anything about it and I have to Pay again and reschedule again. Its not fair for a company simply having a mindset of robbing people blind and expect them to simply reschedule and paying 200 pound again. When I have called A lady named Casile answered the call and I have asked her a question "do you think from a customer point just because they were late do they have to pay 200 pounds again and is there no way you can help us reschedule and she rudely replied that yes you must". This is the truth of these people simply trying to steel peoples money instead of helping the customer. Never trust people like these.

Negative experience: Useless institue...i have applied for CBT....They are just doing day robbery... and steal your money.... I have 8 to 9 years of experience in bike riding.... And i have passed my IELTS with 7.5 Bands....he failed me by saying language Barrier The instructor ask us don't stop...but due to distortion on low quality headset I can't listen properly and I think he is saying both stop... So i stop on the side of the road..... he said why you stop there... i have told him that I can't listen properly and in all 2 hours there sometimes I can't listen the instruction properly....due to distortion... and he also failed 2nd guy as well...that guy said to him it is language barrier... i am hearing everything properly.... he is just buttering the Instructor... Problem in headphones and he can't listen and ask me to leave...and ask that guy to stay...i am 100% sure he has give CBT to that guy...but in front of mine he said to him I can't give you CBT... Time and Cost Is wasted.....Due to choosing wrong institute... If you love your time and money...than don't choose this institute...

Fantastic experience: Choosing the right school to drop 1,000 pounds is extremely challenging for a DAS course, but when i reached out i was given all the support and guidance by the professional team. Pepsi and the team are great and professional and truly help you become a better drivers and have a really good ethos as being market leaders in the industry. Passed both my mod 1 and 2 (DAS course) first time and they really care for you as students. I’m looking to do my advanced rider qualification with them in the summer coming! Motorbikes are dangerous on the road and all the instructions are aware of this, the negative reviews reflect people who misunderstand rudeness for firmness and the necessity to correct mistakes on a road as when you buy a bike and get on the road there wont be an instructor behind you giving you that support. Car drivers are in a metal box, you are not. Look up Look ahead Keep your distance

Fantastic experience: Went through everything from CBT to DAS Mod2 (Passed first time). An they were spot on. Professional and supportive, would recommend using to anyone looking to pass their big bike licence. A specific thank you to Tony, who ended up taking me on each part of the training and was a real asset to the company. Thanks Tony Have even endorsed them with a video on their website. Only complaint would be that the length of each day wasn’t clear and I could have done with a pack lunch on more than one occasion.

Positive experience: My cbt course, (intro to bikes) was conducted by a bunch of lively instructors. Before taking my das course, I had saddle experience riding a 125cc, so the switch over to a more powerful machine didn't feel too overwhelming. The facility for training mod 1 is on the uneven side (being in a car park) but all the drills are replicated well enough, train harder get better results I guess. The briefings before mod 1 and 2 were very detailed and extremely helpful. Look up, look ahead and keep your distance. Good luck to all new learners.
