Negative experience: Awful instruction Ended up going with a different company That was well aware of the attitude of these instructors by their names without me even saying them Appalling service Discriminated against autistic people

A comical review, you went with a different company due to us refusing to continue with you, your bad attitude, excuses, poor performance and lies meant that we felt we sadly could no longer teach you or allow you on our bikes. Our instructors have a right to be treated with respect, a point you constantly overlooked. We are pleased to hear you have gone elsewhere and got sorted.

Positive experience: Good price on motorcycle clothing and accessories it's a bit like buying on the Internet, but you can look at and try items on before you pay ,unfortunately you can't do this on the Internet

Fantastic experience: Amazing instructors, Very Patient with you, Very Helpful, Help You every step of the way, also had a bit of a laugh with you!! Would 100% Reccomend to anybody else looking for a CBT and i would 100% Go there again For Full Test or to redo my CBT if needed, Overall Very very Enjoyable Day! Thank you For All the help to get me my CBT Today!!

Fantastic experience: Being a retired gent it was old dogs new tricks . Not ridden a Motorbike before doing CBT in June Passed Motorbike in September The intensive course is intense and stressful but the instructor is making the most of your potential . They have a lot to teach in a small time and do it very professionally. My course coincided with bank holiday for the queens funeral . Roland could not have been more helpful rescheduling the day . U pass have a good reputation for a reason and I would recommend them .

Hi Richard, bikes are not just for youngsters and as you have shown we even get double first times passes for our more mature students. It's important for us that students enjoy their training and safety is paramount, we try and add a personal touch as bikers ourselves.
Yes sadly the queens funeral and subsequent DVSA closure did not help matters with tests booked but thankfully we were able to work holidays to get you back on track.
