Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Heads Of The Valleys Training because I made a stop at their office, and I was very well attended, they guided me from scratch to study the theory of HGV, CPC and Hazard videos... And the practical training I felt well welcomed, with instructors who taught me and gave tips of the daily work (little secrets... during all driving hours and outside too), to keep in mind when I will find myself alone with the lorry, they also answered all my questions). I say that the trainers are very, very good and the customer service in the office is super human, warm, pleasant, kind and understanding. (I emphasize that English is not my mother tongue, and I always felt the patience and understanding of the entire Heads Of The Valleys Training team). Therefore, I feel lucky to have that experience and I recommend them very strongly.

Fantastic experience: I was a complete novice before I attended my course and can now say that successfully completed my Telescopic/ Telehandler course with Heads Of The Valley Training Centre. An absolutely fantastic course run by the instructor Gareth Jones! From start to finish, he conducted himself in a very friendly and professional manner and is a brilliant and exemplary instructor all round. I have learnt so much each and everyday whilst on the course under his supervision. He is a credit to the Heads of Valley team!! All the staff at the training centre are all very friendly and polite. Highly recommend to anyone that is looking to learn a new skill, progress and better themselves! Overall, a fantastic course!

The training was clear and informative, any areas that needed improvement were highlighted and advice given on how to improve. I was fortunate to have Andrew as my instructor and he did a fantastic job, from the start he was patient and very helpful throughout the week and constantly reassuring me, aswell as having a laugh and making me feel more at ease. Fantastic experience: Amazing, as always! Over the past 15 years, I completed my Class 2, Class 1 and now my D Bus licence with Heads of the Valleys Training. It’s been great to see both the fleet and the team grow over the years but still maintain the original family feel. All of the staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. Their aim is not only to instruct the individual to succeed in an examination scenario but to be well rounded professional representatives in the working and public world. I won't forget ollie and his office staff for a great service they will basically help you in any way they can down to rescheduling their own time table and others to get you through your courses that works around you.
