Our comment from DrivingSchoolsTOP.co.uk about MTS Sussex:
MTS Sussex is a highly regarded motorcycle training school based in the United Kingdom, known for its exceptional instructors and friendly atmosphere. Our students consistently highlight the following strengths:
- Expert Instructors: Many students have praised instructors like Max, Matt, and Nikki for their professionalism, patience, and ability to make learning enjoyable. Their knowledge and support help students gain confidence, enabling them to pass their tests on the first try.
- Positive Learning Environment: The training sessions are designed to be both informative and fun, with instructors using humor to create a relaxed atmosphere that fosters learning.
- Comprehensive Training: From CBT (Compulsory Basic Training) to DAS (Direct Access Scheme), MTS Sussex offers thorough training covering all aspects of riding safely.
- Individualized Attention: Instructors focus on the individual needs of each student, providing clear instructions and personal guidance that helps build confidence.
Despite the overwhelmingly positive feedback, there have been a couple of negative comments regarding communication and flexibility. Some users felt that the response to specific situations could have been handled with more empathy. Nevertheless, these experiences are exceptions in a generally positive environment.
Overall, MTS Sussex comes highly recommended by former students who have successfully completed their motorcycle training and gained licenses. They look forward to welcoming new riders and helping them achieve their biking goals!
MTS Sussex: Reviews
Fantastic experience: Absolutely awsome guys , so incredibly helpful
Thanks Benjamin, glad you enjoyed the training and we hope to see you again soon! Ride safe!
Fantastic experience: Many thanks to Amanda and Niel. Superb training and a really enjoyable CBT day. Would reccomend MTS to anyone taking their CBT.
Thanks Steven, glad you enjoyed the training and hope to see you back in the future.
Fantastic experience: I booked a new rider course session for an hour last week - and met Rich. He was brilliant! He is funny, but also clear with instructions and teaching - I came away feeling super positive! Fast forward one week later - today I attended my CBT training. Rich and Max were brilliant! Hilarious and kept the learning up beat, instructional and calming. They honestly helped me learn fast and smart and put up with me hollering on the odd occasion- I did it! Whilst I did drop the bike after practicing a u turn - I was mortified! But they just laughed it off helped picking it up and talked me through where I went wrong and how to rectify it. They also didn’t skimp on allowing additional time to practice what I tried to call my nemesis of a manoeuvre! And I nailed it. We get out on the road - and rich was prompt and clear with instructions so I never felt like I was missing out. Even with two riders he kept a perfect balance of coaching between the two of us. When I got to lead he was great at keeping me ahead of where to go and follow up. I’m so much more confident knowing I am capable of gear changes, and can read the road and ride a bike and master those slow manoeuvres all because of your awesome instructors. Thank you very much for a great day, I’ve learnt a hell of a lot, I feel positive and competent- which I’ve seen many leave with a CBT post on Facebook saying they don’t feel competent from other providers. I absolutely will be booking my DAS with MTS - my only request - please can I have rich train me again for it! Thanks so much for today! And looking forward to booking back in with you guys!
Oh my word, what a wonderful review, thanks so much Elizabeth. We're so glad you had fun on the day, and that you feel so well equipped for the ride ahead! We look forward to seeing you back in the future for the full licence stuff - and yes, we will make sure ic is here for you!
Fantastic experience: Had my CBT with MTS on Saturday and it all went really smoothly. Walked through it so it was all easy to understand and the instructors made sure everyone was confident and up to speed before continuing. I had some brief riding experience up and down the road before the CBT but my confidence was greatly increased and I’m commuting to work on my bike as of Monday.
Thanks for sharing your experience Charlie, we're glad you found the day useful and we hope to see you again in the future.
Fantastic experience: After doing me CBT a few weeks back with Max & Rich I returned to do DAS. My Instructor Neil was great. We covered the elements of mods 1 & 2 in a methodical way, with a good balance between the two which led me to first time pass. Overall they were all a great friendly bunch.making it an enjoyable experience
Fab, thanks for the review Phil, enjoy the ride!
Fantastic experience: I done my cbt with MTS Sussex and really enjoyed it the instructors were very nice and very professional and put the time in to make it a very enjoyable experience
Excellent to hear, we're really pleased you had a good day and hope to see you back again in the future.
Fantastic experience: Max (Munch) and Ric are top notch instructor's ensuring you are as safe as possible to be taken out on the road and quickly correcting any mistakes made by trainees in a positive and constructive way while making it as stress free as possible with a few laughs here and there I definitely recommend getting your CBT or any of the bike categories done with MTS Sussex
Thanks James, despite the rotten weather, you did a grand job too! See you again we hope!
Fantastic experience: Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, they build a good rapport with the students. Able to identify individual needs and progression. I did two sessions, first was NRTC with Amanda, who was great. Explained everything clearly and within an hour I was doing far more than what I anticipated. Yesterday was my CBT with Rick and Max. Again both very knowledgeable and patient. Once early morning nerves had settled, I felt at home in the bike and with the instructors, who provide positive and constructive feedback. The road ride was with Max, who again was giving clear instructions and provided good feedback throughout the ride. Thanks very much.
Fab, thanks for the great review, its always good to hear our riders are enjoying their training. We hope you're enjoying the ride and look forward to seeing you back the future
Negative experience: Rude and inconsiderate no good communication or costumer service …
So, you booked a CBT to use your own bike, the day before your bike broke down and we explained we did not have a spare one for you as the others had all been allocated. You still decided to turn up at the site but over an hour after the training had started, so even if we had mysteriously found a non existent bike for you, we legally could not have trained you anyway as you would have missed the first 2 elements. You have used us before, so clearly we aren't that bad - until you don't get your own way when you have a problem. You also got your father to write a bad review - he wasn't even there, clearly did not know how this had been dealt with or when you went crying to him about it, that you arrived too late to join in anyway- don't you love Google reviews - a great place for tantrums!
Negative experience: Unfriendly and unhelpful. My daughter booked her CBT training several months ago and had to pay the full amount in advance. On their website, they clearly state that you cannot reschedule and cancel with less than a week's notice. That's fair enough. However, my daugther's bike broke down and she only realised a couple of days before the training that the mechanic would not get it fixed in time. He had had it at his shop for five days, but it did not get done in time. When my daughter tried to call them, she could not get through, despite many repeated attempts. Although the answering machine kept assuring her that she would get a call back, this never happened. In the end, she was forced to email them the next day (as nobody returned her call) and asked to either rent a bike from them or reschedule her course. She did get an answer to this email - both options were denied, too short notice. The point is not that they were wrong in what they said, but their lack of warmth and empathy was upsetting for a young girl and not what you expect after you have paid a lot of money. My daughter then decided to just show up at the training anyway and see if a solution would present itself. She travelled by bus for 45 minutes and walked to the test center. She clearly showed she was determined to get the course done. When she arrived, she was greated with a, "So, do you have your bike?" She replied that she didn't and she was immediately told to leave. She wasn't even given the chance to present her case. I run a business myself and totally understand that late cancellations are a challenge. But one has to deal with them kindly and with understanding, not robotically and in a rude fashion. Having my daughter call me, crying, after these interactions was not what she paid for or I expected. And just as a comment - she was a repeating customer, which you have now lost with your inept handling.
So your daughter booked to use her own bike then told us 2 days prior to the course that hers was broken. As I was away from the office all communication was via email, during which I explained in detail that although I would love to help her I am very sorry but we did not have a bike for her to use as the others had all been allocated, despite her offering to pay more, it was not a case of us not being helpful, it was simply something that was impossible for us to do. She then turned up over an hour after the course had started, so even if we had magically found a bike that didn't exist, we still would not have been able to help her as legally she would have missed the first 2 elements of the day. Perhaps you should actually read the emails before bad mouthing us, especially as you weren't even there to see how we dealt with it. As a business owner I know not to judge if I am not actually aware of all the facts or present at the time the situation. We were unable to help her on one occasion, what about all the previous occasions? So despite clearly reaching expectations on previous occasions, hence her being a returning customer, you stoop to using Google reviews to vent your frustration
Fantastic experience: Brilliant team , being almost profoundly deaf I was really worried, I've been having NRT with Holland, and it's been excellent, learning low pressure at my own pace 1 to 1 . Can't recommend enough, I've communicated via email with any questions and I've had an almost immediate response. Can't fault them
Thanks Natalie, it's always great for us to help people get what they want from the training, well done you for all the effort! See you again in the future!
Fantastic experience: I have just completed my CBT with MTS. I was very impressed with the clear explanations and encouragement from Matt, Holland, Jason, and Max. They answered all my nerdy questions too!
Thanks Alex, we love a good nerdy question, it keeps us all on our toes haha! Glad you enjoyed it we hope to see you back again.
Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend them high enough! I was a nervous wreck at the start but Rick was so patient with me that by the end I felt so relaxed and really enjoyed it. Will definitely be back for another! Huge thank you to Rick!
Thanks Carly a lovely review - so glad you enjoyed yourself and look forward to seeing you back again!
Fantastic experience: I've just completed my DAS training and passed first time! A big thanks to Max! I can't recommend these guys enough. :)
Thanks Mitch, a great pass well done fella!
Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic time on my 4 day DAS with MTS sussex from the Burgess Hill branch. There was lots of time on the bike and did all they could to prepare me for real world riding in addition to the test. The bikes they supply are great too! No cheap knocked about bikes. Thanks to the team, safe riding.
Excellent review and an excellent pass too - well done Alex, really glad you enjoyed the experience, now enjoy the ride!
Fantastic experience: If you want to pass first time then these are the guys to use...patient..friendly..expert instructions..I done my cbt with them and swiftly booked my das...max was a brilliant instructor explained everything clearly and in details but also with the banter thrown in...even though I was stressing with my mod 1 test he keep the encouragement going and confidence he had in me and I passed mod 1 and 2 first time round ...massive thanks to the whole team...awesome
Brilliant Gary, glad to hear you enjoyed the training and what an excellent result on both tests - well done to you!
Fantastic experience: Jason and Holand absolutely brilliant guys, they have teach me so much in one day which I don't think they have missed anything. If you don't know anything about bikes there are the right people to go to and they will talk you through. And I would like to thank Holand and Jason 4 all they have done today.
Wonderful latif, so glad you had a great time and learned lots, it's amazing how much there is to learn on the CBT, so you did really well, now ride safe and we'll see you in the future!
Fantastic experience: Had a great day with jason and holland , both very knowledgeable and patient , good banter without compromising the training , would highly recommend , see you in a few years guys
Fantastic Geoff, glad you enjoyed the day, and look forward to you coming back again!
Fantastic experience: I have done both the New Rider Training Course and CBT through MTS and loved every minute of it! Very good tuition, informative, easy to follow and above all fun! Great instructors all with a great sense of humour and volumes of knowledge. Highly recommend :D. I look forward to doing my future licences through them. Thanks guys!
Weirdly this has only just popped up! So glad you enjoyed all the training and we will see you out there on the road!
Negative experience: Don't use your pay your £120 for a cbt then when your Mrs ends up in hospital and your can't make it they will keep your £115 and ask you for the full amount again. Use bike smart local company your pay £50 deposit and if anything should happen as we all know thsee things do your only be £50 out of pocket not £115. MTS were rude and a rip off bunch of idiots.
Fantastic experience: Did my cbt and full licence with Matt, Max and the crew. Excellent company, people and made learning a real pleasure
Fantastic experience: Really helpful and supportive approach. Great bikes and equipment well looked after are provided. I was given individual advice and guidance. They have great arrangements to try out the Mod1 centre to practice. A real benefit. Professional and great to deal with. They delivered exactly what I needed and I loved every minute!
Fantastic experience: I really felt happy with all that I had learned. Great instructor team couldn't have asked for better. Defiantly recommend these people. Thank you MTS East Grinstead.
Fantastic experience: Recently passed my CBT and DAS with MTS Sussex. Great bunch of guys, great teaching, and great fun. Can't recommend enough - thank you!
Fantastic experience: Having been a car driver for over 25 years my first step into riding a motorbike was a little daunting to say the least, however I could not have found a better team at Burgess Hill MTS, I found NikKi, Matt and Max to be professional, helpful and patient. They have a fleet of modern bikes and took me through everything required to complete my CBT and direct access course, and have even given me advice on purchasing my 1st bike. Thank you MTS
Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic course very helpful easy to work with and extremely polite. I carried out my cbt with Nikki and I am now booking to proceed onto my full licence with the team, highly recommended. Thanks Jamie porter
Fantastic experience: Very welcoming and friendly team, will be very patient with you and make sure everything is crystal clear and your confidence levels are high ready to get that pass. Highly recommend anyone who is thinking of doing their test and training to use MTS.
Fantastic experience: Completed both my CBT and DAS with MTS and cannot rate them highly enough. All the staff/instructors are great fun, but at the same time really experienced and know exactly how to get you through your tests and ride safely. Also, they're massively good value compared to some of the other providers I looked at.
Fantastic experience: Just completed my CBT with MTS, found all the staff to be professional and personable, looking to complete my DAS with them now. Top quality service from some real experienced bikers, would highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: Had my CBT today, such nice guys would highly recommend to anyone starting out on a 50cc or 125cc bike
Fantastic experience: I booked a 4 day course for my DAS. I had never ridden a bike larger than 125cc but thanks to excellent tuition and training I progressed quickly and passed my Mod 1 and 2 test first time! Special thanks to my instructor Ric who helped me build confidence and has helped me become a better rider.
Fantastic experience: Husband did both cbs, and the full license with them. Thoroughly enjoyed both and would highly recommend. They were also very helpful (and patient) with my million emails arranging his training
Fantastic experience: Excellent motorcycle training
Fantastic experience: Just passed my DAS test I would just like to say what a wonderful company this was to deal with. Great friendly riding instructors Brand new modern training bikes Would recommend to anyone
Fantastic experience: I suggested a friend went to MTS for their son to do his CBT. Utterly professional and made a long day fun and enjoyable . I'd highly recommend to any one !!
Fantastic experience: Decided to do the DAS course as I inherited a Harley from my late father. Am 42 and was 16 when I was last on a bike. Looked online at MTS and went with them due to their reputation , even though it was a 110 mile daily round trip for me. (I live in Windsor) Every mile was worth it!!! Cannot recommend this company enough!! Booking the course was made so simple and the quality of Instruction was excellent and was done in a way that makes the student feel at ease. Great bikes to learn on for CBT and A1 and 2, I enjoyed every minute. Thanks MTS, have now put over 1500miles on my fathers Harley 'tractor'!!!
Fantastic experience: From novice to full license, can't recommend a better school to do training. The team were very friendly & made the experience great fun but also full of knowledge & felt safe at all times. Will definitely be returning for advance lessons
Fantastic experience: Get service. Great people. Very professional service. Thanks to all at MTS
Fantastic experience: Excellent!! Amazing people, I passed on first try, and we had such a great time doing it!!!! Thank you ever so much! X
Fantastic experience: I just completed my DAS training with MTS and passed first time, no minors, flying colours. If this isn't enough of a testament to the brilliant people at MTS, then read on! This friendly family run business helped me at every step of the way. From the bookings, to the training, I couldn't have asked for more. The training is extremely thorough; no stone left unturned. And it still managed to be a fun and enjoyable process. They are very patient and took their time to help me to understand every aspect of the course. Looking for motorbike training? Look no further.
Fantastic experience: I'd really recommend MTS, I had an absolute nightmare on my first run at the CBT and had to stop on safety grounds. Took a couple of 1-2-1 lessons to practice the control and was fine the second time. Really good advice, nice people, and they keep you safe
Fantastic experience: Highly recommended. If you're thinking of doing CBT try their new rider course first, it's a really good taster session. Matt and Nikki are both great teachers, and they pass on their experience in a way that makes it easy to learn and progress. I'm doing CBT at the Burgess Hill site soon and can't wait.
Fantastic experience: Great teaching experience from all those at MTS. I did my DAS course and couldn't recommend them highly enough. Particular thanks to Max and Matt for getting me through!
Fantastic experience: Done cbt and a2 licence with them, amazing team really helpful, was a little sad that it was Over but planing to do my das with them, would recommend to anyone planning to do there tests. Jay
Fantastic experience: My story started 2 years ago when I divided to do my A2 licence. I was recommended by a work friend about MTS, I contacted MTS and went out for a assessment to gage how many days I needed. My instructor was nicki could not fault her in anyway I passed my A2 with ease and was ecstatic. Skipping forward to now I decided to do my DAS this time I got matt once again could not fault this man in anyway. Once again passed with flying colours would recommend anyone reading this to get down to MTS and get it done! Amazing business brilliant firm wouldn't go anywhere else. Once again thank you MTS and I hope to see you soon :)
Fantastic experience: What a great family run professional, relaxed business - I had no idea who to go with initially and it simply came down to a follow up phone call from MTS who I left a message for, the other companies didn't even bother! Within 2 weeks I had completed my CBT, Theory and my DAS. All thanks to the instruction of Matt, Max and my personal cheerleader the pug dog! I hadn't ridden a bike in over 15 years and to be honest I was slightly apprehensive. My CBT showed that I was rusty, having to learn how to control the clutch and even getting used to the balance of riding a bike! The DAS training was completed over a three day period with Max, Max is a great chap (he loves using this word like his old man), he understands the challenges for all learner riders and I must say by end of day 2 on DAS I felt really confident about going into my MOD 1 - however I am glad I had the extra day to practice and complete with only 2 minors. Overall I had a great experience and what I really appreciated is that Nikki (mother Hen) guided me in purchasing the right DAS package to suit my needs - for example I wanted to book MOD 1 & MOD 2 on the same day however she advised against it due to too much pressure being placed on the rider and ultimately this pressure resulting in a possible failed of MOD 1 and then having to fork out extra costs! I took this advice and needless to say I saw another rider ignore this advice and fail. So please book MOD 1 & 2 separately. Thanks MTS for your instruction! See you all soon on the Harley
Fantastic experience: Big thanks to MTS for a) Fitting me in a short notice. b) Getting me test ready in just 2 days c) Making getting my full licence a fun and easy experience. Max was great, and really gave me the confidence and ability I was lacking. I had a bad experience in the past of attempting my test independently and had my confidence knocked right back, and had pretty much given up on the idea of a full licence. I can't quite believe how easily I breezed through my tests today with his tuition. Very recommended!
Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a highly professional motorbike training school in Surrey or Sussex, then look no further than MTS. I passed my Modules 1 & 2 under the instruction of Matt who is an outstanding teacher. I can highly recommend this school to anyone who is thinking of learning to ride a motorbike.
Fantastic experience: Thoroughly professional, great fun & what's more, a first time pass :) Graham took myself & another guy for a weekend of DAS training and ensured we had some fun, ate some typical biker carbohydrate lunches and gave us ample practice and roadcraft training as well. I appreciated his attention to detail on my riding habits and the strict but fair way I was taught. The attention given at the weekend set me up in good stead for passing my test with only a few last minute nerves! I would highly recommend MTS for anyone looking to upgrade their current license, get on a bike for the first time as well as get their basic CBT. Each of the instructors fun, great guys to chat with and just talk about bikes and life!
Fantastic experience: I CANNOT RECOMMEND MTS ENOUGH HAVING GOT MY FULL LICENSE FRIDAY 31ST JULY 2012. THEY ARE ALL VERY SKILLED AND HELPFUL, AND INSTANTLY PUT YOU AT EASE. I REALLY DID FEEL LIKE I WAS WITH FRIENDS. I FOUND THEM VERY ACCOMODATING AND ARRANGED MY DAS TO SUIT THE TIMES I WAS AVAILABLE. WITH THEIR ADVICE AND GUIDANCE I PASSED MY CBT, MOD 1 AND MOD 2, ALL FIRST TIME. I REALLY WOULD URGE PEOPLE TO IGNORE THE COUPLE OF NEGATIVE COMMENTS, AS THESE REALLY HAVE NO BEARING ON THE SERVICE YOU WILL GET FROM THEM, AND CAN ASSURE YOU, THAT YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED!! (OR I WILL EAT MY CRASH HELMET!) THANKS AGAIN GUYS.
Fantastic experience: Mts are the second school I've been to but are second to none. Booked my DAS with them and got prompt response making every effort to accommodate. The communication has been great throughout, the teaching fantastic and confidence building. My experience with the previous school was 'this is what you need to do but with Matt and Max it is focusing on the techniques to enable you to actually do it. They are approachable, friendly and very knowledgeable. Will recommend to anyone who wants to get biking.
Negative experience: Poor review-Matt has an exceptional ability to make you feel welcome and part of the family, a friend, part of the crew. However I am now really disappointed......... Having spent hundreds of pounds on gaining my DAS and frequenting the school many times doing my CBT, Slow Competency and Hazard Perception, I finally passed my Road Test having spent many hours on the road with Matt and Max (Matt's Son) as my tutors. I really respected the tuition they gave and felt that I had become a friend. In fact we have spoken since on the phone. So, I encouraged my son to do his CBT with Matt and the family even though it was way out of Brighton.. However the day of the CBT, we drove from Brighton to East Grinstead and got lost on the way eventually arriving just 10 mins after the course started. I phoned to explain we would be a little late but despite this Matt turned us away face to face saying he was unable to help. He took the money saying he would charge only half price if we booked again. Now when the whole day is stretching a head of you and you are a few minutes late and someone you regard as a friend point blank refuses you, and says there is no way he can flex to accommodate a loyal costumer, it left me and my son feeling deflated, frustrated and very upset. In my NHS job I would move mountains to ensure a good customer experience, but Matt seems far more interested in making the next buck it would appear. Now I know Matt does things by the book but I feel that in this case it is a case of deliberate obstructiveness. His attitude was can't do rather than can do. I am so very surprised by the attitude that he displayed. Previous to this I would have counted Matt among the people that I respect and call an advocate and friend. However he is not someone I would now trust to train my son. My point is that he was not able to be flexible even though I know if I was running the course I would have done my utmost to accommodate a loyal customer/friend. I wish the day had been different as I spent a lot of time organising my Saturday to be up and ready to transport my son to do his CBT. My son even left his night job early to be there bright and early. I feel very upset and let down by the whole experience. I am so surprised to that Matt feels that it is ok to run his business this way and treat valued customers in this manner. I will let you decide.
The facts: 1) You passed your DAS training with us earlier this year, despite being late on several of your training days: You did not get lost, just late! 2) You rated us highly and recommended us to others, trusting us so much you booked your sons CBT with us. 3) You were 15 minutes late when I called to see why you hadn't arrived, 10 minutes later you called to advise you would be another 10 minutes, and we were halfway through the second safety element of the CBT with the rest of the group when you eventually arrived. 4) Every instructor has an ethical and legal obligation to complete the CBT syllabus with every student: If we don’t abide by this we would lose our licence to train, thus our livelihood! RESPONSE: It is amazing how your opinion of me changed when you realised I appear more concerned for your sons safety than you are! As I have Quote: 'exceptional ability to make you feel welcome and part of the family, a friend, part of the crew', clearly you feel your son is safe with me. Surely the knowledge that my primary concern is your sons safety would make you consider me to be even more trustworthy to train your son? I am disappointed another professional would expect me to cut corners, but even more shocked that as a mother, when your own sons safety could be compromised, you actually expected me to let him turn up, and hop on a motorbike without completing the first two safety elements, quote: “as a favour” What you choose to ignore Juliette is that I not only have an ethical and legal obligation, but a duty of care, and not just for your son, but for everyone on that course, all whom could have been seriously harmed if he joined in part way through and had an accident due to lack of preparation. He could have crashed into any of the students or instructors. Beyond the shock and disappointment, I am personally hurt that you should write a such a bitter review simply because you did not get your own way, you try to make people reading your review feel sorry for your son because he left work early the night before and was deflated when I turned you away, how sorry would you be trying to make them feel if I did you a favour and he crashed and harmed, maimed or killed himself? Who would be in the wrong then?
Fantastic experience: I have just finished the completion of DAS with MTS Sussex. The guys are great, really helpful, patient and professional throughout the duration of my training from CBT to Full licence. Completed quickly and efficiently and pleased to say that I passed all of it first time. Most of my training was done with Max and Matt who are both seasoned motorcyclists and know everything there is to know about training newbie’s and passing your Mod1 and 2 tests. Above all these guys are great fun to train with and have all the equipment and knowledge you need to pass without spending a fortune initially. I would highly recommend using MTS Sussex. All the best guys and thanks so much for getting me through my tests :D
Fantastic experience: Passed my CBT, Mod A and Mod B with Max and the guys from MTS, absolutely excellent service throughout. I get the impression that whilst they may be keen for me to pass the tests, the bigger priority is in preparing students to enjoy a long, safe and enjoyable time on two wheels. Thoroughly recommended
Fantastic experience: What a great training school - highly recommended! Seth and I completed our CBT on Saturday, a couple of months after taking one of the taster sessions. We had patient professional guidance with a great sense of humour thrown in which put us at our ease and made the CBT lots of fun as well as informative. We'll be back for the DAS training once we've had some practice. Thanks guys!
Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend this training school enough. I Passed Mod 1 & 2 First time with excellent training by Nikki and Matt. Their pass rate says it all really so what you waiting for? Get on two wheels the summer is here you will wish you did it long ago!!! Mike allen aka Slow coach
Fantastic experience: I passed my DAS with MTS last week. Mat, Nikki and Max were brilliant! They highlighted any problem areas and quickly we resolved them. Lovely people with a great sense of humour and professional attitude. I would highly recommend them and will be sending my son to them in a few years, I know he'll be in safe hands!
Fantastic experience: Matt & Nikki were absolutely fantastic. I was very nervous when I went to them having already had an accident in my early riding stages but they gave me the confidence I needed to get me through my test with no minors on Mod 1. Their continuous encouragement throughout the training was just what I needed. I would recommend MTS Sussex to anyone at any level.
Fantastic experience: I had motorcycle training with both Nikki & Matt before they started MTS and I have nothing but praise for them both. I found them extremely supportive, very patient & although always professional, they were fun to be with too. I would highly recommend them :)
Fantastic experience: I have to say that this course (CBT-DAS) was overall excellent. Matt and Nikki were professional, encouraging, & were there to help us all succeed and ride safe They have great patience, very encouraging, and had a wicked !!!! sense of humor. I've never riden a bike before, but decided 2 years ago when I turned 40 that it was time, If you are serious about riding and learn from seasoned pros, then they are perfect to start out with. I've utilized what they teach from the first day....and they are so right about numerous things that no one really thinks of on a regular basis. Now after a few thousand miles under my belt I'm still willing to learn from them when ever I see them about (yes I have been told off a few times as well) You can never stop learning ......
Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend MTS Sussex. I took my cbt and my DAS training with them, they assess you honestly and will ensure you are safe. Which is the most important part of Riding a bike.
Fantastic experience: Just brilliant! I've done a few 1-2-1 bike training days with Matt and really enjoyed myself and learnt so much. Matt really listened to what I wanted to improve, as well as giving my loads of useful tips and advice. Like a, slightly sarcastic, guardian angel really. I'm so much happier and more confident on my bike now. And to prove it I've just spent the weekend riding around Rome, and while I might have been melting in my black leathers, my riding was cool, careful and relaxed. Thank you so much!
Fantastic experience: Fantastic training from professional, friendly and experienced instructors - couldn't recommend them more highly Nikki & Matt were keen to share there knowledge about their passion beyond just preparation for the test. They were patient and good at coming up with different approaches to help me learn If I can pass first time with just one minor then something they're doing is working very well! Thoroughly enjoyed myself :) Thank you!
Fantastic experience: Hi, just wanted to confirm what a pleasant experiance it was learning to ride and passing Das 1 and 2 with MTS. They are very professional and friendly and make sure they cover every aspect of your training with a warm friendly approach. I would highly reccomend them to friends and family.
Fantastic experience: I recently passed my mod 1+2 first time with the help of MTS Sussex, They do everything from a taster session through to DAS. They are very friendly and professional at all times. All in all I would highly recommend MTS to everyone and would also return in the future for some enhanced training.
Fantastic experience: Passed my DAS with Nicky & Matt, both excellent trainers with loads of patience and experience of getting people up and rolling on two wheels. Would strongly recommend MTS Sussex to anyone looking to get into motor biking. Mike
Negative experience: Do not really recommend this school. Instructor Nikki is unprofessional and rude. I went to this school six months ago. Then went to another motorcycle school and successfully passed all tests with two small errors. I Stay away from THIS school.
