Coming from Iran, where I was used to driving a right-gear car, adjusting to a left-gear car and driving on the opposite side of the road was very challenging. However, thanks to her patience, kindness, and clear guidance, I was able to adapt quickly. She never hesitated to repeat instructions or provide helpful tips until I fully understood. Personally I Thank a lot to Mr Naqibullah He is an excellent instructor with complete understanding on the rules of the UK roads and explained all the necessary guidelines that is very much required to pass the test. Since I knew driving already , He tailored my lessons focused more on the actual driving test routes with all essential lookouts that is expected in a driving test. He took me through most of the test routes, the main roundabouts and the manoeuvres. The mock test he conducted was very helpful. I would highly recommend to any new beginners or anyone newly moved to the UK and looking for a skilled / supportive driving instructor.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend DSS driving school, lead by Sayed. I have passed my driving test. My instructors were Mr Raza and Mr Sayed, though I have taken most of the lessons from Raza. Both instructors are very kind, polite and very patient. Raza analyzed my driving, and he evaluated my strengths and weaknesses and then trained me based on that. DSS driving school is the best and they are very genuine and professional. They were able to help me get trained in short duration as I had previous driving experience from another country. Truly brilliant driving school and great team of instructors. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: My Experience with DSS was a rollercoaster. After being with a different driving school where I learned nothing my friend recommended DSS. My first instructor was very knowledgeable, however he was not good at building your confidence. He would often speak to you as if you were stupid. When I was ready to book for a test (fast tracked via DSS which I wouldn’t recommend as I was messed about for ages), he said he was not able to take me for my test which was fine but I wasn’t given much notice. Had I had known I would have practised with another instructor so I could get used to the car without wasting money. I then spent a month calling about trying to get another instructor, I was sent in circles and ignored for days. After a month I was finally given a new instructor who booked my test and lessons building up to the test very quickly. This instructor gave me so much more confidence and things were looking up. However this instructor knew he was taking me for a test but I had to be the one to ask to practice manoeuvres. I didn't do an emergency stop until the morning of my test which I had to repeatedly ask for. He did not even check with me the show me/tell me questions until the morning of the test either, luckily I had studied this myself as I was sick of DSS. At this point I was basically paying to just borrowing his car, only thing he was good for was teaching me to park when I asked). To make matters worse the instructor got comfortable enough to start making inappropriate comments amount my body (he’s old enough to be my grandfather) and had a weird obsession with my ethnicity. I was very uncomfortable but my test was near and I was too deep to get another instructor. Only plus is I passed my test first time with 3 minors (though this would not have been the case if I hadn't studied myself and prompted my second instructor). I would not recommend this driving school, they seemed to be money grabbers and I was entirely uncomfortable throughout this experience.

Negative experience: Hallo everyone the instructor from Birmingham will not teach you anything will only talk about the car like you want to be a mechanic only teach you last 3 lessons and advice you to take more lessons so a scammers be ware

Negative experience: I had a bad experience with this school honestly rubbish service. I did about 12 hours with an instructor called Ahmed he is unprofessional i had to chase him when my lesson too close and 2 weeks before the exam he just disappeared i kept calling him no answer. I wouldn’t recommend it just waste of money.

Fantastic experience: I passed my test first time with Mr Said Daud from DSS driving school. My instructor Said is very patient, kind and knowledgeable instructor. Thanks to him I was able to master my clutch control which is something that I was struggling with for years whilst learning to drive in London before I met him. Thanks to Said I was able to polish all my driving skills and learn new techniques and reference points which facilitated my driving. I will highly recommend him to my family and friends if they want to pass first time.

Fantastic experience: I am really grateful to my instructor, Bashir Ahmad, for helping me pass my driving exam.I felt easy asking questions and making mistakes because he created a pleasant learning environment where I knew he would support me through them without passing judgement. In contrast to other teachers I've worked with, he went above and above by offering practical advice and even additional practice in the areas where I needed to improve. If you're looking for a driving instructor, I highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: One of the best driving school in Coventry. I got more confident with the instructors, they pointed out even small mistakes & correct the same which helped me to pass my exam. Although I passed my exam is 3rd attempt, but I motivation was always kept high by my instructors (Arian & Said). With the tips, tricks & lessons I was able to perform better in my test & passed with just 02 minors.!

Fantastic experience: I passed my test in coventry first time with my driving instructor Said daud ! He was fantastic in fine tuning the minors I kept having & giving vital advice without spending the whole drive nagging/making me feel bad. He knew how to calm my nerves before the test. He took me to the car dealer ship next to the test center right before the exam and helped me imagine passing & buying a car which helped tremendously. I appreciate him so much, Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: My driving instructor was Sanayee Anwari. He taught me so much about driving and passing the driving test. He was always available to book lessons and his corrections were gentle and very useful. And because of him, I passed my driving test my first time with only 3 minors. Fantastic experience: I recently passed my driving test in my first attempt from Nuneaton, and I owe it all to my Instructor Ismael Abdulla. I have started taking his classes just 2 weeks before the exam. The most important thing about his teaching is his patience and his confidence in his students. He is incredibly calm, and encouraging, he gave me enough classes and which helped me to correct my mistakes. He has got a great knowledge of the Nuneaton test routes which helped me to prepare and plan ahead for the test. If you're looking for a driving instructor who is professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about your progress, I highly recommend him. Once Again, Thank you Ismael!

Fantastic experience: Best driving institute for training for the driving in the uk. Firooz is the best teacher and helps you all the hard part and teaches you in a understanding way. He is very friendly with you and help to understand it better. Happy to be his student.

Negative experience: It’s unacceptable that I, the student have to chase up when my lesson is going to take place, I don’t expect this coming from a reputable driving school. It’s been almost 2 weeks since I booked online and I received zero communication. My wife had to book the whole morning off work to attend this lesson, booked one week in advance and the instructor didn’t show up. If my wife had done that, other driving schools would have taken her entire 2 hour booking fee for that. If the instructor couldn’t make the lesson, he could have text or informed us. Is he not available or fully booked? There was literally zero communication whatsoever even from the management at the driving school nor from the instructor himself. So many broken promises of the instructor calling us back which he didn’t and despite rescheduling on a Sunday. The instructor didn’t call or text to inform he will be an hour late to the appointment, so the owner had to step in to take the lesson! The owner taught the lesson very well, but despite arranging a second lesson for my wife on a Wednesday, did a no show as well…. Im very disappointed and let down by the service and will be going to a different school altogether. If you don’t have availability or don’t want to serve a particular area, just refuse the student altogether! Would save so much time and energy for both parties!
