Fantastic experience: Best instructors I have ever seen in my life. Best people ever.

Fantastic experience: I had my cbt done yesterday and all I can say is the right way motorcycle training is amazing! From the minute I got their the instructors where brilliant. Both Simon and Matt were perfect. I did my cbt with Matt and honestly he was the best. He was very patient with me and the other gent, he kept the atmosphere very happy and light which helped with my anxiety, very encouraging and made me feel so proud when I managed to do the parts that where especially tricky for me. I passed because he made me feel like the things I struggled with weren’t impossible for me and gave me a minute to breathe and try again. As Matt says ‘just breathe’ and once I started just breathing through my mistakes instead of worrying about the mistake I felt much better. In a nutshell, definitely book via The Right Way. They are brilliant, patient, kind, understanding and strive for you to keep going and absolutely smash it. Thank you again guys, you are amazing!!

Negative experience: Impossible to get hold of. Have tried calling multiple times and emailing to no avail. I contacted a local bike accessories shop to see if they were still in business and they confirmed that they never answered their phone and recommended another local training provider.

Fantastic experience: Though Simon is almost impossible to get hold, it’s worth pursuing. The CBT day is a full day of teaching on a makeshift course, followed by road experience and intersected with a smattering of highway code. I’m a cyclist and car driver but to say my highway code was shaky is an understatement and would recommend cramming the signs the night before if you’re a little rusty. Simon and Matt are lots of fun and though at pains to tell you it’s not a test it’s a course, there is definitely an element of passing something, and as it’s all done with safety in mind if you mess up, they’re pretty quick to tell you. I enjoyed the day very much and would highly recommend, particularly for any women who are thinking of taking to the road - it’s a great experience.

Fantastic experience: I did my CBT training today with The Right Way and I couldn’t be happier. Simon and his team were ultra professional. The key thing that was important to them all of the time was safety, whether that related you the rider, others, or the bike. If I did something wrong it was highlighted to me, a really good, understandable explanation given to me as to why it was wrong, and the correct approach/procedure explained. For me, this really helped in terms of the ‘what I need to do’ to stick. The guys were also really personable, everything was explained in ‘layman’s’ terms and if I did have a question I felt I could ask it without sounding silly. I passed my training, although if I hadn’t Simon explained I could come back on another occasion at no extra cost. So I’m a very happy new rider and would highly recommend The Right Way.

Fantastic experience: Simon is definitely over 5 out of 5 he provides the best teaching environment to ensure that you do your best to pass. Very clear and understandable instructions and firm voiced when he needs you to correct your mistake it's made my day to pass my CBT under Simon and I will be going back to do my A2 and then A category bike tests. Fantastic experience: I started with no experience with riding motorbikes and now I have got my full license in a space of 2 months. Simon is very patient and he is observant. Simon is a great teacher and explains everything as clear as he can. Don't be scared to say you don't understand as he will make sure you do. He will tell you what it is you need to work on and what you do well. He will teach you to a standard that is higher than the DVSA examiners expect and overall has immensley helped me pass MOD1 and MOD2. I did both my CBT and DAS and Simon offers the most competitive prices that I can find. Simon is a quality instructor and you won't be disappointed. I would definitely recommend my friends to leant with The Right Way Motorcycle Training!

Fantastic experience: Excellent instructor and makes you feel calm a comfortable. Anyone thinking of getting into riding on 2 wheels or feels like they need a refresher after not riding for a while, i highly recommend. Helped me feel more confident in my riding as i hadn't been on the road for a fair while (on 2 wheels) and now looking to go futher with my DAS with Simon. Personally one of my best instructors ive had be it car or bike.

Fantastic experience: Superb fun and really valuable learning. Simon’s wit and attention to detail struck a balance of sympathetic understanding and correction of errors. The bike performed admirably and all kit was supplied. Just don’t forget to turn your indicators off when you’re supposed to.

Fantastic experience: I have just finished a 4 day DAS corse with Simon. Simon is patient and willing to listen and answer EVERY question you may have. He doesn't just tell you, he teaches you, and it sticks! I have been riding motorbike's on and off all my life, but still learned so much with him. Fantastic experience: Had my CBT recently with Simon. He really helped get my confidence back from not riding for 20 years. He gave some brilliant tips I wish I'd known before and really simplified all the jargon so it was easy to remember. All you need to know is BOLT & MIC!! Added to this was a great sense of humor. Will be back as soon as I can get my theory out the way to take my DAS.

Fantastic experience: Did my auto CBT with Simon last year and returned again a couple of weeks back to complete the manual CBT in readiness for my DAS once DVSA release dates. Simon is a really nice guy, he instantly puts you at ease with his wit and charm. He instills trust and positivity in you which in turn makes you a more confident rider. Fantastic experience: Did my CBT with Simon on his first day back post Covid. I have to say that I really enjoyed the whole day. His sense of humour made it fun but his approach is also firm and made me feel confident and ready to ride. I’ll be back as soon as I can to do DAS.

Fantastic experience: From the minute you meet Simon and walk into his garage you realise he lives and breathes bikes. He's passionate about all aspects of riding including getting you to be the best and safest rider you can be. He goes above and beyond what's required to pass the test, so you're not just scraping through. I have a health issue which affects my memory, concentration and energy levels so I'm not the easiest person to teach. Despite this, he still got me through mod 1 and 2 first go. If you want to work hard and have good chance of passing first time, Simon is the man for the job. Will be back to do an advanced riding course with him in the future for sure.

Fantastic experience: I passed DAS first attempt several days ago and can still hear Simon 'are you on fire? What's the rush? Slow it down!' lol...all jokes aside, Simon's meticulous attention to detail, clear, concise and easy to understand instructions, unlimited patience and overall professionalism, oh and he can fly a Tiger Moth, make the whole process enjoyable, educational, and easy to get through...even for a patience draining student like me! Fantastic experience: Having gone elsewhere for my CBT I booked my DAS with Simon and so pleased I did! I passed my Mod 1 and 2 first time with no minors! The instruction and training from Simon is way beyond the level required but not only did I pass both tests I now feel confident and safe to be riding on all roads. Fantastic experience: I have taken my CBT 3 times over 28 years and TRW (Simon) has blown my mind with his professionalism, accuracy and care. Riding a bike is inherently fun and he made the whole experience enjoyable and set everyone's nerves to one side. Good quality bikes and gear at hand - even in a downpoor you can really feel confident that you are safe and being properly observed. Fantastic experience: At 56 years of age I had my mid life crisis late and decided to get a motorcycle. I cannot recommend Simon highly enough. He will not only teaches you how to ride safely which in turn will enable you to pass your test. I was probably not his easiest pupil, however I passed both parts of my test first time as most of simons pupils seem to. I have spoken to many instructors and pupils regarding there experiences and none match up to this companies standard. Procrastinate no longer and book now...

Fantastic experience: I completed the CBT with Simon at the weekend, there were three of us in the class all at different levels of experience (some had ridden before and others it was their first time sitting on a bike) Simon was great at identifying the individual needs very quickly and teaching the course in a way that will really make you remember. The whole day felt relaxed because of Simon's friendly and calm attitude and he was always happy to answer any questions. I think the structure of the day was well thought out and I know i'll be going back soon to complete my DAS training. Whether it's your first time riding or you've got experience on a bike I'd say Simon is definitely the person you want to be training with. Thanks again for a great enjoyable day!

Fantastic experience: Simon was a great instructor, I had a bad experience with my previous instructor and Simon was totally the complete opposite. He explained it to you properly and he does make sure you understood every detail of it, and the result was positive I passed, regardless of heavy downpour of rain during test day. Fantastic experience: I've just finished CBT training with Simon and what a great instructor he is. I had already completed my CBT with another instructor but came away feeling nervous and not ready for the road, i even thought riding was not for me but I called Simon and he suggested coming on another course. As soon as i arrived Simon put me at ease and all I can say Is I had a great time and really enjoyed the whole experience. I will now be booking with him to do my DAS.

Fantastic experience: I did my A2 test with Simon over 4 days, I passed both MOD 1 and MOD 2 with no minors and both first time, I was Simon's 19th consecutive pass, and I can't fault him. He's hard at the right time, but rewards you when you get it right, and using two way radio's it really allows you to be comfortable on the road when doing the training, and to have abit of a laugh and joke at the same time. Will definitely be coming back to complete my full un-restricted licence when the time comes, if you couldn't tell, I highly recommend Simon not only for his competitive price, but amazing training.

Fantastic experience: I did my motorcycle training for my DAS test with Simon last week. The training I received was comprehensive, well structured, flexible to suit me and delivered at the highest standard. After just two days of training I managed to pass my full licence on the third day with only one minor mistake on my first attempt. I would highly reccomend this company to anyone looking for motorcycle training at any level, excellent learning experience with a friendly instructor. Despite my many years of riding off-road and with a the CBT I learned a lot and feel that my road riding has improved significantly. You cannot go wrong choosing this company for your training.

Fantastic experience: So what can i say about simon and his training school? To put it simply... outstanding! His training and knowledge is impeccable to the point where he even got me (riding 125s for 3 or 4 years with a fair few bad habbits) to pass both parts first time with 0 minors! Iv noticed my riding style has now changed and i am alot safer on the road thanks to him. Cant recommend him enough! As a side note, this was my first time meeting simon and using his school as i used other schools for the 3 cbts iv done over the years. Simon came recommended from a few friends and has the best rates around.

Fantastic experience: To all who read reviews!! .... I had passed my A1 & 2 tests in December with Simon. I had no problem with passing on Simon’s details to a friend who wanted a training school . I was shocked when he called me and said someone had left a really bad review and was unsure!!. I went to the review and then realised that the person ( James Shepherd) was training for his mode 1 the day I was training. We were both had head set’s installed and I could listen to all instructions to myself and James. This is where I’m shocked at James review. At ( no time) did I hear any bad language or bullying from Simon the instructor. I can only say that both of us chatted in our breaks when we stopped for a coffee and something to eat.we were both enjoying the day and BOTH expressed how much we were learning. At no point had either of us said we had an issue with Simon’s teaching methods. Later that afternoon we rode up to Sussex for James mode 1 test. While I was waiting Simon and I were confident that James would pass and we’re looking forward to the ride back. Unfortunately James clipped a cone and failed his test. When we were about to leave and Simon was with an instructor I told James not to worry as Simon said he will arrange another test ASAP. I could tell James was disappointed but to say that someone had thrown his toys out the pranm is an understatement. We were miked up on the journey home and Simon was reassuring us both that I would pass my mode 2 the next week and James would pass 1 & 2 as well. When we arrived back at Simon’s I had a little chat with James and told him it was one mistake from being perfect, ( his mistake). James didn’t show for his mode 1 & 2 the same day as I was taking my mode 2 . When Simon told me he wanted his money back and blamed the instructor I was shocked. AT NO POINT did I question Simon’s teaching methods. In fact I would happily recommend Simon to anyone who wants to ride. As for the review from James I believe it to be someone who’s own mistake led him to blame someone else. Ps I have wrote this review because this sort of thing could damage someone’s livelihood. Thanks again Simon for getting me through to my full license

Fantastic experience: Wow I was very nervous due to doing a CBT19/08/17 I started off on a geared bike but found it hard due to the boots that I had on and opted for the scooter Simon was a very good instructor and managed to pass my cbt I chose right way because the classes were small no more than 3 people and the fact if I failed I wouldn't have to pay more I'm so happy I have passed and plan to get a 125cc moped thanks very much Simon it was a great day and really enjoyed it James keegan
