Negative experience: I booked a lesson with Hafiz at 6:30 am and he never arrived! I woke up so early for that! He also assigned me to Din the other day, the guy was 30 minutes late, extremely negative during our lesson. I paid him for 2 hours but we only did one post which he wouldn’t return any of my messages. This is unprofessional and dishonest!

Fantastic experience: After getting nowhere with BSM, this school helped me pass with 8 lessons. My instructor always filled the whole hour with multiple different things and communicated well. He didn't waste time going over things that I was already able to do and he was honest with me.

Fantastic experience: Amazing, i know it looks hard and anxious it is when you fail first time, but he is a really nice instructor and let you drive without making fuss of small thing, this is very helpful because you don't want to get stressed of every small thing. Fantastic experience: My husband and I attended 5 hours each with Irfan. We were not total beginners, but had to learn to drive in the UK. Irfan was patient with us and went over some of the basics at a learnable pace. His advice and feedback was astute, and he quickly caught the bad driving habits we had been practicing all these years. Once he gauged our comfort level with his car, he took us through some of the tricky and challenging routes of Oxford. Thanks to all his help and support, both of us got our UK driving license in our first attempts (from the Warwick test centre).

Fantastic experience: I had 10 hours worth of lessons with Irfan and managed to pass the test first time! Irfan is a great driving instructor and he was very accommodating. I booked the test a while back but only had time for lessons around 3 weeks before the actual test. Thankfully, Drive Professional and Irfan managed to find the time to give me lessons which ultimately helped me pass the test!

Positive experience: Had a great experience with Mr Hafiz as a teacher. I had some issues with my first instructor but switched to Mr Hafiz said who was great! If it wasn’t for the first instructor I would give 5 stars.

Negative experience: Hafiz is very friendly and accomodating but the driving instructor he assigned me for an intensive course was just terrible. He asked me to collect pizza, drop his kids home, he insisted on having a hair cut mid-lesson, was constantly on his phone (whilst I was driving) and wasting time unnecessarily. I haven't got enough words to describe how bad this experience was. It's unbelievable.

Negative experience: Booked my sons first driving lessons two weeks out and the instructor called the day before the first lesson and cancelled without any reason and didn’t call back to reschedule. No communication since. I was buying a 2 hour lesson to begin with to see how the instruction was before I buy a bulk package, but will move in with another school instead.

He is very sincere in his approach and really wants you to learn. There is no lingering and lessons progress very well. He really built my confidence on all the manoeuvres and would not hesitate to repeatedly go through my mistakes until I got them right.
