Riders Bromsgrove

Negative experience: Zero stars - AVOID at all costs. I paid for the guarantee CBT package. The first time the instructor told me that he didn't have the equipment to do road ride. he only had two learner headsets. The second time I tried admittedly I have a licence issue but once I sorted it out I couldn't get a reply from them via email after trying several times. And now Riders tell me that the time has expired. Don't give riders your money. you are throwing it down the drain. It is all very unreliable.

Fantastic experience: Best place to do cbt. Had a great fun day and mark was a great instructor, talked me through everything and made me feel safer on the road. 100% would recommend.

Fantastic experience: What a amazing day I had with mark at riders bromsgrove. Mark was great through out, one of the kindest and happiest instructor I have ever met. He is very patient and great at getting the information and instructions across clearly to he’s students. I was dreading doing my cbt all week but glad I went really enjoyed It. And mark even treated us to a coffee and cookie to warm up and discuss how our riding was and to go over good and bad points. Thanks again dalt.

Fantastic experience: Arriving to Riders I had no experience on the road and had never used anything with a engine so naturally I was nervous. The trainer guided me through it all constantly giving me positive feedback and encouraging me to learn and keep trying. Trainer went above and beyond to ensure it was a positive CBT expirence and i couldn’t of asked for much more. Plus I got a free coffee and lift home Cheers again

Fantastic experience: Great level of service even having a stop at kfc for a warm drink and cookie.constantly giving feebdack on how to improve and supporting you whilst you learn for the whole course! They let you do everything in your own pace and let you decide if your happy to move on! Overall they are a great company to do any course with! And really look after there students
