Fantastic experience: Neil is an absolutely fantastic instructor- my wife developed so well under his guidance and starting from a point of low confidence he helped her to pass on the 3rd attempt. This is not to detract from Neil as my wife had to juggle many things in order to learn to drive and he has always been open and honest about successes and failures but he never gave up.

Fantastic experience: Passed my driving test today first attempt with four minors. My husband recommended and convinced me to take lessons from Neil and I am so happy and grateful I took his advice. I started with Neil in August which was the last month of my Maternity Leave and he guided me so well in the whole process. Very punctual and professional. I knew driving so Neil guided me through driving in the UK and made sure I knew all the test routes in Crawley. Negative experience: Gave me a first lesson and wasted my time. Wasted my time and money when I’m serious about learning. Edited to remove angry comment that could have upset your business. I admit that was wrong. Edit: I have proof that I wasn’t advised it was a refresher type lesson at all, that I repeatedly asked when availability was and he gave me that date, asking what area I was so he could fit me in. I have proof I asked for more lessons, after he said at the end of the lesson “let me know your days and times” and I said yes I’d like to book again. Then tomorrow being a week, heard nothing till this review prompted a response. A response that isn’t based on truth. You may have 5 star reviews for the people you’ve actually responded to, but I can’t rate you the same considering the treatment, and lack of response. My son also contacted you before me and it’s only in conversation today we realised you also aired him too, rather than communicating that you do/don’t have availability. The polite thing to do is to respond at least. I’m sure we aren’t the only ones, just the only ones that have left a review. And you even admit it’s been a week that you didn’t bother responding via your feedback.

Fantastic experience: I had to change a couple of instructors as a novice learner to match my availability and was trying to learn with few bad choices which I didn’t realise before I got slots with Neil. A real gentleman with experience, knowledge, patience and everything else a learner can expect behind the wheels. Neil not only helps to pass the test but the tiny little details to become a good driver which many don’t even realise even after passing the test. I have to practice my learnings but the best part in the scheme of things, I teach rules to my husband who is driving from so many years. Negative experience: Neil recommended me to his colleague Hasan as he had no availability. OMG what a unreliable joker Hasan is. 3 cancellations within 1 month with 1 hour notice and the final lesson was cancelled 31 mins before the lesson should have started! If he recommends Hasan ( short Asian guy) to you. I URGE you to RUN as fast as you can!!! He will waste your time over and over and over with the most ridiculous excuses too!!! Convenient that you guys don't work together all of a sudden and he works for another mysterious company now. I can only go by what I was told previously. Funny how my text was ignored but the Google review recieved a reply. I have the right to share my honest experience and I did so I won't be rectifying it!!! Anyway I'm off to find a reliable punctual instructor . All the best!

When i was ready for driving lessons, most instructors said they have no slots or they were busy. Neil's Driving School gave me a time slot and after my first lesson, we agreed on a schedule that worked around my work schedule. With his dry sense of humour, quick to adapt instructions and easy to absorb tips, he ensured I learnt something new with each class. I like his emphasis on driving well and driving safe. Neil was the only driving instructor who put faith and confidence in my ability to drive and was so lovely and patient with me. It’s like driving with a friend! Fantastic experience: Passed first time today, and couldn’t have done it without Neil. When I first started learning I was exceptionally anxious; and within moments he calmed me down in a natural fashion. He is the perfect combination of calm, inspiring and patient that he eased my anxiety and replaced it with confidence and an urge to drive. He has vast experience which he utilises well, and is a genuine true character which I’ve had the extreme pleasure of learning to drive with. Fantastic experience: Neil has been very nice and patience with a sense of humour while teach me driving lessons. I normally feel pretty nervous when driving, however the way he teach makes me feel more confident and no stress at all. In addition, his smart tips for some of the techniques makes driving so much easier. The car he is using is pretty new, and the new functionalities with the car makes parallel parking extremely easier. I would highly recommend him to my friends. I enjoyed every single lessons with him!

Fantastic experience: I honestly couldn't have asked for a better driving instructor I struggled with manual and the amount of times I stopped and started my driving, changed my instructors to find the right one I just didn't feel comfortable or confident. I decided to switch to automatic and it was the best decision Neil made me believe in myself and grew my confidence in driving very quickly. There was no lessons that were the same every lesson was something new. He made me feel at ease and that I could go over and over anything I didn't feel confident in!
