Fantastic experience: I have passed my test first time and i highly recommend Think Safety School for the following reasons: my husband checked lots of instructors but chose this instructor called Jabed. This man is very experienced, patient and explains lessons very well. He took away the fear I had on the road by teaching me how to drive safely and when I took my test I was so comfortable on my test and the examiner seemed happy too the way i drove. Thank you Jabed and thank you Think Safety Driving School, you deserve my 5 stars.

Negative experience: Terrible driving instructor doesn’t explain to the learner that has to pick the right lane before roundabout. To stop in first lane and build traffic.

Fantastic experience: Salma is one of the best instructors I’ve had, I was previously learning elsewhere and switched to Salma earlier this year and passed with 4 minors, Her support and encouragement make her one of the best!! I would definitely recommend her to everyone

Negative experience: I had driving lessons with a female instructor. First of all she was procrastinating as i had my test booked 2 months in advance . i had enough time to be ready if i practiced at the same test centre i had my exam booked at as I informed her of my test date and the test centre however she made me practice at a different test routes as she promised to change my test to garrets green where i was practicing but she didn’t. Also she was my 4th instructor I i only had to practice a few things however i had more lessons than i needed. She cancelled on me a day before my test. It was disappointing as it’s difficult to get a test booked.

Fantastic experience: I booked with Salma at the start of this year after a friend had passed with her. I cannot thank Salma enough for the constant reassurance and support she gave to me throughout my learning to drive journey. I wasn’t the easiest of students as I lacked a great amount of confidence, but with her help and understanding towards this, I managed to pass first time! I’d recommend her and the driving school to anyone who’s looking to pass and have a great experience throughout.

Fantastic experience: Passed my manual driving test today on 2nd attempt!! I've had Salma as my driving instructor. She was always very patient with me an extremely supportive. I always felt very comfortable during lessons with Salma. She also helped me book and reschedule my tests very promptly. 100% recommend her as the driving instructor!!

Fantastic experience: i started my lessons with jamil at the end of January and passed my test first time with 4 minors at the end of august, i truly couldn’t have done it without him. Jamil is a fantastic instructor, ensuring he understands how you learn best to make the most out of your lessons. If you’re looking for lessons, tsd is the way to go!

Negative experience: I booked them for my son and I did mention his test has booked the driving instructor did not put any effort and gone on holidays left me with another instructor for my son lesson who is not responding to calls or text messages Not happy with they service at all very disappointed

Negative experience: If I could this driving school 0 I would. Been learning with them since January I’ve hard the worst experience I was firstly with Ali then I was with salma who was unreliable didn’t reply to my messages 0 progress with her a lot of money and time wasted. I’ve been taking the mick out of by this company.

Fantastic experience: I finally passed by driving test three weeks ago on the 3rd attempt. Jamil has honestly helped me so much in becoming a more confident driver. He tries to accommodate your availability and learning needs as well, he helped me improve so much on my manoeuvres. He is very patient during lessons and lets you learn in your own time. He helped me a lot with becoming more confident in my driving, very patient throughout each lesson and his instructions were very clear and easy to understand. His technique simplified my method of completing manoeuvres which I really struggled with initially. Fantastic experience: I passed my manual driving test on my first try with only 4 minors! It has been a breeze learning from Jamil, he is very patient and supportive. He taught me how to drive a manual from the very basics and within a few classes, I managed to build my confidence up. I would highly recommend learning from Jamil as he is organised, patient and will make sure he thoroughly covers all sections of the practical test with you before you sit for the test.

Fantastic experience: I recently passed my test with Salma after a recommendation from a work friend who was learning with her. Salma was great. On my first lesson she told me to book my test and promised she'd find me a cancellation. As it happened, she managed to bring my test forward twice! From my first lesson she made me feel completely at ease, and is very likeable and easy to be with. She was a great teacher, and helped me overcome any targeted nerves I had, offering plenty of reassurance and praise, as well as constructive criticism where required. I would (and have) recommend for sure. Thanks Salma!

Negative experience: I would not recommend this driving company to anyone! My partner had a few lessons with him (well I say lessons he was park outside the house speaking to him for 20 mins before taking off) then told my partner he can book a test. So we did and told him the dates and times but then the instructor stop texting and talking to my partner for weeks and still hasn’t answered any of our messages. So how are people gonna pass if instructors are point blank ignoring people. Waste of time!

Fantastic experience: For those looking for driving instructors within the Birmingham area I cannot recommend Jamile enough. I started lessons with Jamile in lockdown and despite going in and out of lockdown and having to stop and start my lessons he remained extremely patient with me. If there was anything I was unsure of Jamile was happy to help even providing test routes so that I could go out in my own car prior to test day. Jamile really breaks things down and will happily repeat if there is anything you’re unsure of, I really cannot fault him.

Fantastic experience: Think Safety Driving school is one of the best in Birmingham. I passed my practical driving test today after a long wait due to Covid. I did my lessons with Jamil and I must commend him for his professionalism, understanding and patience during my lessons. He is certainly the best and I highly recommend him for all your driving lessons. I can promise you that you won’t be disappointed..

Fantastic experience: Amirul is a fantastic instructor he has passed all my friends and is very friendly towards me and others he is very understanding and is exceptionally good with new learners would recommend to anyone new or that has previously took lessons also a big to the TSD team

Negative experience: Their Driver Miguel put my gf on the spot to block book 10 hours with him when he knew she only wanted to do hourly sessions convinced her that he would give her fixed hours every week, every week driving lesson and took her £290 and only turned up to 3 lessons over a month and she did not want to continue with him as he did not give her the service he promised. When she complained to TSD they said they could only have a “word “with him and said they’re not liable as he’s self employed. And still gives him jobs though he’s an actual fraud and scammer. She’s really sad and disappointed that they do not care about the situation and they failed her completely. What company do not have a complaints procedure? If you do not want to lose your money don’t think of booking with this company and especially MIGUEL KAHN!
