Fantastic experience: Decided to do an intensive course with no prior experience riding any motorbikes, glen is an exceptional teacher that helps and overachieves in making you feel comfortable and to ride proper, he helped me pass all my tests with perfect records on both! Would seriously recommend

Fantastic experience: ive personally done 2 cbts with glen my first cbt i was absolutely rubbish glen offered me private tutoring i then passed my first cbt his teachings actually saved my life that same week from a speeding car! making sure i did my life savers! my second cbt i smashed no real issues i have also had no accidents etc etc i thank my extra tutoring etc i also have done nearly 20k miles so i use my bike alot. my best advice on a cbt listen if your unsure ask questions also if your struggling ask for a second go practice makes perfect!

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Glen at On2Wheels enough! I went from CBT to passing my MOD2 in no time at all! Glen is a great teacher with a brilliant sense of humour. He clearly has tons of experience and makes learning and gaining road confidence easy. I’d happily go back and do the training again just for the good time! Couldn’t thank On2Wheels more if you have been thinking about getting your bike licence then bite the bullet and give him a call, you won’t be disappointed.

Negative experience: Wouldn’t answer phone over space of 3 weeks left few messages never heard back seems shame used them many years ago was great

Fantastic experience: I sat my CBT with Glen this month and I cannot recommend the guy enough. Was very understanding and took time to reassure me that I was doing a great job. Being a new rider and practically starting from the bottom I was very nervous to go out on a ride, he understood and promptly and professionally snapped me out of it and off we went. Fantastic experience: Massive thank you to Glen! Had a great day doing my CBT. Was slightly anxious at first but with some great instruction and training for a total noobie, Glen got me up to speed in a practical, safe and fun way. Massive thanks again Glen, I had all but wrote myself off on the road ride, but with your patience, professionalism and kindness, managed to pull my head out my a*rse and start to enjoy myself again. Fantastic experience: I did my CBT here and it was a great experience. When you think you know how to ride a bike, he teaches you other techniques to perfect your riding. Fantastic experience: Contacted Glen with a very short deadline to fit me in for my Mod 1 and 2, having done my theory and cbt elsewhere almost 2 years ago. He made time for me and got me up to scratch in no time. Very honest approach so I knew exactly where I needed to improve and with a good sense of humour too. Didn't try and get me to do any extra lessons than I required. Excellent experience overall. Would thoroughly recommend. Keep it up Glen, Thank you

Fantastic experience: I randomly stalked Glen whilst he was giving a lesson and waited for them to stop so I could get his number. Three weeks later I have completed my CBT, got one minor on my mod1 and a clean sheet on my mod2. Glen has a relaxed teaching style which calms nerves but also has a knack of explaining things so they're easily understood. He didn't make me do needless extra lessons and reassured me I was ready, so much so he convinced me to do my mod1 and 2 back to back. He has a great sense of humour and is genuinely a nice guy, I cant recommend he more and I fully endorse him for anyone looking to learn. Thanks for everything thing Glen, Graham.

Fantastic experience: Did my CBT with on 2 wheels, Glenn was a great guy who got me doing exactly what I needed to be doing to have the confidence to ride myself.

Negative experience: RIP OFF MERCHANT WITHOUT PREJUDICE Booked CBT with this guy Sept last year and just before my test I tore my rotator cuff so can't ride for 18mths. Now he refuses to give me back my £50 deposit. No refunds he says. That's understandable for a no-show but I'm recently widowed (bought my precious beautiful bike with my husband's left over insurance money) with a nasty injury and struggling to cope on my own now. Having to cancel was totally outside of my control. Makes no difference to this guy......he doesn't seem to have a moral compass at all. When I pushed back hard quoting The Frustrated Contracts Act 1943 and my Consumer rights to him, I got this lovely reply: "I'll give in to your misguided threats and suspected deceit, well done for buying a CCM 660 and really brilliant choice booking a CBT with all the above in mind, also well done for convincing your self you're the victim in this. come to where you dropped the deposit tomorrow at 9 I'll have my cash waiting for you to steal. And sleep well after bullying and wasting the time of your local small businesses, hope £50 and wasting my time feels good." Needless to say after receiving that there's no way I was going to his house!! Not only does he flagrantly disregard Consumer Rights but he intimidates single women. Guarantee he wouldn't treat a male client like that! Nice work mate! I did explain that I'd be getting a little 125cc to learn on but he seems to want to ignore that. FYI Mr Wilson, my son owns a small business but if he responded like this to an unhappy customer he'd soon be out of business. If you had been cool about refunding my deposit I'd have happily rebooked you when my injury healed. Instead I shall do my utmost to make sure as many people as possible find out what an truly unpleasant person you actually are to dealvwith when things go wrong! Btw...he also seems to think that it's perfectly safe to take someone out on public roads never having driven a motorbike EVER in their life and take the CBT road test in just one day.... no lessons required apparently .....seriously??? Yeah, right! Good luck folks.... you'll need all you can get dealing with this guy!

Fantastic experience: Glen is a great teacher with patience and fairness in all his dealings with me. I took my mod 1 & 2 with him and passed first time both times. Not bad I thought as initially I was wobbly at slow speeds. Very much recommended.
