Negative experience: DONT JOIN CBT BY 1 STOP IF YOU DON’T KNOW HOW TO RIDE A MOTORBIKE WELL IN ADVANCE Only 3 students in CBT class today, 2 got told they failed within 3 hours (with less than 1 hour actually riding). Was told I need 1-2-1 sessions prior CBT instead. So you will be wasting your money if you take CBT in this school with no previous motorbike experience (even I can ride bicycles fast with no issue). The instructor did teach well and upholds a strict standard for DVSA. But I will probably find another school which is more tolerant and gives more time for their students on a bike.

Fantastic experience: My instructor Mannick made for it to be an interesting, fun day for the group. I myself learnt so much about riding for my first time ever without feeling any pressure, highly recommended for new people who are looking to start their motorbike journey with no pressure / speedbumps on the way!

Negative experience: Really very very bad experience with 1 stop instruction. Don't book CBT with them. They fail the candidates without doing any mistakes, So if you want to keep your money safe, stay away from them. Thanks

Fantastic experience: Passed my CBT with 1 Stop Instruction last week, i did first morning doing a 1-2-1 which i have to say for those who have never been on a bike i highly recommend as the instructor gives you so much confidence to continue on with your CBT. I returned the following day to do my CBT, and i cant say enough about 1stop Instruction, when i was struggling a little in the first part of the course, they supported me and gave me the confidence i needed, and i have to say i never enjoyed myself so much being on the road, for me it was over to quick, it was brilliant, although i cant get a bike until early next year, i am going back to do more 1-2-1 so i can be ready when i buy a new bike, and then on to get my Mod 1 and Mod 2 Best thing i have done in a very long time, and im 63 going on for 64, brilliant instructors and a brilliant day!!!!

A.J. was fantastic—extremely helpful and patient, providing invaluable information for safe riding. For my Module 1 and 2 training, the instructors were equally impressive, offering excellent guidance and support. Although it took me a few attempts to pass Module 2, their expertise was key to my success. I highly recommend this programme for anyone aiming to become a proficient motorcyclist.

Fantastic experience: I came from a different riding school as I was having difficulties passing the Mod1 and had hit a wall with my previous instructors. The difference with 1 Stop was like night vs day - it's a super professional outfit and they clearly take a lot of pride in spilling out so much invaluable knowledge to make you a better, safer rider. Might be the best service experience I've ever had for anything ever, couldn't recommend more highly. I passed my Mod1 second time with them and flew through the Mod2 first time with only 1 minor. More important than that, I ironed out some bad habits that I had picked up and picked up a whole bunch of tips that have definitely improved my riding. Great attitude all round - the philosophy and the ethos of the place helped me to rediscover the joy in riding safe and proper. Large shout out to Pepsi & the squad - I appreciate you and will def be back for some advanced training in the future !! Big up !

Fantastic experience: In March 2004 I decided to learn how to ride a motorbike. I had never driven a motorbike before so I looked around on line to find a school that had the best reviews and I came across 1Stop. I read all the information on their website which gave me a clear understanding of what I needed to do. I called them up and booked a CBT with them which I took in March. The instructor was very knowledgeable and got my confidence up. He was a really nice guy. I passed my CBT that day and was ready for the next steps. I booked my theory and passed first time. Then I made terrible mistake. I called another motorbike school to do my clutch conversion. Only because it was nearer and slightly cheaper. My confidence shattered. The driving school was bad. The teaching was bad and the instructor spent more time smoking and texting. He even asked me why I came to this crap instead of going back to 1Stop. I wasted my money and sat in a car park going to give it all up. Then I thought I would call 1stop and explain what happened. Pepsi answered and we spoke about half an hour on the phone and he convinced me to come back to 1stop and I did. I did another clutch conversion and within 20 mins I was now practicing on a 600 unlike the other school that kept us on 125. I had a few 1 to 1 sessions to build up my confidence and the learning was brilliant. I couldn't fault any of the instructors I had. All professional, knowledgeable, fun and to the point. I had a few set backs and frustrating rides but they were really patient with me. I passed my mod 1 first time and just passed my mod 2 last week. Very glad Pepsi answered the phone that day. Thank you to all the instructors. If you are reading this and thinking about doing your licence then don't waste your time and money like I did. Give 1stop a call. Happy riding, and stay safe

Pepsi and his team were extremely friendly from day 1 and couldn't be happier to start my motorcycle journey with 1 Stop Instruction. Had a few hiccups with my mod1 being cancelled 3 times by the DVSA but the admin team were really helpful in sorting out the doccuments and getting alternative dates booked. Overall a 10/10 experience

Everything is well explained to you and if you don't know the answer, they don't push you down for it and will more than happily explain the question to you so you can get the answer. Practical ride out on the road was well organised and couldn't of had a better experience elsewhere. Good on Martin to have me out on the roads with him coaching me through the basics to be a safe rider. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to head out on the road on 2s.

Fantastic experience: I did my progressive access with Pete and Pepsi and passed Mod 1 and Mod 2 first time. They are unbelievably good instructors with a deep knowledge of safe riding and the highway code. They do not only teach you to pass the tests; they teach you to be a good and SAFE rider above all else. They will scrutinize mistakes and help you to correct them. Fantastic school. Learning is a two-way street. Listen attentively, apply the advice and guidance they give you, and you'll pass first time every time. I find the negative reviews here quite funny. "racist", "failed for no reason"...I can say with 100% certainty that these guys do not fail your for "no reason". And racist? Really? I'm Asian and I passed first time. Why on earth would racist people open a school in East London? So much coping from incompetent riders. Also failing is not a bad thing and something to review negatively on. In fact it speaks volumes about the high bar of rider skill that this school expects. They are the first barrier to ensuring competent people are using our roads. I fully expect them to be failing people that do not meet the bar for safe and competent road use. -Prem

Negative experience: Absolutely awful service at Ilford, my husband booked for him and another person but left his licence home by mistake and was told he couldn't leave the site although he lives 10mins away and he was half hr early, he had to wait for someone to drop it to him, eneded being 5mins late and one of the guys said yes the other said no and wouldn't let him do it so they lost the money. Further more one of the guys was very rude!

Fantastic experience: What a great team of people. I work away a great deal and wanted to pass direct access (DAS) motorcycle. The team at 1 Stop fitted my CBT, MOD 1 and MOD 2 training into my leave periods and worked with me 1 to 1 and in group sessions to ensure that I had the required knowledge and techniques to successfully pass my tests. They have a wide understanding of the road test circuits that you might be tested on for MOD 2 and are able to train you in depth to deal with the off road manoeuvring skills required for Mod 1. Of course you will need to have the mentality to take instruction and listen and remember, if you can do these things then take advantage of this team and get your licence at any level. Thoroughly recommended.

I was initially intimidated by the prospect but they made it accessible for me. Don’t forget to drill yourself on the road theory before you go.

Negative experience: Went today to drop of a friend of mine for his CBT training, the instructor seemed he woke up from wrong side of the bed today with his rude attitude. Even my friend said he was treated unfairly and was been shouted at for making minor mistakes, and no feedback given. 0/5.

Negative experience: Booked my CBT here after finding the website online. Was really looking forward to it as the 1 stop site is user friendly and engaging. Unfortunately, the day didn’t go as planned not entirely the fault of the instructors but I do feel compelled to share a few things. Firstly, the reviews are quite high but I notice this is only for some instructors. I had Tony who was extremely unfriendly/grumpy. His presence would create a tense and unwelcoming environment. If you’d ask him for some tips (some students did) he would walk away or throw something sarcastic. It’s fine that some students dont pass, but ideally you would want to advise them on next steps in order for them to return. It was like Tony was intentionally putting people off from coming back. That was the case for me. Also bring your own gear as the one available is not clean :/ ***Go to Phoenix/ACBT/Passmasters instead!***

Fantastic experience: I had my CBT here on 27/02/24 with Peter and Tony, they were very helpful, patience and clear with their instructions and training. Peter is very polite with his instructions, I would recommend and visit again hopefully for my full license. They have a good big free cark park for students which is very helpful.

Fantastic experience: Did my DAS with these guys and in total had 4 instructors at different points of the course and all were absolutely great. Not just that the head office from the first call seemed like they cared and tried to get me into the best schedule possible. I couldn’t recommend these guys more. They are training you to be a great rider and pass your test first time, they don’t just want to book you on for extra lessons like other schools.
