Fantastic experience: Passed first time in only Three Weeks!!! I went from a complete beginner with absolutely no driving experience to passing my test first time at Tottenham test center in just three weeks with Zak. Zak was recommended to me by partner (she also passed first time) and despite not being local; I decided to travel to the lessons because I wanted to learn from the best and to give myself the strongest possible chance of passing first time. I work long hours and so did not want to waste time and money by having to take another test. Zak is an incredible teacher who is also extremely passionate and professional. He invests heavily in his students and will put you in the best position to pass your test. I literally could not turn left and right and within three weeks became a confident driver. Zak's vast experience as a driving instructor is evident through his unrivaled ability to communicate with his students, explain concepts and teach you practical skills. He has an in depth knowledge of the test center driving routes and will ensure you comprehensively cover the particularly difficult challenges at each center. 1000% Recommend if you want to pass first time.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Zak I passed first time in Tottenham. Woohoo My test was in a months time and after my first session it was clear I had a lot to learn and old bad habits that needed fixing. Zak is an amazing teacher and takes the time and effort to understand how you learn and how to best help you. Over the course of a month I really had to put in the hours and it was hard work but we managed to cover the whole syllabus and I’m very happy with my progress. Yes the lessons were expensive, but I highly recommend passway driving if you’re planning on committing your time and focusing your energy into getting a license; they will for sure help you pass first time and learn how to drive well!

Fantastic experience: I started driving as a complete beginner, and I have recently passed with only one minor in Wanstead (automatic). From my first lesson, Zak was extremely patient and ensured I felt comfortable and confident behind the wheel. He provided constructive feedback that helped me improve, and went through dash-cam footage to help me see my mistakes. What I found most helpful was that we did tons of mock tests before my actual test to show me where my weaknesses were, and which also helped me familiarise myself with routes. I cannot be more thankful to Zak, and would definitely recommend Passway Drive for driving lessons.

Fantastic experience: I passed first time in Wanstead in a Manual car. Zak is a phenomenal instructor! I can’t highlight enough how motivated, upbeat, patient and knowledgeable he is. And most importantly SAFE. I came to Zak as a first-time mum in her 30s who could not start a car and could not tell her left and right. I can now say I'm confident but most importantly I have the lifelong skills to be a SAFE driver for my family. I managed to train in under 5 months, from the ground up. Zak does not ignore or let go of any of your mistakes or bad habits!! He finds ways to make you fix up in creative and comprehensive ways so that it no longer exists, enabling you to pass with little to no minors. An example is that I am a neurodivergent learner. He understood and found solutions to help me learn to the best of my ability through the syllabus up to the mock tests. With Dashcam videos he would go through meticulously with me to find any issues and the cause to eliminate bad habits. He also created visual diagrams and notes to go back on. Once I became a competent driver I was then able to train for my test. He went above and beyond to make me pass with a BESPOKE approach. We would again record our mock tests and go back to resolve ALL my issues or areas I was not confident about such as complex roundabouts, routes, turns, gear change, stalls, hill starts, dual carriageways, lane changes, parking and meet situations until it was fixed up and PERFECT. What worked for me was MOCK TESTS. The more I had the more confident I was for my final days before the test. Zak cared that I succeeded and had so much faith in me. It was an absolute pleasure being his student. He does the same with all his students so I highly recommend Zak.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended Passway Drive School through work colleagues, and Aftab was my instructor. I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor, he was very professional and thorough in his teaching, giving me methods to use to be able to complete manoeuvres perfectly. Aftab gave clear concise instructions, which were easy to follow. We were able to review dash cam video to see any areas which needed improving, which I found a big help. Fantastic experience: Phenomenal experience with my driving instructor Hasan, I passed with 0 minors at Wanstead driving centre in manual car. I came to him after my first failed attempt with 4 Serious faults and 7 minors. I learnt with Hasan for about 20 hours - approximately 3 weeks and the way he taught each lesson from the very basic starting with how should I move off then junctions, every single roundabouts and maneuvers was just amazing. Everything was so process driven that in the end it made it very easy for me to pass the test. Full credit to Hasan for his patience with me he's an extremely knowledgeable person with great experience of all the roads around test centers, I would highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Managed to get a test through cancellation last week (Wednesday) at Wanstead. Was stressed trying to find an instructor as my old instructor bailed on me leaving me helpless. Two days after booking I contacted Hasan (Friday). Hasan was very helpful and managed to book me in for a lesson the very next day and was able to accommodate accordingly. He easily identified all my weak points and built them up to a strong level alongside teaching me the test routes from scratch. Hasan was determined to help me pass and gave me the confidence I required to pass my test which I did with 1 minor fault. He gave me all the necessary information and taught me how to become a better driver overall on such short notice and with a small amount of time. He helped me immensely and I highly recommend him as an instructor if you are learning to drive. Great guy overall too. All in all, Hasan is the reason I passed and he managed to make it happen all within 4 days of meeting me.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience learning from Hasan and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who's serious about learning to drive. I learned from Hasan starting from the basics of car controls to more advanced topics like navigating dual-carriage ways and complex roundabouts. I ultimately passed my automatic car driving test with 0 faults in the Wanstead Test centre in London. - Professionalism - Hasan was extremely professional throughout my learning experience. He was always on time, and made sure that the lesson schedules keeps up with my learning progress. Lesson preparation was personally designed to address my weaknesses and he ensured that every lesson adds value to my overall driving quality. It felt tailor made to exactly what I needed to improve. - Systematic and methodical syllabus - I've learned with other driving instructors in the past and a key differentiator with Hasan was his method of a structured and methodical driving syllabus, which not only correspondents to the exact criteria that DVSA examiners look for in driving tests, but also help me develop a comprehensive understanding of driving, like how to control the vehicle, correct way of position at different types of junctions, how to assess and react to road conditions, road markings etc. I feel like a much more complete driver and am confident to drive on the road right after my driving test. - Test preparation and mock tests - Hasan carried out several mock tests with me as we approach the test date. They were extremely useful both as a preparation to pass the actual test but more important to practice independent driving. Through the mock tests we were able to identify areas of weaknesses and rectify them. I felt that through the mock tests I was able to become a much better and safer driver. - High quality car and pleasant learning environment - Hasan's car is always kept in clean and comfortable conditions. The car is also up to date with modern standard technologies which I was taught to leverage on during my drive. More importantly, he also taught me the limitations of the car technologies and how to avoid being misled by them (such as inaccurate speed limit displays)

Fantastic experience: I am not one to write a review about anything but I just cannot help but write this review. I went to Passway with almost zero idea about driving and PASSED my 1st ever driving exam with just 1 minor at Wanstead. I got a very fantastic driving instructor. HASAN is an exceptional and a dedicated driving instructor. His style of teaching differs from what I ever imagined it would be. He takes his time not just to teach you but also understand how you learn best as an individual. I personally learn more when allowed to take control of situations and then corrected along the line. I was surprised he understood that about me after a couple of lessons. He has a detailed teaching approach which makes you feel at ease to learn. Hasan gives detailed explanations with diagrams, examples and also practical details. He makes you go through different scenarios and imagine different possible road situations. HASAN does not just teach you to pass your driving exam but he impacts a life skill that stays with you forever. He teaches you to be a competent, confident and a safe driver. His mock tests were incredibly helpful, he mimics the actual exam conditions which serves as the basis of my pass after my actual lessons. I can tell you that after failing 3 mock tests, I almost lost my confidence. HASAN kept encouraging me that I can do it only if I can keep my nerves in check. After the 7th mock test I failed, he still believed in me. The dashcam recording of my driving helps me rethink my errors every time I got the videos. HASAN’s clear instructions and emphasis on road safety were particularly impressive. I wanted him to be in the car with me during my exam but he was so confident about his student that he ended up not staying in the car with me. The last mock route I did was like an exam before the main exam. I believed so much in the knowledge and skills he had impacted into me that I went for the exam with so much confidence that I would not fail. I came back victorious and my joy knew no bounds as the examiner gave his positive comments about my driving (Examiner's words: I am so happy with your driving. You gave me no reason to be anxious as soon as you started driving. You are a very excellent driver and I am so glad to be your examiner). What else could I wish for after hearing that coming from my examiner?! Thank you so much HASAN because you made it possible. I am so grateful HASAN and I could not have done this without you. I would gladly recommend him to everyone for his efficient teaching style and stress free learning environment.

Fantastic experience: I came to Zak on a last minute, late night call regarding booking a car for a test within 7 days as my previous instructor could not do it. After freeing up time, myself and Zak had a preliminary lesson, and it quickly became clear that Zak had work to do, from not being brought up to standard by a previous instructor. We booked in lessons, and with 3 days before the test and limited time, I failed on my first attempt as a result of a mistake I made. A month from then, I'd managed to secure another last-minute test in Wood Green. Zak dedicated time, met me early in the morning, and drove with me for 3 days to get me pass ready. The lessons were concise, and Zak is very easy to follow. He is very aware and able to pick up on mistakes, but also proposes constructive ways to fix behaviours and habits quickly. The use of the dash cam means that any mistakes can be studied and reviewed without an instructor just speaking at you, which helps the learner to understand in a much clearer way. Zak has a wealth of knowledge regarding driving and backs it up with slides and diagrams to take away so you can revise in your free time. I've previously had around 6 instructors, and Zak I have to say has been the best so far, very personable and makes you feel comfortable in the car. High high quality teaching, I can only recommend to anyone looking to drive!

Fantastic experience: Big thanks to my instructor Hasan who helped me to pass my test at UK's 3rd hardest test centre Wanstead 1st time with him that too with only 1 minor. I've had taken tests before but it never made sense what I was doing during my driving but when I contacted Hasan he assessed my driving and made me understand how to fix everything so we started everything from beginning. It was tough to loose all bad habit I had from my previous instructors but gradually Hasan helped me with everything | started feeling confident more day by day. Throughout my lessons he was switched on always he doesn't miss even a single mistake and teaches from it. He is focused on how to make best use of each lesson.To support learners understanding he used his video recordings which is excellent to give a better understanding and how to fix it later on. Specially his mock tests are tremendously helpful. He makes learner feel it as it's a real test and at the end he explains everything. Thanks to another instructor Zak who took mock test of my driving. He is also brilliant. I would like to tell learners please don't waste you time and money on dodgy instructors. Use your time and money wisely, passway would be the best option to pass it. I've had spent all together for previous 7 tests plus this test over 10k for driving so I know how does it feel when waste your money and you get nothing. Fantastic experience: I had my driving lessons with Zak who is a very experienced instructor. He structures lessons into different subjects and delivers them comprehensively and in great detail. He would send slides and notes after lessons so you remember what you’ve learned. Zak knows the area extremely well. He never hesitated to point out my mistakes, sometimes with a little grilling but it has helped me remember and avoid them in my driving. He regularly reviewed dashcam footages with myself so I could understand the mistakes I made. On test day he gave me good vibes and the confidence I needed to pass my test. I would say Zak can improve on communication around arranging lessons, however he makes up for it by fitting in extra lessons before the test and working ungodly hours. Thanks a lot to Zak who helped me pass first time in Wanstead.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking to pass first time and really get the best experience in learning to drive then there is no need to look anywhere else, Zak and his team are superb instructors! Really helped me reach my full potential in driving, Zak catered to my hours of work by working later than he normally would to make sure I passed my test, his teaching styles are very good and effective in helping you understand what you need to do or what need to improve on, after each lesson he would send over slides with information on what you would have done in the lesson to make sure you fully understand it and sometimes would send you dash cam footage of the drive you did which will show the things you need to improve on and made it so much easier to understand so you can easily improve! I passed my test with 0 minors! And cannot thank him enough.

Fantastic experience: Just passed my driving exam with the help of Hasan. He is very professional and his way of teaching is very different from other instructors and easy to grasp.He is calm and strict to the point .I always feel comfortable throughout the drive.With the help of the automated video system in the car, we can get the videos of our driving and watch where we have committed mistakes and learn from it. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Zak from Passway Drive by one of his previous pupils who also passed with him. They conveyed how good he is and his amazing as well as effective approach to teaching which I came experience myself within the first introductory lesson. I was expertly advised by Zak to take on the 2 week intensive course which I will say was the best choice given the short time to my test and difficulty of the centre. Zak delivered the course exceptionally and I am nothing but grateful to be taught by him as everything was tailored almost completely around my needs as a learner and the progress made. He was totally transparent with me regarding all aspects from cost and time frame to ability as well as eventually success. Fantastic experience: I went to Zak after 7 instructors. The first lesson was a real eye opener on how little I knew about driving even after having lessons consistently for over a year, that's when I knew Zak would be the right instructor. I started from scratch with Zak and each lesson I could see a huge difference in my driving and could see how each lesson was carefully planned and built on previous lessons, to make each subject stronger and ensure nothing was forgotten. Zak was well organised and the lessons were very structured. He explained each process and the theory behind it which allowed me to really understand what I was doing and how to do it. Doing my first roundabout with Zak, I was on edge because of how nervous they made me, but after helping me get over my fear of roundabouts, I was confident enough to go out in my car and do the roundabouts knowing I could do them without any help. He really went the extra mile and was very adaptable to help me with anything I was struggling with, overcoming my nerves and all the bad habits I had. Zak was extremely patient and calm; he would answer all of my questions even if they seemed trivial and irrelevant and would explain things in numerous ways until I understood. After 5 months of covering the whole syllabus and doing loads of mock tests we were both confident I was ready and would pass my test. I can't thank Zak enough for the confidence and the amazing amount of support he gave for me to pass my test. Before coming to Zak, I though it would take me a long time to get through driving and would not be able to drive by myself, I went for my first alone drive the day after my test and was confident in my driving and decisions. Fantastic experience: Today I passed my driving test (with 2 minor faults!) on automatic transmission after an intensive training with Zak! I previously failed on manual cars with 2 different instructors. I had so much anxiety on driving because one of the instructors I used to have told me off all the time and not been able to provide me full explanation on which scenario I need to do things differently. The other was rather muted and do not answer questions... When my lessons started with Zak I realised there were so many of my questions answered with good logic. Zak is a proper teacher- he's not there just to instruct you and expects you just do the way he wants you to, which many other instructors out there do, as if it's only the student's fault if they can't follow. Zak has a car camera that can record student's driving- it is so good that I could relook at the mistakes I made and we could openly discuss it. He is patient even when I am not patient with myself, like when I made the same mistake or the same bad habit a number of times consecutively. He fully understands every student progresses differently with different topics. He ensured all the topics are covered with me from the beginning, corrected everything that I was not good at and ensure I repeatedly do it until I got it correct, so that they are ingrained within my muscle memory. The lessons with him made me understand the importance of getting the basics polished. My awareness was trained on roads outside of the test routes. He took me on dual carriageways and we went far so that I do not get scared of fast speed, not scared of changing lanes on a 50-mile road. It is now easy to me to do any of it, which a week ago I was still petrified of. The series of mock tests on the 2 days before my test were able to pick out all the mistakes that could happen to me when I was under test conditions. The footages of mock tests also helped me analysed the mistakes after. On the day of test, he warmed me up just enough with practising the key junctions that I might get taken to by the examiner, and kept me calm ahead of the test. After all the frustration with the previous instructors I am SUPER grateful that I get taught by Zak in the end. He pulls his heart and soul to ensure you get there. Getting trained with him this time I feel the time, effort and money are paid off well. He was more excited than I was after he found out I passed :) Thank you for empowering me to be a good driver- I can't wait to be on the road now!!

Fantastic experience: Passway Drive is the school you need if you’re absolutely determined to pass your driving test - and you want an instructor who will match, even surpass, that determination. But, also, if you want to actually learn how to be a good driver and have strong road confidence. I recently passed the driving test first time, under Zak’s guidance over the last couple of months. Passway’s learning methods appeal to each and every learning style: if you’re a visual learner, like me, the course follows a guiding syllabus which is always accompanied by various slides recapping what you’ve completed in the syllabus each day; if you learn by doing, trust me when I say you will do it over and over again until it feels second nature to you and you learn the test area - and Zak always finds a way to put it, a reference point to follow, or a sequence to remember to build it into your muscle memory; and if you learn by listening, Zak will always give you a sequence to follow that replays in your brain every time you drive. There are also cameras at the front and rear of the car which Zak will program to record you at times, so you can see, in your own time, how roads / roundabout lanes may open and form, and your own mistakes. Zak was more dedicated to the cause (of me passing my test) than I was - and has always had a reassuring confidence which puts you at ease massively - which obviously comes with years of experience and having a syllabus that works over and over again. The best way to put it is Zak makes you learn something at 150%, and expects that standard from you every time you drive with him, so that, come test day, chances are you’ll be operating at 100%. For example, though the dual carriage part of the test would probably only account for a few minutes of your test, Zak spent a whole day with me on dual carriageways making sure I knew how to change lanes safely, knew when to do so, how to read signs on the motor way and know which lane to be in…all in all, by the end of it, I felt like a dual carriageway pro and on the test I was on it for about 3 minutes - which made it incredibly easy as I was merely made to demonstrate the tip of the surface of what I actually knew how to do on dual carriageways. He teaches you how to drive properly, and learn the roads / roundabouts that you’ll face as exemplars for how roads work generally in the UK, which in turn makes the test feel pretty easy. This isn’t to say that you need loads of time - I learned the entire syllabus from Zak in a matter of weeks, including various intensive classes. Zak has always made time for me / the rest of his pupils. He is incredibly flexible and adaptable and works incredibly hard - and that translates into how he instructs his pupils. He takes his career incredibly seriously, and you’ll never catch him missing even the slightest of a minor fault. I also massively appreciated that Zak’s lessons always followed a formulaic structure, as it broke down the syllabus into digestible chunks of information, which you then layer on top of and weave with one another as the days go by. For example, you will start by opening the syllabus, and working through a concept/a manoeuvre/a skill, looking at the slides and having those visual aids to refer to. Then, Zak will practice that action with you a few times, guiding you through it (and even sometimes getting into the drivers seat and showing you on the subjects you find most tricky). Then, you’ll be asked to do so independently. Then, you might go on to learn another few things that day, and after each one he’ll weave one action with another, so that you’re effectively doing mini mock-tests throughout and you’ll learn where you go wrong straight away. All in all, if you’re absolutely determined to pass your test and you want an instructor who will match your enthusiasm, your tenacity, and your willingness to put the work in - go Passway / Zak. He’ll get you there - you will feel safe in his hands and more able to focus on the actual driving. He’s already got your plan down.

Aftab is an outstanding instructor who is patient, professional, and passionate about teaching. His lessons were always clear, structured, and incredibly helpful in navigating tricky test routes. From the outset of my driving journey, Aftab provided unwavering support, and communication was excellent throughout. I highly recommend Aftab to anyone learning to drive.

Fantastic experience: Firstly I’d like to say thank you to Zak my instructor for creating a profesional and comfortable environment for learning aswell as going above and beyond to ensure I got the most out of my experience with passway driving school. I passed my test in Enfield with only 1 minor, Zak also helped me with sourcing a test date on such short notice. In the past I’ve had instructors where it seemed like they were just there to get paid and had no true desire to help their learners pass. But my experience with passway was the complete opposite as there was a syllabus that we went through from start to finish that helped me understand why I needed to do certain things on the road. I also have to give respect to my instructor Zak for helping me unlearn bad habits and replace them with the proper techniques and doing so with patience. Throughout my whole experience the mock test were what I feel had the most value, they were the closest thing to emulating a real driving test environment and allowed me to drive independently and get all the faults out my system so I wouldn’t make them on the actual test. Fantastic experience: Managed to pass my driving test in Tottenham and I could not have passed without Zak. He is so different to my previous instructor as he explains everything logically which really helps me to understand the reason behind the technique. ( I feel very hard to memorize stuff if I don’t understand the logic behind ) Zak assessed me in the first session and then teaches me the syllabus systematically, sends all the notes and footage , take me on mocks that is so similar to the real test routes, he carefully marks me and clearly explains all the mistakes and fixes all so that I am not just learning for passing the test but I could truly be confident driving safely on my own. Fantastic experience: Thanks to Hasan, I have managed to successfully pass my driving test at Wanstead this week with only one minor fault. Hasan’s teaching approach was highly beneficial as the lessons were structured according to a syllabus containing the specific topics of driving, something which I found to be very effective for me as he made sure that I had perfected each aspect of driving before proceeding to the next topic on the syllabus. Additionally, once I had made a mistake during the lesson, we would review it as he records the driving footage, and he will explain the mistake I made and what I could do to rectify it for future reference concisely. As a result of this, I can clearly understand and improve my driving thoroughly. In terms of preparation for the test, Hasan is very astute in conducting mock tests with up-to-date test routes that can potentially occur of the actual test. Due to this, I felt more at ease before my test as I knew I was 100% prepared on the lessons beforehand. Fantastic experience: I called Passway drive with 2 weeks left until my driving test. By the grace of God they were able to fit me in and after being assessed by Zak, i paid for a 30 hour intensive course that was completed in 7 days. Driving has always made me feel anxious, and because of my ADHD, I never knew what to do or why I needed to do certain things whilst driving. I have passed today at Goodmayes with Passway driving school at 3rd attempt (my 5th attempt in Total and credit goes to silly mistakes due to my anxiety) When I started taking lessons with ZAK, I already had so many bad habits from previous instructors/experiences. I was broke after paying for so many lessons in the past, embarrassed to fail repeatedly and really low in confidence He started teaching me from scratch, used latest technology, Car cameras, white board to draw junctions for me and what not, I have high Regard for him and his teaching skills, his respectful attitude and his patience level. you have to adjust yourself with the "tough love" sometimes but believe me he KNOWS what he is doing and where he needs to be strict. Fantastic experience: I m extremely grateful for finding Zak as my driving instructor, who helped me pass my practical driving test at the most hardest centre in UK, Wanstead, in the first attempt with minimum minors. To provide some context, I have been driving in India for many years which is particularly unhelpful as there are not many driving rules in the country and I was used to many bad habits which were v difficult to let go. I distinctively remember my first driving assessment with him where I was so bad that I was a hazard on the road. Zak has been a fantastic teacher and is extremely knowledgeable, calm and accommodating. Unlike most other driving schools who have no syllabus, Passway driving has a proper structured learning programme that makes learning super easy. What I gained most from our sessions, was that Zak would often provide detailed explanations and logic behind each rule and why has it been devised. Given the logic, i was able to grasp the rules quicker. Zak is also extremely experienced and super confident. He knows every nook and corner of the test routes, every hot spot where candidates fail and even all the examiner’s styles. I was so pleasantly surprised that just before my test, in the morning, we had exactly covered the same route which my examiner took me into. The real test was super easy and ended up being flawless. I would say that even if the route was different, Zak made sure that I was able to adapt as a driver to every situation having covered different types of driving conditions, routes and circumstances. When I made mistakes even in the last few moments, he made me do couple of reps so that the mistakes are sealed for good. People say Wanstead is hardest test centre but if you find Zak, trust me, it will be an easy ride. The technology used in the car was fantastic, the real reason for my quick progress has been the recorded video clips of my driving. The clips not only helped in realising the mistakes but also helped in getting familiar with the area, road markings, signs, roundabouts etc as I was not too familiar with it. I can say without watching those videos, i wouldnt have passed in first attempt. Zak’s mock tests are exemplary along with his acting skills as an examiner. He would put you in real test mode and make you feel the pressure but would immediately also help you out as a friend and crack a joke if things steam up. It was my best decision to select Passway driving. If you consider the prices to be high, it is worth every penny. Zak didnt teach me to pass, he taught me how to drive in the UK. I am very grateful and would always remember him for my DL. Highly recommend !!

Having just passed my driving test on a first attempt at Wanstead (claimed to be in the top three of lowest pass rates in the UK), I can confidently say, my experience here has been as good as the five-stars here say. ……………. -Detailed- I was fortunate to have had my first lesson with Zak on a Monday. I went on to pass my driving test (first time) on the Friday of the same week! Such efficiency would not have been possible without Zak and his remarkable ‘challenge accepted’ personality which led him to go above and beyond for me in such a short space of time. I think the mock tests were the best part of the whole experience for me and something I hope to never forget. This is because once the mock test begins, Zak goes into character transforming into a highly experienced, sassy, overly critical, and temperamental driving examiner that is seemingly fed up of doing driving tests and would rather be at home having a cup of tea. Fantastic experience: Firstly, a massive thanks to Zak for helping me pass! From the very start, when I had called the Passway Drive School and spoken to Zak, I was greeted with a friendly and respectful manner. All my questions and queries were answered. I was told I would get a message with a form to fill in, I received this promptly. I was kept up to date with everything in regard to booking lessons which is much appreciated as I have been in contact with other places that fail to do these things. On to the lessons, Zak is clearly a very experienced instructor who takes the upmost pride in his work, you can tell he enjoys what he does. He made sure I was comfortable and gave constructive criticism, making sure I adhere to being a safe driver and do things by the way of the DVSA syllabus. I had learned so many new things, many things which my previous instructor at another place had never even spoken about. It also helped that Zak is very quick and attentive, his memory skills are mind-blowing, he can pinpoint exactly where you had gone wrong and advise you immediately, alongside this he will show you where you went wrong by showing you the dash-cam footage on his phone. This was really helpful. At the end of lessons, Zak will send you the relevant information from the syllabus, key points to remember, and video footage. When you have your next lesson, he will question you to make sure you have done your homework. As long as you listen to Zak, all will be well. I really enjoyed my lessons and enjoyed the mock tests that we did, as it gave me a clear indication of what to expect on the test, every time one was done, or if I had done something that would cause a fail, I was made aware by Zak. The mistakes I would make, would be shown to me and then later sent to me via Whatsapp. I can say without a doubt, I feel that I now have the ability to drive safely and confidently on the roads. Fantastic experience: My partner and I were recommended passway driving school by a good friend who had managed to pass with Zak as his instructor after a bad experience at another driving school. I came into it all with absolutely zero driving experience and at the age of 35 felt quite intimidated at the prospect of having to learn such a key life skill. Zak very quickly made me realise that passing my driving test could be a reality and it was helped greatly along the way by all of the tools Zak provided. From detailed slides, video clips of my driving from his dash cams and a very smartly ordered and detailed syllabus by the time my test came around I felt as ready as I could be. I Knew Wanstead test centre would be hard so I made sure to listen to Aftab and take all the advice and knowledge he gave. Fantastic experience: Today I passed my driving test on the first try! After spending a lot of time with another instructor in other driving school, and him telling me I was ready to pass, I started to feel a bit unsure about his way of teaching. This is when I found Hassan, and as expected, he told me I was not ready and I needed to learn a lot of things. Our time was short because my exam date was around 1 month from when I started having lessons with Hassan. He did a kind of “crush course” and adapted to the timeline. It was intense but I honestly think it was the best approach. Hassan has a really methodic way of teaching (pretty unique based on my experience and based on comments I heard about other instructors) and he will make sure that you learn all the topics, one by one, until they feel natural. He also knows the routes of the test centres very well and can give you a lot of tips. He also really tries to find a time that will work in your agenda. The price of the lessons are a bit higher than others, but I think that if you can afford it, its totally worth it. Thanks Hassan!

Fantastic experience: I would 100% recommend Passway Drive. I started with zero experience, but Zak taught me from the ground up and I managed to pass on my first try. I was quite an anxious driver at first but he was able to instil enough confidence in me to pass my test. Other people I know never received the attention to detail that I did when they were learning. Receiving footage of my drives after lessons was a massive help. Fantastic experience: Thanks to Passway Drive School, I got my driving license. It was not easy but a shout out to Hassan who helped me learn within few weeks. Hassan's instructions were clear and he made sure that I knew all the routes and manoeuvres before my test. Scheduling an appointment was very easy through Whatsapp or a call. He was always on time and gave his 100% on me. He provided great feedback on which I could work and would always encourage when I was doing a good job. He made sure he was available on my test day, to motivate me and give me confidence. I actually passed without a single fault, so thanks Hassan :) Hassan is a top-notch driving instructor who goes above and beyond. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking an instructor who truly cares about their student's success and safety on the road.

Fantastic experience: A big thank you to my instructor Zak. I passed my test in Wanstead today with 1 minor fault. Driving from Moldova on the other side of the road, it was a big challenge for me to drive on the Left and understand how to drive properly following all the UK rules. My english is weak as it is not my first language but Zak from Passway Drive was very clear and patient and used different methods and techniques including demonstrations to help me understand. He is the best at making you a disciplined and confident driver. I will remember him for the rest of my life. He made driving fun even when I would make mistakes and do crazy things he remained patient and helped me realise my faults using in car technology and playback from live dash-cam footage. Yes I can now drive legally in UK and not worry about roundabouts anymore as I am good at them.

Fantastic experience: Mr. Aftab Ahmed was a very patient instructor and very well spoken. His instructions were very clear and anyone learning from him will become a good driver I believe. The purpose behind his lesson is not only so that you can pass, But also for you to become a better driver. Though I failed my first test due to my nervous mind. I passed on 2nd attempt with 2 minor faults only. Cannot be happy enough. Anyone trying to pass the practical test I have only 2 advice, 1. Get a good instructor who is very strict on the rules. 2. BOOK YOUR TEST FIRST. THEN BOOK YOUR INSTRUCTOR. Keep 2-3 months for the test and prepare with the lessons. You will eventually be ready if you atleast do 30 to 40 hour of lessons. First test pass is not very common and can be hard on the nervs. So just book another if you fail. Personally I got confident after failing my first test weirdly.

Fantastic experience: I promise you, you can not get this experience anywhere else! If you are going to learn how to drive or you know someone else who is, do it with Hasan, I highly recommend it. Previously I was with another instructor were I failed my test multiple times. I never thought I was going to pass! However, when you start driving with Hasan, not only does he give you the ability to pass, he gives you the skills and mindset to become a great driver. I’m so grateful to have done my lesson with him, the way he teachers is foolproof! They have created a unique syllabus which is the sublime because you yourself can track your process and it is just the most effective way of learning how to drive. With other instructors they will just throw you in and force you to drive without confidence or guidance of proper road manners but with Hasan he will build you up, not just your driving skills but your confidence too. One thing I can say about Hasan is he’s patient and a thousand percentage has more confidence in you than yourself.

In every driving lesson he explained everything that I needed to know, using illustrations and real examples to make sure I understood it all. Fantastic experience: Learning to drive, especially in London can be a daunting prospect, however you're in the best hands with the Passway team! My instructor Zak, took the time to get to know me and identified my learning style pretty quickly so I felt like I had a tailored experience. The lessons were very well organised and we’d drive in different areas in order to get comfortable in unfamiliar places. The recording technology in the car was extremely valuable, as we were able to run through videos of my driving which helped me understand errors clearly and rectify immediately. I had a lot of stop starts due to unforeseen circumstances, however Zak and team didn’t let this affect my progress and helped me form a plan to reach the finish line. Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of learning and passing with Hasan at Passway Drive School of Motoring. I took my test at the Wanstead test centre and passed first time with only 1 minor. Hasan has a unique teaching style which he tailors to his students to support their specific needs and weaknesses. He uses a variety of tools to cover the syllabus in a thorough way: ranging from videos and pictures to diagrams and written explanations. From lesson one till test day, every lesson with Hasan has been brilliant. Driving can be a stressful experience for some drivers and the experience can be dampened by nerves; Hasan puts you at ease and instils you with confidence. I found myself looking forward to every lesson, not only to get back on the road and test my skills but also to the banter and laughs we shared. As we neared closer to my test date, Hasan ensured that we finished the syllabus in good time so that we could begin mock tests. Mock test conditions highlighted my specific weaknesses and gave me a good understanding of what driving would be like on my test. Hasan is incredibly knowledgeable on all the examinable test routes and covered them with me. Thanks to his preparation my official driving exam mirrored a test route I had already previously taken with Hasan. He also took time to emulate the different examiners I could get, to get me used to their personal style. He imitated the examiners with an uncanny level of accuracy. If you want to pass first time like I did with barely any minors then you’ve got to ask for Hasan.

He's clearly a very experienced driving instructor who knows his stuff and I was really pleased with the progress I made over just 3 lessons, after not having driven for 10 years. Would highly recommend Emilie if you are considering having refresher lessons to build up your confidence as you start driving again!

Never giving up on me, being patient when I made mistakes, going through subjects without moving on until I was fully confident, and showing videos of my mistakes so I could learn from them are just a few of the reasons that make Passway Drive the team who will make sure you pass with amazing results. Fantastic experience: Over the moon! I passed!!! I have been learning to Drive with Hasan, In a relatively short amount of time Hasan as taught me so much and gotten me to a level of Confident driving! I suffer a lot from Anxiety especially in any sort of review / exam environments, and it is easy for me to shift into negative mindsets. But With Hasan's Lovely personality and expert teaching style. He has a great manner about him that put me at ease. What I was impressed with Hasan is that he uses his Dash Cam videos to do a playback of your drive and talk about what you can do differently. Fantastic experience: I passed my first test with just 1 minor. Hasan is brilliant! As I am an experienced driver coming from another country, a big learning was to slow my driving down to ensure i appear safe. Hasan was patient and helpful in adapting his technique to my needs! The big syllabus folder can look intimidating at first, but is very helpful to understand all the rules. Hasan was very accommodating with my availability and we did late evening /early morning classes. Kia Rio is what we used and it well maintained and runs well. Plenty of practice with recorded routes via dash cam at my disposal, i felt confident and ready for the test!

Fantastic experience: I just passed my driving test today and Hasan was my driving instructor and i am so happy about it. Passed with only 1 minior. From the start of the he was explaining everything in details he was giving me files and photos of all the subjects. After each major subjects we did mock tests and all the syllabus he explained very good. He advised me when i should take a test date and he can advise you which test center will be suitable for you. During our lessons Hasan showed me all mistakes i have made on the camera that was used to record my driving. We used the footage to spot mistakes and tell me what i could have done better. Whenever i felt tired we always took break so i can be more focused when he teaches me. The car he used is Kia rio sports trim trm car which was easy and fun to drive and very helpful. He teaches me how to drive perfectly and then showed me potentional routes i maight get in my test which was very useful and helpful. Thank you Hasan for the brilliant teaching.

Fantastic experience: After trying to learn manual for some time and just not getting it, I changed driving school and switched to automatic with PasswayDrive. I had concerns that I would struggle with driving as I started learning aged 44 but I was super fortunate to be taught by Aftab. A reliable, encouraging and supportive instructor, Aftab was great at helping me to progress, built my confidence and helped me practice maneuvers I found difficult. Once I was able to drive on the main roads and off the practice residential estate, lessons were all around near the test centre and on possible routes for the test. There are lots! With constructive evaluation that included review and discussion during the lessons via clips from the onboard camera, we worked really hard and I passed with just 3 minors. 10/10 would recommend

Fantastic experience: What an experience this was! I will start by saying that I passed my driving test at Wansted first time with 1 minor fault! Whoever is taking their test there knows that this is one of the most difficult driving test centres in the UK. 4 months ago I didn't even know how to start a car, and thankfully, I was lucky enough to get Hasan as my driving instructor! Although I have sat in too many exams in my life (bachelors, masters, foreign languages etc) none has been a more challenging experience for me than getting to learn how to drive, let alone pass my driving test first time AND in Wansted! Hasan's teaching method and his passion for his job were the key factors for me passing my test. Im not sure what kind of teaching "sorcery" this man uses, but trust me when I say he will get the best out of you! He is very methodical. He communicates everything very clearly. He is super patient and doesn't waste any time in the lessons with silly chit chat and other nonsense. He just gets right into it, makes sure he uses the time you paid for to the fullest and also checks to see if you've done your homework of the driving syllabus one chapter at a time. But let me be clear: you MUST be determined and serious if you get Hasan as your driving instructor. The guy is strict! He is very polite and very professional, but he is strict. And he will push you until you drive to a high standard and until you are the best and safest driver you can be! And to be honest, I truly thank him for that. I will always remember this achievement fondly. For all the early mornings trying to properly learn how to deal with junctions, the late evenings trying to learn how to position at traffic lights and all those 3 hour weekend lessons we had, learning all the roundabouts. So thank you Hasan! For your patience, your passion towards safe driving, for believing in me and always pushing me to get better and better and for always taking the time to boost my confidence when I was losing faith. P.S: Time for the Pass Plus course! I'm already looking forward to the grilling!

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with Zak at passway. Excellent communication, learning material, and the use of technology to aid in the learning process. Will do their best to fit in favoured times and days, and willing to try and find extra time slots should you need them. Detail driven and focused on getting the right habits instilled so you can actually be a good driver and not just learn to pass the test. Emphathetic bit also clear about what is needed to get the job done. Great company!

I passed today with only 2 minors thanks to him, he made sure I was calm and fully prepared for the test. Fantastic experience: Zak is The Man! It was a real pleasure learning to drive with him and he is the reason I passed first time and with a clean sheet (no minors at all) at Wanstead, one of the hardest test centre in the UK. I couldn’t recommend Zak and Passway more highly. Zak is one of the top instructors in the whole country and should be really proud of the first rate school he has created. Zak gave me the confidence from the very start that passing was achievable as he’s a pro having done this for years. Zak has created a detailed course that he went through with me step by step. I learnt the theory through his diagrams, props and white board. We then practiced it and used his in car camera technology to learn from mistakes. We would then do mini tests through the course to make sure everything was fully understood. Zak read the situation well and would suggest variations if I was struggling to grasp something and was able to adapt his teaching style to my needs. And if things got a bit too much (driving can be stressfull!) we would also sometimes just share a silly joke to ease the tension. Going into the test I couldn’t have felt more prepared. In the weeks leading up to the test we did mock tests of the local area and Zak would go into full ‘examiner mode’ and created exactly the same conditions as the real test. Zak really cares about his pupils, getting them to pass but more importantly that they learn to be good and safe drivers long after their test. This is evident in the professional way he conducts himself, by the first class standards he maintains, his innovative teaching style and clearly all the first time passes he has achieved. Fantastic experience: Zak is a one-of-a-kind driving instructor. A remarkable person and teacher who I highly recommend. When I first started my lessons with him, I’d been through more than one instructor. I had low confidence about my driving ability as well as a poor grasp of the fundamentals. From the first lesson I had with him, he treated with me with respect, while also paying attention to detail. Each lesson was meticulous. He’d use resources like slides and diagrams, combined with a personalised approach based on my learning style, strengths and weaknesses. A game-changer was his use of a camera to play back footage of my driving. It meant we could forensically break things down and revisit my mistakes, before working on how to improve them. He then helped me consolidate my newfound confidence with several mock tests. These were essential in helping me learn to concentrate for longer periods and get familiar with the routes in Wanstead, which has a reputation for being a fiendishly difficult test centre. I think the best example of the kind of instructor Zak is came on the day of my test. Despite breaking his arm the day before, he still somehow made it out for a lesson in which we calmed my nerves and got ready, even as he was visibly in pain. Most normal instructors would have pulled out, but he didn’t and we got the result he wanted as badly as I did. I passed with a clean sheet and I’m now on the road with a skill for life as a safe driver. I am grateful to Zak for his patience and dedication.

Fantastic experience: I really can't recommend Hasan and Passway Driving School enough! After changing several bored instructors I met Hassan and I could tell immediately that he is really passionate about his job and his way of teaching reflects that very much. He explained each topic in detail, patiently making it very easy to understand, also thanks to the help of the camera installed in his car which allows you to actually see what you are doing. He would always correct all mistakes before moving on to the next topic, at the end of each lesson he gave notes to look at at home. When I got to more complicated subjects like roundabouts, he would leave me videos of all the lessons to review, which helped to save lots of time and money! Hasan can also evaluate you on your skills and suggest the best test center for you, he made me pass the first time in Wanstead with only two minor mistakes and most importantly he made me a confident driver, all I can say is that whoever finds Hasan finds a pass! Fantastic experience: After putting it off for a decade or two, I finally got around to learning to drive. Hasan did a great job of teaching me, all the way from my first time behind the wheel to passing my test first time. Hasan tailored lessons to my goals right from the start (which in my case was learning to a good standard, not just passing quickly), and was especially accommodating when I needed to take some lengthy unexpected breaks. We worked through a carefully curated syllabus, with each step building on earlier subjects. Hasan adapted the pace to suit me, spending more time where necessary or moving quickly where possible. Hasan has a wealth of knowledge of all the local test centres, including typical routes, hotspots for failure, and even the individual examiners! As we got near my test date, we ran several mock tests to get me used to the process and help flush out any areas we needed to work on. The net result was that able to keep (relatively!) calm on the day and get my licence on the first attempt. Thanks Hasan!

Fantastic experience: Passed At Chingford with 1 Minor only thanks to Hasan Hasan is the Mr Miyagi when it comes to driving teaching. Having went to previous instructors before Hasan was by far the best and had a detailed layout on how we was going to go out about things. The technology in the car was amazing as we could playback driving mistakes and footage. Hasan taught me subjects from moving away and stopping , junctions , crossroads , controlled crossroads , roundabouts and manoeuvres , combined with official test routes all within 7 days. Fantastic experience: Just passed first time with only 1 minor fault! Can't quite believe it happened. I was really anxious about learning to drive after having been in a few serious vehicle accidents in the past as a passenger, but didn't want to put it off any longer. Zak was the perfect instructor. Right from day one he asked me how I wanted to approach it. He had a really well thought out step-by-step curriculum that made sense and was clearly based on years of experience. He knew the roads, rules, car, test centres inside out and could answer any question I had with complete confidence. He'd share his slides and resources so I could study them at home and the way he approached the mock tests was spot on - there weren't any surprises when I did my test. What I really appreciated though was Zak's approach. He cared about the people he was teaching, he wanted me to pass as much as I did, and he's great at building your confidence up and helping you learn from your mistakes in a way that works and leaves you smiling. The result speaks for itself, I don't think I would have passed first time with any other instructor and I enjoyed learning with him. That makes a difference.
