He cares about all of his students and wants them to do the best. He created a comfortable and calm learning environment, which really helped reduce my nerves as I was a new driver.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience learning manual driving and passing my driving test at the first go. I did all my lessons with Rasul at CDA, around 20 hours. Rasul is a great instructor - he is patient, but also strict but fair when I made mistakes. I found his teaching style one of the main reasons why I passed on my first go, because it helped make sure I did not repeat any mistakes, particularly in the test. During lessons, he encourages students to ask questions and share their opinion. Sometimes during lessons, I would make a slight mistake and believe I did nothing wrong. Rasul's clear explanations helped me make sure I didn't make them again. Rasul also has many other students. When a student of his, you're able to learn from other students' test experiences as well. I would definitely recommend Rasul at CDA if you want to learn manual!

Fantastic experience: I want to express my gratitude to my driving instructor, Salauddin Nori. My husband found CDA by chance and had some sessions with Salauddin. He passed on his first try and then recommended him to a friend, who also passed on their first attempt. Hearing about their experiences, I decided to take lessons with Salauddin as well, and I’m so happy to say that I also passed on my first attempt! As a complete beginner, I started from scratch, and Salauddin gave me great confidence from the very beginning. He identified my mistakes and worked hard with me to correct them during our sessions. His dedication and patient teaching style made a huge difference. I had a great experience and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and supportive instructor.

Fantastic experience: Legend says Mr. Safi is one of best instructors in Cambridge, and I couldn’t agree more. I started driving practice without previous experience in July with Mr. Safi, and had booked fast-tracked VIP automatic lessons weekly or biweekly. After about 20 lessons, I passed my practical first time today. I am very glad that I got to learn with him not only to pass test but also to drive safely and precisely independently. Mr. Safi is very patient, kind and witty, giving professional instructions and tips tailored to my need. He also helped me to build my confidence to be on the road within first few lessons. Me and Mr. Safi would have a clear practice plan at the beginning of every practice and recap at the end of practice, making every two hours weekly fruitful and effective. Prior to exams, I also had few intensive practices that helped me a lot. But you can discuss with Safi and make a plan according to your learning style. Along with practice, make sure you also ask a lot of questions and Mr. Safi is more than happy to explain clearly to you. I also recommend to watch some of videos on CDA youtube channel to stay alert of common mistakes beginners have. Please be kindly note that once you start practicing test route, Mr. Safi would be very strict with you, and you may find it hard to be perfect and spotless the more lessons you have. Rest assured, don't be put off or lose your confidence, it’s natural to be stressed but everything you practice with Safi will come handy as you are taking the test. I also recommend to talk to Ellie (the lady who organised booking and schedule) who would give you some encouragement and make you less nervous before the test. Last but not least, Mr. Safi always keeps his car really clean and tidy. The car is also comfortable to drive. Hence every practice is a lovely driving experience. Kudos to Mr. Safi and Ellie, thank you very much. I can not recommend them enough.

From the very first session, it was clear how dedicated and professional he is. Fantastic experience: Today, I passed my practical driving test at the Cambridge Driving Test Centre with the help of my incredible instructor, Mr Zairai Safi. I opted for the VIP Fast Track course offered by CDA, which is advertised as luxury driving lessons and is conducted exclusively by Mr Zairai. While the lessons were more expensive than the standard rates in Cambridge, they were absolutely worth it. You get the newest luxury car to drive - Mercedes Benz GLA and the experienced driving instructor! As a complete beginner just a couple of months ago, I faced challenges with long gaps between lessons due to my work and family commitments. Fantastic experience: I started my journey to get my driving license in the UK a year ago. At first, I had another instructor who prepared me, teaching me about driving here as I have a driver's license from the country I came from. She worked really hard and I learned a lot from her until the time I came for the practical test. She helped to lead with my emotions and I have had an amazing experience with her. Unfortunately, I wasn't lucky enough to pass at that time and then for personal reasons I had to take a break from the process. When I returned, she was no longer available, as her schedule was full and as I needed to continue the lessons and a new test at that time. I contacted CDA who promptly scheduled a lesson with the instructor Khalid who has been with me ever since. We had a few lessons, a few Mok tests and he was always very calm and attentive. Little by little he guided me to improve my skills and always praised my progress and very gently pointed out my mistakes and how to improve. Today I feel happy to share that after so many attempts I managed to pass my test and now I have my driving license here. Thank you, Khalid, for believing I could do it.o

Fantastic experience: Dunya was an amazing instructor and I'm really happy to say that I was able to pass within a few weeks of lessons! I could not have found a better instructor. She was honestly the best. Dunya was so patient and kind even when I made really stupid mistakes. She took time to explain routes, maneuvers and every little thing. When I made mistakes she would help me in getting to the root cause and try to fix it so it doesn't happen again rather than just correct me. If needed she would also draw out and show me on an iPad any of my mistakes or how to appraoch certain roads. We also considered different scenarios so I was prepared for anything that could happen.This meant I understood exactly what to do and where I went wrong when I made mistakes and was able to reflect and mitigate for the next time. Every lesson was carefully planned and the time was used so wisely so I could visibly see myself improve as time went by. I am so grateful for all of our lessons and the time she has put in with me not just to pass but also to be a safe independent driver. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: My experience with CDA has been world class. I would recommend them to anyone looking for lessons in Cambridge. I'm happy to admit that I found learning to drive quite difficult, and could be quite nervous even after practising. Rasul from the CDA team took me under his wing and supported me through every step of the way. He fitted in extra lessons, moved around lesson times when my schedule changed, and even organised a second opinion from Sadi (one of the CDA managers) when I felt very unsure about my driving. It felt like he was personally invested in helping me, however unsure I was of myself. I'm pleased to say that I passed today with 0 faults. I couldn't have done it without the expert advice and support of the CDA. Thank you so much to the team, to Sadi, and especially to Rasul for everything. Anyone learning with you will be very lucky.

Fantastic experience: Salauddin was an excellent driving instructor. When a last minute test cancellation came up, he swiftly rearranged his schedule so that I could then pass first time. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Having passed my test last monday (7th october) I thought i should let others know how good CDA is! My instructor was Salauddin, who I was recommended through family! From lesson one, I realised he was a very good instructor… that same evening i booked 5 more lessons! He never shouted once, and always took his time to explain each scenario well and with detail… even if that meant that my lesson overran by a few minutes! We ended each lesson with a short debrief and some tips for next lesson, and he was always very supportive even in the most challenging driving conditions (which for me was heavy rain and pitch black evenings). I took a break from driving lessons over summer 2024 due to some holidays, and even after such a long break, Salauddin’s passion to help me pass was still there! Having a good instructor like him meant that all it took was a couple extra lessons to refresh, and we were back rolling again! Would definitely ask for Salauddin if you decide to use CDA.. but I must say all the instructors I’ve talked to seem like assets to the business. Overall I completed 15 lessons total before passing my test, the lesson prices were not cheap, but VERY fair in today’s economy. Choose CDA today and you’ll be a confident driver, they don’t just teach you how to pass your test! Oh and be sure to check out the CDA youtube channel, that definitely helped me get familiarised with all the test routes

Fantastic experience: After being with a different driving school for a while and not having the confidence and failing my driving test I decided to join with CDA. My driving instructor was Dara and he was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly skilled at what he does and has a knack for teaching in a way that makes everything click. I was amazed at how quickly he helped me pass. His teaching style is not only effective but also enjoyable, which made the whole learning process great. He had a calming nature. Fantastic experience: I can't thank Reza enough for his countless hours of help, support, and encouragement to get me not only test-ready but for teaching me everything in so much detail, which allowed me to go on and pass my test. I started my driving journey a long time ago and gave up. When I decided I was ready to start again, I was allocated CDA via Pass Me Fast and over other driving schools, they are brilliant. I'm glad it was them and Reza who saw something in me to not give up again. I'd recommend CDA over other schools as they have an ability to teach to meet your learning style. This comes from the girl who couldn't manoeuvre, freaked out and panicked when I got it wrong, so if I can do with Reza's help and constant support, and you're the next person to read this review, choose CDA.

Fantastic experience: I just passed my driving test on the first attempt yesterday after learning to drive with my instructor Ahmad. Ahmad is an excellent instructor: he is nice, calm, patient and always give me feedback to improve and learn from my mistakes. With him, I really enjoyed my learning experience and I felt confident enough to pass the test on the first attempt. Fantastic experience: Ellie is the best driving instructor there is! Preparing for a driving test can be stressful, but doing it with Ellie made it easier. She was patient and encouraging during the lessons. She gradually shared her knowledge of the road, rules, and driving in a way that built confidence rather than undermined it. After a few lessons, she told me I was ready, though I still chose to take two additional lessons for practice. The driving lessons made me comfortable with the possible test routes and aware of some quirky roads. The YouTube videos on the CDA channel helped me review mistakes when I wasn't driving. During the test, I felt more confident knowing I had driven those roads before. I passed the test, but more importantly, I gained the confidence to drive safely.

Fantastic experience: Very good experience with CDA, I have been instructed by Noor, which is very good and helpful and friendly, he was professional in showing the faults. Also got a session with Sadi which also was very friendly and professional with clear instructions. I recommend CDA for any beginner or even experienced driver (like me) to pass the test.

Fantastic experience: I did a 26 hour intensive course (spread over 6 days) with Ahmad and passed on my first attempt. I couldn’t recommend CDA enough, specifically Ahmad. I had previously taken lessons before embarking on the intensive course, which had left me a slightly nervous driver, but as soon as I got behind the wheel in Ahmad’s car, he reassured me, and was extremely encouraging, instructive and positive! His clear and composed teaching method led me to take the test feeling confident in my abilities and capacity to drive safely. Thanks CDA, and Ahmad!
