Negative experience: I did lessons with PAUL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY , he is not with the company and is self employed which I found out later after I experienced really bad lesson with him , this guy was always on his phone and is so rude and unprofessional as he always shouts at you. He wasn’t transparent with payment as he always demanded cash , when it came to lesson HE WAS SO BAD at explaining things and when I asked what he meant he didn’t have any other approach or other ways to explain things , he would tell u one thing and then next lesson say something else which always confused me and also he didn’t take anything seriously as he was self employed he can do whatever he wants , please don’t waste ur time and money with this instructor like I did because it took me 10 hours just to learn 1st 2nd gear but as soon as I got a new instructor I saw a massive difference in my progress of driving , I complained to the company and they were very useless saying he doesn’t work for them but they have him on the company website confusing customers.

Fantastic experience: Great experience getting in contact with an instructor. Terry Holland was great at gauging my skill level and targeting areas to improve on to allow me to pass first time. Happy with the results.

He was also nice even with silly mistakes etc I would do. Always added a bit of humour to things. Lessons with Leon would always be structured and focused on things we needed to focus on but would sometimes give me the option of what I wanted to do so I could go over certain topics I was rusty on. He’s a great guy and a really good instructor, I 100% recommend him to anyone starting to drive. Thank you

Negative experience: I have been here with 2 instructors now and both times have given me the run around. You cannot ask questions or expess how you feel due to the miss communication of the instructor otherwise you'll be declined from any further lessons.
