Fantastic experience: I took my CBT on the 23rd September and I cannot recommend these guys enough. As an absolute beginner I had passed my theory test and then took my compulsory basic training. These guys made me feel relaxed, took my time to feel confident on the scooter. They explained everything to me and provided tips on how to control the bike through turns emergency stop figure of 8, junction, it was brilliant and these guys create a relaxed atmosphere and attitude to learning. I can’t wait to get my Vespa because the next steps are Module 1 and 2 to get my full A1 Licence. Today 7th May 2024 I took my Module 1 test and confirm that I passed. Steve and Andy at Bike Zone in Crewe are fantastic supportive and will help you pass your test. This all started with training on Saturday to develop and understand the process and procedure splitting each section into bite sized chunks to absorb. Once the training was complete a mock exam was undertaken, which I passed. I have driven circa 275miles and passed my Module 1. Steve and Andy assess your abilities so that you are ready to take and pass your motorbike test. On the 19th June Steve accompanied Tom and myself from Crewe to Burton to the test centre. Tom took his Mod 2 test followed by myself. I am pleased to say that I passed my test with no minor faults and I am proud to own my A1 licence. I completed my A1 licence in 630 miles in total from complete beginner to pass. I hope this gives you confidence in yourself knowing my journey. But remember this the real learning starts when you have passed so be Bike Safe when riding. Thanks to Steve and Andy for all your training patience and understanding. Kind regards Andrew Burrows

Fantastic experience: Really friendly instructor, great place to do a cbt, highly recommend

Negative experience: My son booked a CBT on line and paid in full, four days before the course he received an email cancelling the course saying " so sorry ! but we regret we have had to cancel your booking. We do not cancel sessions unnecessarily but it cannot be helped on this occasion". They asked for his bank details so they could refund his money so he could choose an alternative date via booking center. My son rang them the next day and got no answer he wanted to know why and if he had done something wrong on booking the course. He tried to rebook using the booking center but it showed a 5 week waiting time which was not exceptable to him. He sent them an email asking for refund and if they could explain why the appointment was cancelled and gave his bank details. Two days later still no refund and no explanation for the cancellation, he had to send another email as to why no refund. He received the refund same day he sent the mail but with a reply " I suggested you find an alternative Training school for your CBT". Things go wrong it's not a perfect world, but what is done when they do wrong that can make a company shine, in this case poor customer service has caused stress and anxiety for my 16 year old.

Fantastic experience: If you’re thinking of doing your bike test this is absolutely the place to go. I’ve put doing my test off for years due to lack of time and plenty of excuses but I wish I’d gone to see Steve and the team years ago. Within a month I’d passed my CBT, Mod 1 and Mod 2 tests all first time and with just a few days training. Steve knows exactly what to train you on to pass and quickly picks up and fixes any issues with your riding. Pick up the phone and get yourself booked in at Bikezone, you won’t regret it. Fantastic experience: Excellent little shop. Steve is very helpful and sorted me out with some bulbs that were causing me a nightmare to find. Heard very good reports about the motorcycle training provided there too! Will probably continue to pop in once a month to get the Motorcycle Monthly paper and any other minor bits and bobs I may need.

Fantastic experience: Latest Review : Me & my partner are now riding big bikes after Steve & Chris got us through our MODs. It's been an amazing journey & those guys have been incredible. The monthly meetup (2nd Tuesday of every month at The Sydney Arms) as well is a great place to catch up, meet other bikers, make friends and share experiences. First Review : Took our CBT with Chris and Ryan and had a brilliant day. The knowledge they have to share if you want to know it is brilliant and limitless. If we’re going for bigger bikes we’ll definitely be back for our Mod 1 and Mod 2 training.

Negative experience: Did my CBT here and was fine, friendly staff and lots of fun. Been in several times for different repair related things and the guy just doesn't care. If you can wait months for parts, don't mind paying for a wrong diagnosis, and want to keep getting messed around then this is for you.

Negative experience: Poor service, not nice on the phone forced me to want to go on a specific day had no choice of choosing and also closed on the day they told me to pay my deposit won't be doing my CBT here
