Fantastic experience: Really recommend Altrincham Driving School, my instructor Dan was really supportive throughout the whole process but most importantly gave me the independence to make mistakes that I could learned from whilst remaining safe on the road and I give him all the credit for my driving test pass.

Fantastic experience: Dan taught my son Kavi and he passed first time. Kavi was delighted to learn from Dan as he is so easy going and gave all the best advice and tips for getting through his test. The lessons were the highlight of his week and a lot of that was down to the human touch that Dan conveyed, showing interest in him and investing in him as a person. Kavi went into his test feeling confident and fully competent. Dan never put any pressure on amount of lessons and in fact recommended easing off the frequency when Kavi had to wait many months for his test. He guided us throughout the process. Fantastic experience: Glen Argles was my Instructor. He was fantastic. I was an extremely nervous and unconfident driver, and now I have passed my test with only three minors, and feel fully capable on the roads.

Fantastic experience: Glen has been amazing and friendly. I am someone who is neurodivergent so it has taken me longer to learn everything however Glen was helpful and patient. I appreciate all the time he has made on the last few weeks prior to my test and all the knowledge he helped me learn. I would recommend him!

Rang the school initially enquiring about their intensive packages and was instead recommended a customised ‘semi-intensive’ course that better suited my needs and availability and also saved me money! Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend the Altrincham Driving School more, I had lessons with Teresa, who is a patient, experienced, and excellent driving instructor. Her knowledge about all things driving (and about the test itself) is encyclopaedic; there wasn't a single question or issue that I had that she didn't know the answer to, or how to remedy. Also, her judgement is accurate, and I quickly learned to rely on it: she knew immediately how long I would need and when I was ready to take the test. Fantastic work!

Fantastic experience: i could not recommend Altrincham Driving School enough they were brilliant start to finish! My instructor was Dan, he was nothing short of the perfect instructor for me. He was unbelievably patient and never once made me feel nervous or uneasy, i had done some driving prior to my lessons with Dan but he was still able to teach me thing ill carry with me for life on the road. I booked in for 20 hours the week prior to my test which he had booked quicker than i could ever imagine and i ended up with a first time pass. Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of being taught to drive by Teresa. As a particularly nervous driver, I was immediately put at ease by Teresa’s calm and patient demeanour. I honestly thought I would never pluck up the courage to even do my driving test. However, not only did I do it, but I passed first time with only one minor! She is an excellent instructor and I could not recommend her enough. Not only is she brilliant at her job, she is so kind and personable and so will make you feel so comfortable even if you’re a nervy driver like I was.

Fantastic experience: I had Teresa as my instructor, and she was so calm and patient with me throughout all my lessons with her. We were able to have friendly chats during my lessons and with me being bit of a nervous driver, Teresa was able to help me feel relaxed each time I drove and in my last few lessons I was comfortable and confident in my abilities. Fantastic experience: The best instructor I could have ever asked for. Teresa is an absolutely amazing instructor who helped me stay calm and collected and pass 1st time. I had such a great experience with my lessons, I could have a nice chit chat and knew exactly what I needed to do to improve. Teresa was always calm and told me exactly what I needed to do to improve and ensure that I could pass. When the day came, I had a great hour before hand in which she helped calm My nerves and help me concentrate. Then when the test came I wasn’t half as nervous and my legs weren’t even shaking as I thought they would. Teresa is the best instructor you could ever ask for!

Fantastic experience: I took lessons with Teresa. I was a nervous driver from the start and found control of the car difficult. Teresa was eternally patient and encouraging and allowed me to go at my own pace, whilst gently pushing me forward to the next stage of learning when it was helpful to my progress (I would have stayed on the side roads forever if it was up to me!). Communication was easy and everything ran smoothly from a logistical perspective. I cannot recommend Teresa highly enough to any new learners in Altrincham.
