Negative experience: Awful instruction Ended up going with a different company That was well aware of the attitude of these instructors by their names without me even saying them Appalling service Discriminated against autistic people

Positive experience: Good price on motorcycle clothing and accessories it's a bit like buying on the Internet, but you can look at and try items on before you pay ,unfortunately you can't do this on the Internet

Fantastic experience: Being a retired gent it was old dogs new tricks . Not ridden a Motorbike before doing CBT in June Passed Motorbike in September The intensive course is intense and stressful but the instructor is making the most of your potential . They have a lot to teach in a small time and do it very professionally. My course coincided with bank holiday for the queens funeral . Roland could not have been more helpful rescheduling the day . U pass have a good reputation for a reason and I would recommend them .

Fantastic experience: Took my CBT with U-Pass in June and caught the bug pretty quickly so got booked back in for my DAS in August and what a choice it was! Our instructor Kenzie was absolutely spot on. From day one she trained us to think like bikers rather than car drivers and I soon realised how different your approach to the roads needs to be. Answers to any questions we had were thoroughly explained and nothing was too much trouble. I've learned so much more than just how to pass a test, had an amazing week and come out of the other end with a first time pass and a clean sheet and I couldn't have done it without these guys! Highly recommended, go with these guys and you won't regret it! Thanks again!

Fantastic experience: I passed my CBT today with Chris. He was brilliant. Explained everything in detail, clearly & would repeat if needed to. I felt at ease and safe to ride on the road when needed to. I really enjoyed my day and I’m so excited to get on the roads, I cannot stop smiling. Fantastic experience: Excellent service across the board from all at U-Pass. Called up on the 16th of March with a slight bit of hope I could get a CBT and A2 complete within a 2 week time slot in April. The CBT was booked with Rowland for a Saturday a couple of weeks ahead and was completed with Christian who was excellent at delivering the training and answering further questions. Rather than just taking the money for the CBT and leaving myself without any idea when the A2 training and test would be complete Rowland ensure that I had my A2 booked for exactly the dates I asked and that this wouldn’t be the case. A couple weeks passed following the CBT and I then started the days training in preparation for my MOD 1 and MOD 2 tests on Thursday. The training delivered across these days was excellent by McKenzie and it was extremely beneficial to have the use of the DVSA MOD 1 pad on the Monday afternoon where I would actually be sitting the MOD 1 test on Thursday to get myself comfortable with the environment. The days of training were well structured and areas for improvement were highlighted and addressed as the days passed coming up to Thursdays test day. The Yamaha MT07 motorcycle that was used was well maintained and well suited to myself both height and weight and was both easy to use and control. Soon enough Thursday came around and I completed my MOD 1 training in the morning followed by MOD 2 in the afternoon passing first time. Many thanks to all who contributed to this achievement at U-Pass.

Fantastic experience: Completed my CBT with U-Pass having never ridden a geared bike before in over 40yrs. So impressed with their tuition went back and had a fabulous week training for DAS which I passed both Mod 1 and Mod 2 on first attempt. The whole team at U-Pass are fantastic give you loads of confidence and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Huge thanks to all of you especially Mark and McKenzie

Fantastic experience: After passing my CBT elsewhere, I enquired about completing a DAS course with U-Pass. Rowland was very helpful and informative over the phone and kept in contact every step of the way. On the first day of my training, Mark, the friendly instructor, took myself and another student out on the road to see how our basic training looked before we were able to get onto a bigger bike. Kenzie was our instructor for the bigger bikes, she was friendly, very patient, and helpful right the way through the week up until our MOD 1 and MOD 2 tests. At the end of the week, both myself and the other student passed our DAS course first time, with clean sheets! Thanks U-Pass, would highly recommend. 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend these guys enough for taking your CBT. My instructor Christian was absolutely fantastic and made me feel completely confident on the bike throughout the day. I will definitely be going back here for my DAS and any other biking needs.

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend, Mark who took me for my first CBT explained things well and is friendly. for my mod 1/2 i had a instructor called Kenzie who explained to me all my faults why riding and don't think i would of passed with her advice.(passed first go) She not only was professional with her job but she also made it fun. highly recommend them to anyone

Fantastic experience: I strongly recommend u-pasd for your CBT and DAS courses. Really friendly easy going and the instructors really know there stuff and train you to a high standard. I did my Was with them and passed first time and all because of Kenzie the instructor.

Fantastic experience: These guys are great! after having a naff CBT with another local training school, I did a 125 riding day and progressed to do a DAS course which I passed first time. They made me feel relaxed and the instructors were brilliant. If you want a CBT, a refresher day or a full bike license, I’d recommend U-pass.

Fantastic experience: After not having been on a bike in over 20 years I thought a little bit of refresher training might be a good idea. Spoke to Rowland on the phone before I'd even bought my bike, and we had a good chat about my situation and also being realistic about what bike I thought I might buy. I booked myself onto the "Rusty Rider" course, a full day of 1 to 1 training, and as luck would have it I ended up collecting my Ninja 650 from the dealer the day before the course, so I was able to do the training on my own bike. Met up with my instructor Mark at 9am on the day and after the requisite document checks we headed of to their own training pad. After talking about what areas I felt I needed help with (for me it was low-speed control in particular) it was time to get on with it. 15 minutes later after 4 or 5 laps of the pad I already felt much better about the bike, and we headed out onto the road. I led for the start of the day, with Mark giving directions and feedback via the radio, boosting my confidence as we ate up the miles. After a morning coffee stop Mark took the lead for a while, letting me see how to position myself properly for the bendy route we took up towards Exeter, before we swapped places again and joined the dual carriageway for some faster riding. Following a stop for lunch at Bridge Motorcycles we set out once again, making our way through the city traffic. After many reminders to cancel my indicators(!) we settled into the nice sweeping roads down the coast via Dawlish and Shaldon to Torquay and off to the finish point. I ended the day feeling so much better about myself. Collecting the bike from the dealer, getting it home and then out to U-Pass the next morning was a tense experience, but Mark managed to dial out most of my issues and the muscle memory had started to come back. I didn't feel unsafe riding home, which was exactly what I wanted from the day. There's so much for me to re-learn still, but the training I was given was a huge help in getting me to the point where I can continue to learn on my own, and do it safely and with a degree of confidence that would have taken me weeks to build up unaided. Thank you to Rowland and especially Mark. If anyone ever asks me where they can get some great training I'll be sending them your way!

Positive experience: Very brilliant staff but range of bikes is small.

Negative experience: If I could rate them 0 starts I would!!!...before even being able to book any training courses or even enquire about them they were very rude on the phone shutting me down before the conversation even started! Because I’d already taken my cbt else where I was told “ you’ve made your bed lie in it!” Implying that I had to go back to the riding school that I did my cbt with to carry out my Direct access course!..very Unprofessional on the phone and poor customer service wouldn’t recommend anyone even wasting their time giving them a call.
