Fantastic experience: I went to James Robinson Motorbike training having failed my CBT twice with another local provider and with my confidence left in tatters. James was very professional and instructed in a confidence boosting manner. The whole team are friendly and approachable I was made to feel at ease from the start. I wish I had gone to them the first time. I passed my CBT and had my confidence restored. I cannot recommend them highly enough particularly if you are a first time bike rider. I will definitely be returning to do my full licence in due course. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: I've been doing CBT courses with James every 2 years for a number of years now, as I only use the motorcycle to get to work and back. He is a very reliable and experienced instructor, his prices are competitive, mist importantly he does not cut corners.

Negative experience: Deposit is not refundable , its fine but a style as a lady communicate with me is it unprofessional. Anyway I cancelled the CBT test appointment in November, they can take anyone instead my son. Enjoy our exra £50 for nothing!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service! Just done my third cbt here and as the past 2 have been it conducted excellently, the guys really know their stuff and adapt perfectly to each student, feedback for each manoeuvre is spot on and they go the extra mile and even when you've finished they tell you what you can practice doing and how you can do it. I've finally decided to try and get my a2 done and got great advice on that as well, an estimate of how long it would take for me and it was all explained how it would be conducted. Will definitely be using them for all my bike licence needs until I get my full A licence.

Fantastic experience: I've just been reading some of the bad reviews on here, I passed my test with Mike in December 2015 and can honestly say I felt I was given everything needed to pass my DAS. Admittedly the site they use is a bit past its best but I'm led to believe this is more to with Herefordshire Council having meant to have found them a better location. I can only imagine some of these bad reviews are from people who actually found they couldn't ride a bike. It's a really shame the public love to leave bad reviews but so rarely positive ones!

Fantastic experience: Completed my CBT here and the guys were very good at instructing and adapting to each students individuals needs and abilities. Great subject knowledge and use of equipment. Looking forward to doing further training with James and the team!

Negative experience: My expirence was not a great one. All be it that was some while ago. The instructor was very patronising. Rude at certain points. A welsh guy banging on about himself more than anything. CBT is not a pass or fail course. Although he hammerd home that he could fail us and lorded this over us. The training was good and we all did well. Im sure its changed since. At least i hope it has

Negative experience: Instructors very bad tempered poor and faulty equipment.very arrogant when you phone to complain because they now they will get away with it.my advise to any one who wants to train for there cbts is to steer well clear. They are only interested in money making not quality of training. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

Negative experience: TERRIBLE COMPANY, VERY UNCOMPROMISING, MONEY GRABBING, RUDE, POOR QUALITY EQUIPMENT AND SOME STAFF HAVE NO CLUE WHATS GOING ON. DO NOT DEAL WITH. ITS ACTUALLY WORTH DOING CBT/TEST WITH SOMEONE OUTSIDE OF HEREFORD JUST FOR THIS REASON HOWEVER WHEN YOU HAVE NO COMPETITION WHAT DO YOU EXPECT? THEY JUST DO AS THEY PLEASE NOT A HONOURABLE COMPANY IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

Negative experience: The only place in Hereford that does CBT's and this is a joke! I assure you if another place opened up it would take all the business in minutes. surely if I am paying for the service its up to ME what service i get? I rang and asked for a lesson/ mock test and i am told by a polite man that i will get a call back, when i get the call back i have a rude woman tell me that i HAVE to have 6 lessons in their 'business point of view' and that i cannot simply have a mock test or lesson because it may jeopardize their business :S!!!!. I have been driving a 125cc for 3 years now i do not need to be told that i need 6 lessons when i dont very bad service and i remember actually the woman being rude when i did my CBT
