Fantastic experience: All thanks goes to brother Imran and LIDT very helpful detailed lessons helped me pass my test I highly recommend

Positive experience: I booked a driving test through this service and waited several days with no updates, no emails, and not even an apology. I later discovered they were aware of an issue but didn’t bother to notify me – as if there wasn’t even a test booked in the first place. This level of incompetence, lack of communication, and zero accountability is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. Save yourself the stress, wasted time, and frustration – go elsewhere.

Negative experience: I used this website to book a test but I had to go back to the States for a few weeks and needed to cancel and they said they would rebook me which they did. I confirmed it with the DVSA but when I showed up to my test it had been cancelled. According to DVSA that appointment was cancelled just days after I confirmed it and since then 11 appointments had been made with my info and cancelled. So I am out the cost of the test and the cost of the instructor/car rental. I Do Not recommend this. Now I can no londer book online and am required to call in every day until an appointment opens up and who knows when that will be.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with Ali. I have been learning to drive for years and didn't see any progression until Ali and I did the 10 hour course together. He had so many helpful methods to help pass that will keep me confident and safe in my future driving. We passed! Most of all, I had such a fun time with him. Lots of laughs, he helped me feel confident and relaxed behind the wheel. It was also really helpful that he took care of booking the test, no long wait periods of 6 months - I had a test within a week in an area that was comfortable for new drivers (London is crazy!). Couldn't recommend this company and Ali more!

Fantastic experience: Nurul is a blessing to me as a instructor. If he was the only driving instructor I ever had, perhaps I wouldn't have known how to evaluate driving instructors. I have had 4 instructors and Nurul ranks best amongst all of them even though I spent the least time with him. He taught me well, was polite, patient, understanding and always willing to accommodate me with his plans. First instructor was good but spent two months with me and had to leave London area for family reasons, second instructor who is Swedish Eritrean was also very good. Took me for lessons for a few months, book a test and I had two faults. He had to travel abroad and advised me to reach out to LIDT if I want a test set up quickly. Third instructor is someone that in hindsight, I should never have met and his attitude still traumatises me until date. Spent around 5 months, 3 lessons of minimum of 2 hours a week and tons of money and nothing came out of it and was never even given the opportunity to go for a test but constantly had classes book to be going through same route for months. God rescued me from this third instructor whom I don't want to talk about and I was given Nurul who completely changed the course of my driving plans. From day one, he started preparing me for the lesson and will always ask me what I wanted to learn and give me regular and respectful feedback. I cant thank Nurul enough and will advise anyone to go for him.

Fantastic experience: Abu Jafor is an amazing instructor I've been bouncing around different instructors for quite a few years with no success. The issues I had was in the methodology and mindset of these previous instructors sure they are good drivers but they aren't the best of mentors. With Abu Jafor he got me to a point where I would say I was a confident and well polished driver even weeks before my test. Every lesson started with a introduction and focus on what we were trying to achieve in the lesson rather than "oh here is goodmayes roundabout x make sure you do this " By having a clear structure it helped me understand principles which I already know how to do and be able to apply it to any road/situation rather than trying to master specific roads. With Abu his style of teaching prevents you from making the same mistakes over and over again which I noticed was something that was happening to me with other instructors. He ensures that you leave bad habits and completely irons them out before moving on to the next lesson. Abu Jafor has really helped me gained confidence and proviniceny in the road which I never thought I could have got alhamdulilah. If you are on of those people who struggle with passing your test, or a keen new learner who wants to pass first time I would highly recommend going with Abu and the LIDT even if you find someone cheaper you will not get close to even half the level of mentoring and expertise you would with Abu Jafor.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Ali and LIDT enough. I booked a 30 hour intensive course to brush up my skills (I began learning to drive almost a decade ago) and a practical test in a tight just-under 2 week schedule off work. I'm happy to say that today I passed on my first attempt here in Enfield! I am so fortunate to have been allocated Ali as my instructor. It's obvious he not only has a passion for safe driving but deep knowledge and experience in teaching, ensuring that I understood what exactly the examiners are looking for and why these behaviours result in safe driving. To top it off, Ali is very easy to talk to and has a great personality, and I'm happy to call him my friend. Thank you Ali and LIDT!

Fantastic experience: Easy and excellent system to book early dates and choose the course appropriate for you. They have professional instructors. My test date was changed by dvsa as examiner was not available but my instructor 'Imran Ahmed' helped me with all my queries as i was so worried about those changes and managed his lessons to reschedule my lessons. And then my new test date was a bit hectic for him as another student had test straight after my test but my instructor managed to handle everything and made everything easier for both students. Alhumdulillah I passed my test yesterday. Thank you so much.

I did 48 hours with him and he was extremely patient and efficient. Fantastic experience: I passed my test first time with 1 minor with Bon through LIDT. I've had 2 other instructors who helped me learn the basics but either were too harsh and didn't understand my ADHD and how it impacts driving, or were too loose and unfocussed and told me I was very far off passing. I booked my test and 30 hours with Bon through LIDT and Bon was a brilliant teacher from the assessment lesson right up to celebrating my pass with me. He was a structured and thorough teacher, always on hand with a reference or diagram to explain a skill or technique. He also was great at adapting to my needs as we went, helping figure out different ways to explain things or identify how we can play to my strengths. Bon was so supportive and encouraging. He believed in me from the jump and I am so pleased and grateful to have his tutelage. Plus he caught a wasp with his bare hands in the car that was impressive. Under his tutelage and watchful eye, I passed first time in an unfamiliar test route! Cannot speak highly enough of Abu, and in turn, LIDT. My one week 30 hour intensive course included the cost of car hire, fuel, the exam itself etc. It's amazing value for money imo. Thank you so much Abu and LIDT!

Fantastic experience: I am extremely grateful I had Abu Jafor as my driving instructor. He made me feel very comfortable in the driver seat, allowing me to drive independently majority of the time whilst also intervening if only necessary for both our safety. I was looking for an Intensive Crash course before sitting for my exam and LIDT helped me to find an exam slot with Instructor in Tilbury which wasn't an area they usually cover. Then Imran called me and booked the practice slots based on my free schedule and sent me lots of helpful materials to prepare myself for the exam. Imran was an excellent instructor, he catered the lessons towards my weak points in driving and has shown trust with my own abilities which gave me the confidence to pass my driving test. Fantastic experience: I booked a 30-hour intensive driving course with an exam date just 10 days away, and despite the short notice, they were able to secure a test at a local center—something that typically takes six months due to the backlog. Abu was a fantastic driving instructor. He is an excellent teacher, highly professional, and quickly identified the areas I needed to improve. We covered everything from A roads to motorways, which was incredibly valuable. Practicing the test routes around the local centers was particularly helpful in preparing me for the exam. I had around 40 hours of driving experience and one unsuccessful test with a previous instructor. The difference in the standard of teaching was profound. After training with Abu, I gained much more confidence, and even though I didn't have my best drive on the test day, I passed comfortably. A big thank you to Abu—I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. I only wish I hadn’t wasted so much time and money with my first instructor.

I passed my intensive course, getting 0 faults on my practical test after 2 weeks of lessons, and everything was so smooth and easy, with lessons planned and organised around my schedule, even to being picked up from the tube station. Fantastic experience: I did driving lessons with Emran to get a license in the UK. Emran was a great instructor, he taught me the right way to pass the UK driving test, answered all questions that I needed and made me feel very prepared. I managed to pass the first time round which was only possible because of his teaching.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service. Not only the interaction, instruction and overall feedback, but the character and how lessons are taught. From the get go, Kolil (my instructor) provide a strong, confidence foundation I could build from. At one point I struggled to understand something simple. Kolil broke it down and explained it a completely different way. I understood immediately. That's a teacher you can rely on. I attended the 2 week intensive (35hrs) and it genuinely flew by. Not only do I recommend LIDT, but if you're luck enough to get Kolil, you're in for a fantastic, informative, funny and enjoyable time. *And for those curious, I'm 37 and passed first time. I don't think I would have with anyone else. Keep up the good work lads!

Fantastic experience: Excellent Service! I passed my test after a 20 hour intensive course with Imran. I had previously had some lessons around 15 years ago but had never sat a test. Imran eased me back into the driving and was very calm and really helped me to grow confidence on the road before my test. Cant recommend him highly enough, top bloke!

He is a brilliant instructor and made me feel calm and confident, ready for my test in Wood Green. Fantastic experience: Passed on my 7th attempt with the help of Brother Imran. It’s been an intense few months with many setbacks, Imran kept pushing me and today I finally passed at Loughton test centre. I've had a few instructors but Imran has definitely made me feel most at ease behind the wheel. Manoeuvres always made me nervous but I overcame my nerves as Imran always reminded me that even if you’ve made a mistake, all is not lost aslong as you fix it. Would highly recommend LIDT, especially Imran as an instructor.

Fantastic experience: Drove with Kolil (MKU Drive to success (Instagram), for the last 5 days on a 25 hour intensive course. It was 9 years since I last drove and used those hours to hone my previous experience. Kolil was professional, knowledgeable, and most of all - calming. The guy knows how to teach and the entire week was a breeze. I was a little worried about doing 5 hours in a car with someone I didn’t know, but Kolil made the whole process easy. The last week flew by. Passed first time with him, and honestly I recommend Kolil, and LIDT, if you are looking for an excellent course and a great shot of passing. Fantastic experience: I booked an intensive 50 hour course with LIDT. The process was seamless and easy, with the test date available much sooner than other means. The instructor provided by LIDT was Dr. Bon. He is an extremely good teacher. He loves answering questions and is very patient, calm, and thorough in his explanations of driving. He has an indepth knowledge of all relevant driving procedures, and has several references which makes tricky manouvers much easier to complete. Communicating with him and arranging the lessons was also very easy, being able to fit the hours needed around my schedule. Besides his general knowledge, Dr. Bon also has a secret weapon which was instrumental in me passing the test on the first attempt! I couldn't have done it without him - highly recommend. As an added bonus, he also offers some wise proverbs and life advice!

Fantastic experience: The best investment I have made in my self for a long long time. I simply can't believe I went from having not driven for 15 years to passing my test first time. Fantastic experience: After passing my theory, I booked a test which was 5 months away! I heard of LIDT and managed to find a test 2 weeks away so I booked 20 hours! I was given Dr. Bon as my instructor who contacted me and we arranged my hours which was not easy as my schedule is busy. Within the first lesson I felt confident that Bon would get me to be a safe, confident and knowledgeable driver. His teaching is personalised and learner-driver centred, after each lesson I left feeling more capable and like I had gained the knowledge and skills needed. I passed with 4 minors first time tester! I couldn't recommend Bon and LIDT more!

Fantastic experience: With driving experience with over 10 Years back in India, I was searching for something that would teach me the right way to pass UK driving test and LIDT intensive crash course seems perfect for me. I got reached out by ALI and we were able to had a quick chat and booked a test in Loughton within 2 weeks. I took 10hour course and was able to clear my test the first time. Fantastic experience: My instructor was Bon and he was honestly amazing! I passed my test today first time after only 20 hours with him- I’ve had experience with instructors but his care and knowledge is something else - all my friends know about him already and want to use him

Negative experience: I feel frustrated and disappointed about spending my money on someone who simply sat in the car with me, engrossed in their phone or talking to a friend. My instructor failed to provide me with any valuable instruction, making me feel like I wasted my money and the 10 hours of lessons were no benefit to me at all.

Fantastic experience: Sal is a brilliant instructor. He made me feel really calm and confident and explained everything in a way that made it simple to understand. Sal is very nurturing and kind which I really appreciated as it helped me feel calm and able to learn. Sal was always punctual, professional and it's obvious he is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. As evidence of this I passed my test first time! Negative experience: LIDT has been a confidence destroying experience. I feel like I need to let other people know so they don't become a victim as well. I've reported the incident to all the relevant authorities and awaiting an investigation. The instructor I had (Aziz) took hidden action to move the car into a very limiting position while I was in the office waiting for the examiner, minutes just before the start of the test. The car was moved without my consent/ visibility into a very narrow space where it was very difficult for me to get out from. This caused a lot of distress from the kick off, put me in a dangerous position and the stress carried out throughout the route as it was clearly a setup and an unacceptable move from the instructor. When confronted with this directly after the test, the instructor blamed me for not executing the maneuvre correctly, not recognising that he sabotaged it to start with. The office has not been helpful with finding a resolution and will most likely cover up to protect their reputation. This is how fraud takes place in 2024, London, UK. **Defence was anticipated, except that you know that it did happen. Why have I never practiced getting out of such tiny gaps during the lessons with the instructor? Simply because it would be dangerous. Then why putting the student in such a situation in front of the examiner during the test? You won't make me a liar like I don't make you embrace morals and work ethic.

Fantastic experience: A massive thank you to Imran and LIDT! Passed second time after 33 hours total. Imran is a great guy, very friendly and patient, and explains everything very well to a novice. LIDT managed to fast track my tests, much much sooner than booking directly or with any other organisation. The average hourly rate worked out exactly the same as my sister is paying her instructor for ad-hoc, non-intensive lessons. Highly recommend, thank you again.

Fantastic experience: Great driving school. Had Imran as my instructor who helped me pass first time. Was a learning curve after first learning in an old petrol, but Imran made it easy to adjust to a newer car, driving safely and smooth to pass my test. Start to finish easy to use and arrange lessons with test booked straight away. Fantastic experience: I just passed my test today so wanted to write a review. I can only say good things about LIDT - they provided me with a great instructor & offered to book my driving test just with a few weeks notice. Before I started my lessons I had never driven a car before. My instructor Ali taught me everything I needed to know in order to drive correctly & confidently and pass the test. He was really flexible and created a weekend-only schedule for me. Besides that Ali was really positive and supportive and always monitored on which things I needed to practice more in order to improve. 10/10 experience, can highly recommend LIDT & Ali

Fantastic experience: I did a 30hr intensive course (over two weeks) with Bon and he was absolutely marvelous! He is a gentle natured man and an expert on the road. He really put me at at ease during the course. He understands that learning to drive can be stressful and was patient with me when teaching new skills. Bon is also an excellent communicator and explained complex driving concepts in a way that was easy to understand. I personally enjoyed the adaptability of our lessons. Bon tailored my lessons to my needs and used teaching methods that best suited my learning style and pace. As a teacher myself, I know the profound impact that can have on a learner. Bon was also very supportive and provided constructive feedback and encouragement that helped me improve rapidly. One tip I would give learners is to stay focused and not to worry about making mistakes because that’s how you learn. Don’t get stuck on being perfect, stay present and learn from your errors. In short, Bon was a complete professional and maintained a positive learning environment. He showed up on time for lessons and was committed to helping me succeed. And I did!
