Fantastic experience: I booked a couple of motorway lessons with Asim to help me get used to driving on the motorway. He was very calm and encouraging and now I feel confident enough to go out on my own. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I did 20 hours with asim before I moved away, for a first time driver he was amazing started from scratch and taught me so much. As expected mistakes are going to be made and after mistakes we’d talk about them and why it happened and what not to do, I 100% recommend using asim as a driving instructor if your fresh brand new to driving or even got prior experience!! Negative experience: Unprofessional service from Asim, after confirming the slot no show and saying no availability for a week.

Thank you for your feedback, and I apologize for any confusion about our booking process.
To clarify for all customers: when you contacted me about starting driving lessons, I responded promptly via WhatsApp with an available time slot, payment details, and our booking policy. Lessons are only confirmed once payment is received at least 24 hours in advance. This ensures fair and reliable scheduling for all students.
Your enquiry came in with less than 24 hours before the proposed lesson time, meaning the payment deadline had already passed. Unfortunately, payment wasn't received until 10 minutes before the slot, at which point I had already allocated that time elsewhere.
Offering a time slot does not mean it's confirmed until payment is made within the required timeframe. Cash payments are welcome at the start of lessons, but bookings must still be made in advance with proper notice.
This policy helps us maintain a professional and reliable service for everyone. I'd be happy to schedule a lesson for you once a booking is properly confirmed.
