Fantastic experience: I booked a 15 hour driving course and passed! I struggled to find an intensive driving school that could find an available instructor for my booked test. Overall, the service was reliable and there was good communication. I would recommend this company.

Within a day of having paid for my intensive course, they had given me an instructor and had found me a test date less than 2 months' away. I even asked if the test could be rescheduled owing to personal commitments, and a new test date was provided within half an hour without any problem. My instructor was Michael B. Having worked with a different instructor before going with The Pass People, I feel well positioned to advocate as to just how amazing Michael is. Calm, friendly, and donning an obvious wealth of experience, Michael was no doubt pivotal in my first time success with my driving test. To anyone who gets him in the future, you're extremely lucky!!

Fantastic experience: Exactly what I needed!!!! 4 weeks ago I was put at risk of redundancy, in order to secure a new job I needed to get driving. I found The Pass People online and after a quick phone call to reassure myself it wasn’t some sort of scam I signed up. The Pass People secured me 15 hours with a driving instructor, they booked in my Theory Test within 2 weeks and then secured me a Practical Test 2 weeks after that! I passed first time in Oxford earlier this week! Throughout the entire experience Amy & David have been incredible! The communication is clear and concise, they both wished me the best of luck before both tests and they were quick to respond to any queries I had. If you need to get driving quickly I would 100% recommend using The Pass People, they are incredibly good at what they do!!! Thank you so much for opening up my options for future success!!!

Negative experience: Came to the pass people as a confident learner driver who just needed some touch ups and getting used to being on the road after a break and ended up calling off the rest of my lessons, having several panic attacks whilst on lessons and an instructor who was plain concerning. A “partial” refund was given , this is after we called them about the upset and they hung up on us. After hanging up, over emails they claimed they attempted to call us back (this is absolutely rubbish as there was zero missed calls and the phone was available) and after chasing them with emails and calls to try and recoup any money for future lessons with ANY other company to actually help me rather than hinder me. Moral of the story: if you want a horrible experience with driving instructors who more than likely want to nab your money and go, I would recommend. If you want to end up more scared of being on the road after you were left crying requesting to be driven home and asked if you wanted to just drive on home early like it never happened, I recommend. The pass people had little concern over any of this and I wouldn’t recommend them as a school for anyone. Not only is the pricing insanely high, it’s left me needing way more lessons than where I started to gain my confidence back and I’ll never forgive that. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

Fantastic experience: This company have been excellent in finding a test for my daughter extremely quickly with in the time frame I wanted. Unfortunately her test was cancelled by the test centre in Chertsey the night before. This was due to an examiner being unwell. Nothing to do with the pass people. They were brilliant and kept searching again and found me an alternative test sooner than the one the government gave me after they cancelled her initial one. However she didn’t pass first time, we have since booked up again through the pass people and already had a test come through in a couple of days for 3 weeks time. Thank you to everyone at pass people who have made the whole process stress free. Will definitely recommend you. Hopefully she will pass this time!

My original driving test was cancelled a few days before it by the DVSA and they were able to find me a new one within 3 days for 2 days later. A real lifesaver.

They were able to book a test at our test centre (which we were unable to do) and even when the test centre cancelled the test 2 days prior they found a cancellation a week later! Very professional, easy to deal with, great customer service and highly recommended. Well worth the cost for a hassle free booking.

Fantastic experience: Great service- we were so pleased with The Pass People. Very friendly, professional company and found us a retest within 2 and half weeks of the initial test. So pleased with the service and would highly recommend.

Negative experience: I can comfortably say that this is the worst intensive care company to use! Paid my £145 deposit for 15 hours of tuition, couldn't organise a time both myself and my instructor were free, and still had to pay an additional £62 to keep my test date, despite my instructor refusing lessons. Ended up paying over £200 just for a test. Wouldn't recommend.

I have been driving for 25 yrs in the US and for the last 6 mo in the UK on my US license. Nazia was very good at explaining road customs and rules and importantly how to pass the test! Negative experience: Awful experience. Despite being marketed as an intensive course, I was assigned an instructor who doesn’t believe intensive courses work. I had several issues with the instructor and when I took these up with the company, it was not dealt with well at all. A real waste of money, time and energy.

Fantastic experience: The people in this company are miracle workers! They managed to get my daughter and her partner through a crash driving course and find them tests in a very short space of time (from 26th June to 4th August) at very short notice. Where we live in Blackpool, we couldn't even access lessons before August! Thanks too to their great instructor Alena!
