Fantastic experience: Graeme has been a fantastic instructor so much so that due to him and all his help and support I passed my test first time! I lacked confidence with driving and thought before I ever started I would be able to do it. From day one with Graeme he made me feel reassured and at ease and I soon got comfortable with the car and the way of the roads. He made me feel so relaxed. Negative experience: Had lessons with Darren back in 2018, he would: - often be late to lessons and not extend the lesson to make up for lost time - regularly go on his phone and even pick up phone calls from enquiring customers for 5-10 minutes Messed me around a few times as well- one lesson he got me to drive to a garage where another one of his cars was being fixed and made me wait there for 20 minutes while he went home and came back. Might have been the same lesson where he picked me up in an automatic instead of the normal manual car and framed it as a “learning opportunity” when really it was just a waste of time

Fantastic experience: Dreams come true with Promotion school especially with my instructor Graeme Boshen. I can’t believe I am independent driver now and passed my test from first time. Graeme is my second instructor and this time I never changed him. He is the best, most patient, most polite and nicest of all instructors:). The most impressive part we started lessons immediately after I have contacted him, because I was fed up with “wait 3 months for new slots”, “call me later”etc. And nice bonus Promotion school really cheaper than others as I found out later. Negative experience: Instructors working for this school would do well to remember the cars come with indicator stalks. Followed a Citroen c1 throigh Great Doodington and down the Doddington road just now, not once did the driver indicate, even when overtaking parked vehicles on the main road.

My instructor helped me a lot by adjusting his teaching to what I could easily understand, which saved me a considerable part of struggling time.
