Fantastic experience: I had a terrible experience with my previous driving school, where the instructor was impatient and made learning very stressful. That’s when I decided to call ALPS Driving School and got assigned to Shabir—and I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor. Shabir was absolutely fantastic! From the very first lesson, he kept me calm, motivated, and made the whole process fun and enjoyable. We clicked immediately. He was incredibly professional and had a way of pushing me to improve in the most calming and reassuring way. Even after I failed, he never gave up on me. Instead, he came back with a new plan to help me succeed and become a confident, safe driver. Communication with Shabir was so easy—he always responded quickly and was there to answer any questions I had. I honestly can’t recommend him enough. Negative experience: Hi guys, Wanna let know this company they are not right people they took £597 of me to become a instructor and I didn’t use any service or any lessons , And I asked them to pay me back and they said it’s nonrefundable this payment, which is they calling deposit, I checked them Policy they haven’t mentioned any deposit number refundable. There is even nothing. Talk about deposit or refundable or nonrefundable. Please be aware with this guy whose names Shoustar owner of the company, I phoned him many times. He ignored my phone call because he wants to keep this amount. I have a lot of proof about all of that please please really careful with this company, they sent me screenshot of “invoice” which was not official document

Fantastic experience: My experience with Alps driving school is amazing but by chance or my good luck I got very good instructor Ayman Ateem with whom I learned my driving skills. He is such a very good person , knowledgeable, helpful, kind and well patience while having lessons with him . Moreover , I met with other instructors before but they don’t explain the things very well . I was keep repeating the mistakes with them but with Ayman , he explains the things very well than I realised the difference and my driving is smooth . Fantastic experience: I just finished my driving lessons and I’ve passed my test, and I’m really happy with how it went. My instructor, Constantin Tomescu, was amazing—super patient and always made me feel comfortable, even when I was a bit nervous. They explained everything really clearly and made sure I understood before moving on. I also loved how flexible they were with lesson times, which made it so much easier to fit lessons into my schedule. The car was always in great shape, and I could tell they really cared about making sure I was learning at my own pace. If you’re looking for a driving school, I totally recommend Alps. Whether you’re just starting out or need a bit of a refresher, they’ve got you to drive!

Fantastic experience: I passed my driving test thanks to my instructor, Peter! I tend to make the same mistakes but, Peter never showed frustration and encouraged me to keep going. Negative experience: Terrible. My instructor had a very low tolerance for mistakes. The reply literally says they don't see me as ever being a student there to cover up my instructors behaviour. That just says it all tbh.

Fantastic experience: Passed my test first time today! I’d like to thank my instructor Florin, from Alps. Having had a bad experience from a previous driving school before, my confidence was terrible and my anxiety was at its peak, but Florin was the most patient instructor, he never got frustrated or annoyed, and always explained things in the most clear way possible. Whenever he had a free slot, he’d book in multiple lessons a week to ensure a faster result, and it worked! With a down to earth personality and always a great laugh, he made sure to always end every lesson with a smile, a positive attitude, words of advice and encouragement for future lessons. Fantastic experience: Florin was a very calm passionate instructor, with suffering an ankle injury before my test I had to put my test back a couple of times and with having to do that my driving instructor retired, so I needed to find a new driving instructor which was florin, florin was very patient with me as I wasn’t confident at driving since my ankle injury and with his knowledge and guidance I passed today first time with four minors. Thank you so much Florin you have been amazing! I highly recommend Alps driving school and having Florin teach you everything you need to know.

Fantastic experience: Perfect driving instructor! Florin helped me crack down the details and adjustments I needed to make for my test in a very short amount of time. Negative experience: Scam! I have given an instructor's number by apls driving school via their customer service and who asked me to pay £200 for 10 lessons. I paid but no lessons. Later Alps saying their website is hacked, either its nonsense or not, I booked the coach through your website. ALPS DRIVING SCHOOL PAY MY £200 BACK!

Fantastic experience: My driving instructor was Mr Florin. His guidance and technique of teaching that helped me to pass my driving test. He is talented instructor and teaches every aspect in driving and point out everything in detail when he teaches the lesson. After every session, he did an open discussion about my driving performance and notify my mistakes. And he also advised me about my drawbacks in driving and what I should have to take care to prevent doing those mistakes and he clearly explain me in detail. That will helps me to keep that in mind and make me careful when doing the driving. He has down to earth personality who is very patient and always care his students. That's always encouraged me to openly ask to clear my doubts. Even at the time of Exam, he motivated me and encouraged me a lot. And to relieve my exam stress, he said jokes that helped me to calm my mind. Fantastic experience: When Started training with alps it was feeling it's very hard have to remember loads of instructions 6 point check, center mirror, left and right mirror, independent driving loads of information to remember, tell me show me questions etc etc, but really at the test I was very scared from inside what it's going to be today, and I found the test was very easy then the practical training. I got training from alps trainer constantin from almost a year after real hard work finally I passes my test. So it was a great experience with alps trainer who helped me in every area of training ( car driving ) which result in passing my practical test. Many thanks to ALPS and its trainer Constantin.

Fantastic experience: Florin was an outstanding instructor. I was an extremely anxious learner (having failed a number of times before I joined Alps driving school). Florin really helped me work on this and built my confidence in driving with his calm temperament and vast knowledge which put me at ease. I had always struggled with understanding manoeuvres, spiral roundabouts and my clutch control was really poor. Florin explained in detail and was happy to go over any questions as many times as I needed. He provided me with techniques that I will always use now that I have passed with 1 minor! Besides that he is a great driving instructor, he is always careful of his students worries and feelings. He is helping his students to overcome their fear and helping them to calm down in stressful situation for them. Fantastic experience: Where do I start? Is it from the entire Alps driving school LTD team, or my marvelous instructor Huseyin Gecer. I am not someone that takes time to leave reviews but being a first time driver, passing for the first time as well with zero fault, is really something I would not have imagined at all. Instructor Huseyin was really patient, calm, encouraging, supportive and most of all passionate about his students passing I for one, am an example of his dedication to work. The fact that he goes the extra mile to explain why things are done the way they are using realistic scenarios and mapping them out on his board is so intriguing. Thank you so much for the time well spent, I know I was the lucky one having you as an instructor I booked my test date with Alps as I was not ready to go through the stress of searching for practical date myself, Alps driving school team was so quick at getting me a date and they were always calm and professional whenever I contacted them. Fantastic experience: I was just on the verge of loosing my trust after getting two bad and greedy instructors initially from ALPS, but then Helen was assigned to me from ALPS and she has been a Godsend in my entire driving Journey. She is good, calm, composed, very honest ,flexible and understanding towards your schedule, very punctual (she was always early to pick me up and always gave extra time while teaching). She made me believe again that good instructors still exists who will be honest about the actual classes you need rather than printing money just by confusing and scaring students.

Fantastic experience: When i first started driving,i had previously been with an instructor who fed me wrong information and sent me on tests when i was unready , since joining Alps and being with Oliver Byrne , i have felt so incredibly comfortable and confident on the road , Olivers feedback was always kindly worded yet informative, helpful and still insured driving was a positive and pleasant experience for me , i really recommend Oliver to anyone , he has been the best support throughout my journey and i will be forever grateful! Fantastic experience: I recommend Alps as a driving school, best instructors ever. My driving instructor Ayman Ateem, one of the best i ever met,he work hard until you get there where you should be, to pass your driving test. I use to do lessons with another instructor from another school but still didn't feel confident until someone recommend me Ayman. I understood from first lessons that Ayman is really involved in this process, i learn from first lessons from him a lot of new things that other driving instructor never told me. Another big thank you and big recommendation is for Ollie ( Oliver Byrne) that has helped me too, when the Ayman's car has broken down, another professional instructor, very patient and very clear explanation of driving . So yes, if you want to pass your driving test and to be safe and legal driver, definitely ask for Ayman Ateem and Oliver Byrne from Alps driving school. ☺️

Fantastic experience: i had amna imran as my driving instructor in coventry and she has helped me to pass. i was very nervous before my test and she helped calm my nerves. she is friendly and a very good teacher and helps you remember all the little things so that you can drive the best you possibly can. i would highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Taking a break from driving can be demotivating, but Amna Imran changed everything for me. Right from the first lesson, she built confidence in me. She helped me rediscover the joy of driving. Each lesson she noted areas so I could focus my efforts on improving. Credit to my instructor Ylli who guided me through upgrading my driving licence from Automatic to Manual with just 5 lessons plus a bit of luck for me to get a pass today at my “first” attempt. Fantastic experience: I got my licence recently from Nuneaton and I can't recommend Alps and my instructor Amna highly enough. Amna has a friendly personality, and she helps you improve your driving skills immensely. You can approach her even if you are a complete beginner or a foreign driver trying to cope-up with the UK system of driving. Amna focusses on conducting lessons in Coventry and Nuneaton, and I improved with every lesson I took with her. Alps Driving School has also exceeded my expectations with their service, and it's quite easy to manage classes with their office. The staff always interacts with you in a courteous manner.

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of passing the driving test on my first attempt with Alps thanks to the guidance of my instructor, Ayman. Ayman is a patient and experienced instructor who taught me to drive safely and confidently, not just to pass the test. Ayman made sure I practice a lot around the test centre to cover all the test routes and be ready for the test. He simplified complex manoeuvres and tricky junctions to help me learn. He was super flexible and changed his schedule to make more time for me to practice before the test. He coached me to prepare and be relaxed on the test day which was critical to pass.
