Mr Frank - My dear Trainer - he is the toughest trainer - but pass right first time. he made me to do 8 in 3 meters - i will never forget, which made to pass my mod 1, even i stalled in mid - i was able to start and go without my legs down... i can vouch for 90-one education.

Fantastic experience: I came to 90-One when i was 17 to complete my first CBT, i came back recently to complete my CBT for a second time. Following this i had help from the team to prepare for my Mod1 bike test which I passed, I then had a lesson with Frank prior to my Mod2. He was brilliant and so informative. I also was fortunate enough to have Tom deliver a bike to do the test centre. Who also gave me great advice before the test.on which is what lead me to passing and getting my licence

Negative experience: Went to take my cbt today turns up at location to told by the owner he was to tired to look at his emails so can’t do my cbt training very unprofessional and very disrespectful

Negative experience: this company is a scam i had my CBT with them about 3 weeks ago i was sent back on my way told i need to revise the highway code a bit more now i feel more confident i have tried to contact 90 one and no response what so ever ive tried calling for over a week now im really not satisfied with the services provided by this company i wouldn't recommend going with them for your CBT

Fantastic experience: Just passed my DAS course and 90 one was absolutely incredible. I completed my CBT all the way through to my DAS with Frank as my instructor. He gave me great confidence in learning to ride and i recommend them to anyone. Trevor was also great with communication to organising all my training and tests.

Fantastic experience: Booked my CBT with great communication, they even called and offered me an earlier date when one became available. Trevor spent and hour with me the Saturday before to build confidence on the bike (I had no prior experience) before my CBT day and Frank who took the CBT was also fantastic getting me through the course. Fantastic experience: I have just completed my DAS course with 90 ONE, and I couldn’t be happier. The guys here have a great wealth of knowledge and experience. I was instructed by Frank and what I can say was that he was fantastic, firm but fair. He was always happy to help in any way possible and he settled any nerves or issues I had. Over all a fantastic instructor and I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Negative experience: I did a course in February, so it's been a little while. The equipment provided (helmets and gloves) are damp and mouldy so would advise taking your own. The training was ok but the gentleman who provided it was perhaps not the most patient trainer, especially for someone such as me who had never ridden before. My timing was bad as the owner (who had arranged to do a intro session) was off sick meaning I only got a short introduction from one of the other guys, Frank (who was lovely), so I was lacking in experience. I was offered another intro session and to push back my CBT but I had booked the week off specifically to sort that out. Trainer himself though was racist to the other candidates for the session I sat in on, not even attempting to get the learner's name right. And I did not appreciate the (joking) comment that he wouldn't show me where the oil gauge is on the scooter as my husband would likely be the one to be the one to maintain my bike anyway. The mopeds could barely hit 30 miles an hour, and the one I was on cut out intermittently when stopped; such as at traffic lights. The other person on the course with me also had a wire loose which prevented the bike from revving. I appreciate these mopeds get a lot of use but as you are paying a not insignificant sum I would hope that they would at least be functional. I have sat on this review for a handful of months but honestly I think it is important to post to ensure that others are aware. As mentioned I did my course with them and got the piece of paper, but if I ever had to do it again I would avoid this company. (I am now at 1200 miles on my Honda Grom and 100x more confident if anyone was interested!)

Fantastic experience: Excellent no nonsense tuition , covering all points time and time again to ensure we understood everything we needed to know to be a safer more confident rider highly recomend and will be going back for more tuition and build up for attaining my Full motorbike licence

Fantastic experience: I did the cbt in april, 2023 from Karmenz and the instructor started to yell at me for doing a mistake at roundabout, that's when I knew I will never ever go back to them. Anyways, David is one of the best instructors out there & everything went smooth with my MOD1 & MOD2 test in 1 go (offcourse I passed). David gives clear instructions and I will recommend him to anyone thinking about getting their motorcycle license. Five stars ✨ offcourse!

Fantastic experience: Had a good day with my riding instructor, Dave. Keep in mind that when you're out on the road, the instructor is trying to keep you safe. Don't take anything to heart. I would recommend these guys as they don't mess around when it comes to you're safety and it's evident that they do have a passion for motorcycles and want to share that passion. all round great people.

Negative experience: Disgusting services, rushed session, spent most of the time being shouted at by David and the intercom didn’t work the bike was horrendous and was taught on an automatic even though I told them I have a geared bike at home so not recommended for anyone save ur money and your time

Fantastic experience: I had spent a few months riding on a 125cc scooter (with L-plates) before I contacted Trevor in September 2023 to book an introduction to both geared bikes and big bikes at 90-ONE's training centre in Northampton. I wanted to see whether I would enjoy riding a bigger bike. I spent 30 minutes getting used to gears and 30 minutes on a big bike - and I absolutely loved it! Trevor is a really nice and approachable guy, with a wealth of experience. Afterwards, he suggested hiring one of their geared 125cc bikes to get some practice before I could decide whether I would want to take things further. After a couple of weekends on one of their geared 125cc bikes, I decided to sign up to their DAS course in November 2023. My instructor, Frank, was brilliant - and I mean brilliant! His straight-talking approach was exactly what was needed to ensure a first-time pass of both Module 1 and Module 2. Each training session was thoroughly enjoyable. We had a lot of laughs. Frank was very good at making me feel comfortable on the big bike, explained everything clearly and in great detail, and always found a way to boost my confidence. The DVSA does not offer Module 1/2 tests in Northampton anymore, so my tests took place in Leicester and Banbury respectively. I am grateful to Trevor and Frank for providing me with the skills needed to pass both tests first time. Thanks guys! If you are looking for excellent motorcycle training, I have no hesitation in recommending 90-ONE.

Fantastic experience: I did my CBT today in Northampton as I had to renew my certificate and I passed! :) this is my second time doing CBT with 90-ONE and just as the one 2 years ago I had alot of fun even more this time around as I used my own 125cc motorcycle and my instructor was the same fella from 2 years ago which made it even more enjoyable i highly recommend them I learned how to do an emergency stop properly with a geared bike which I was doing wrong previously as i did not know better because i used a moped on my last CBT test and i learned that i have a bad habbit of having 2 fingers on my front brakes which I will be working on from now on. P.S I took a few wrong turns as I am not the best at following directions but i used my brains and did not endanger other road users or myself (remember if you take a wrong turn just stay safe and don't try to change directions/lanes last second when you mess up as this might put you and others at risk just go with the flow directions can be corrected accidents cannot) big thank you to my instructor for your patience with me.

Great training provided from Frank (CBT), Chris (Mod 1, 2) and very well managed bookings, test day bike arrangements by Trevor. After a shaky start with a different school, Trevor patiently re-built my confidence. Negative experience: Very poor customer services. Booked an off-road experience for my step son back in January 19 and every time I tried to book on I was told all sorts of excuses for not doing it. Tried to contact through email and no response. Very poor and a waste of my money

Under their guidance I got the FULL Licence in less than 15 days. And price wise I doubt anyone can challenge them. I will advise any new rider to opt for 90-ONE. Thanks a ton for all.

Fantastic experience: Excellent company , very reasonably priced with expert tuition, allowed me to gain my A2 licence in just over 2 months with 1 minor in mod 1 and a perfect pass in mod 2. John gives constructive criticism that allows you to develop your riding and the bike hire service that Trevor provides allows you to further hone your riding skills.

Fantastic experience: Big thanks to Trevor, 90 one owner, Dave for my passing my CBT last month, John for seeing me through my mod 1 with a pass on the 2nd Dec and again today the 14th Dec I passed my mod 2 and now have my full bike licence. Negative experience: Nearly impossible to comunicate with them!! the trainer spends most of the time talking about himself and I´m still waiting for them to call me to repeat the exam. They have Ducatis for training, which honestlly, I think is the worst idea ever!! They were very quick to take the money though!! Do not use them, for me they are real cowboys! I do not recomend them at all!!

Negative experience: Paid for intro with view to go on to CBT main reason being I wasn't sure I would be any good at it! it was what it was, stopping and starting etc and could have no real complaints there - At the end I was asked if I wanted to do the CBT, I asked if they felt I could and was told yes and that I had done ok - imagine my disappointment then to try and call and arrange a date and not have my calls returned! I felt incredibly let down and my confidence was knocked - it was unprofessional and on the back of my experience I wouldn't recommend this company for ladies - my partner did his CBT and full licence with this company and had no problems whatsoever ( this bring only reason for 2 stars as opposed 1)

Fantastic experience: In a sentence these guys were phenomenal. Due to a number of unforseen circumstances I was left needing my motorcycle license within 3 weeks - having approached a number of other riding schools 90-one were the only team to rise to the challenge. They had organised training and a module 1 examination within 2 days, and further training and my module 2 examination 2 weeks after that - I passed with a clean sheet on both occasions. As for the instructors theselves, I cam highly recommend Paul - he's got years of experience on two wheels and it really shows, he taught me not only the skills needed to pass the test, but to make me a better rider on the road thereafter. Can't recommend these guys enough, and want to thank Trevor, Paul and his wife all very much for everything that they did for me.
