Fantastic experience: Passed my Class 2 with them in January 2022..then in October/November went back to do Class 1. Kirstie, who runs the school, was most excellent, giving fixed dates instantly. Her communication is fantastic all the way through. Gary Foster, my instructor was excellent. Calm, experienced and most importantly, was able to convey that experience in a way that meant I could pass my C+E (Class 1)first attempt. Earlier in the year I did my Class 2 with them also. I found it useful to split the two parts gaining useful experience before attempting C+E. It costs a small amount more to do it this way but In my opinion and experience, gets you your C+E easier. Fantastic experience: I had a five-day Class 1 course booked through Hughes Driver Training, but my training was delivered by Power Driver UK. My first day was in a Class 2 (to ensure I could handle a big vehicle) with my instructor Elsa, who was a total joy. She walked me through what I'd need for the day and what to expect with my Class 1. The remaining four days in the Arctic were spent with Martin, who was absolutely fantastic. I passed my Class 1 test the first time thanks to the expert help of Elsa and Martin. A daily debrief at the end of every lesson helped to identify areas that I needed to work on and this moved my progress onwards quickly. I highly recommend Power Driver UK. Everyone I've dealt with has been fantastic and has put me at ease. Their communication is great and friendly. 10/10.
