Fantastic experience: Great experience at 2 wheels today for my CBT. Great staff, hassle free booking and happy to say that I came away with my certificate. I’ll be back after my theory test to start my lessons for my motorbike test.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing staff Steven is amazing at his job and Jo explained how everything works as I was confused on the steps going forward to do my mod 1 and mod 2 training and tests all in all I passed first time again I believe this was the result of the fantastic instruction I received from Steven

Fantastic experience: 2 wheels Motorcycle has been a great experience. I have completed my CBT with them and came back for my MOd1 and Mod 2 training. Everyone is extremely helpful. To a point that I think its worth for me to drive 45 min each way to complete my training with them.

Fantastic experience: I approched 2 wheels motorcycle training on the 6th January 2024, I had been poorly before the course but was on the road to recovery which I explained Joanna at the time, I had been quoted £1200 from other company's with poor reviews, I needed a cheaper option to get started on my DAS licence, I was shocked at their quote which was half of what I had been offered by other companies. So I went for it, and it proved to be a excellent choice. Steve was my instructor, he is a very quite and confident instructor who guides you through the whole process, he has a great teaching methodology which makes you very confident, he has lots of tips and methods of getting you ready for your tests, just before my Mod 1. I had a full knee replacement just before my Mod 1 so I knew this would cause some issues with my bike riding, I explained my issue with Joanna and Steve in which they were very supportive, to me untill I could ride again, which was 4 months, as I got through my Mod 1 after a few attempts which was my own fault, but Steve got me through it, which I cannot thank him enough for, as my riding experience was not great. Onto my Mod 2, Joanna had the schedule all sorted and worked around my working routine. Again the Mod 2 traning was Fantastic 3hr ride outs with continuous coaching around Newcastle which again helped with your test. The highlight was a free hot chocolate at the Harly Davidson garage in Gateshead lol. I did fail my first attempt at my Mod 2 but again Joanna had me sorted out for another test, which again with Steve's coaching and tge discussing of my riding techniques got me through my Mod 2, I cannot recommend this company enough, 2 wheels Motorcycle Training is well run, organised, excellent instructor. Please give them a try you will not be disappointed. Thank you Joanna and Steve for everything I really appreciated your support good luck with the future.

Fantastic experience: Steve was a great instructor, really calm and patient. He was thorough with explaining what we needed to improve on when completing the Direct Access course. Really nice bloke as well.

Negative experience: The instructor Steve does a very good job. He explains the task well and is very patient. Now menopausal Minnie in the office is another case. Customer service doesn’t come into a day at work. Very angry person. Very rude. Appears frustrated. Stay away from Minnie. Steve is a saint putting up with that way of working. Steve leave and start your own business then you can drive an oversized BMW. Or people just go somewhere else. Minnie is a volcano waiting to explode.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant. I was really nervous on the day. I don’t drive and I’ve never even ridden a motorcycle before. The instructor was very professional made everyone feel at ease. Made the CBT very interactive. Enabled me to feel comfortable and confident in myself before I went out on the road.. Told me what I was doing well, which really built my confidence. I honestly hands down enjoyed the whole day, from riding on the roads to getting to know the instructor. I would I certainly say this was an all round great experience!

Fantastic experience: Spoke to them on Friday and by Sunday I had gained my CBT. Had so many questions and Andrew answered them all. Really supportive for a total novice and built up loads of time learning to use a manual bike. Can't wait to achieve my full licence with them!!

Fantastic experience: After not been two wheels for over 38 years I was made to feel relaxed and not nervous as I was . The instructor was absolutely outstanding, flawless, in every single way the whole set up was also flawless can’t not fault it in anyway proper north east legend status every single one of you , if two wheeled motorcycles training was in pursuit of total excellence they already taken over it I still can’t believe I am back on two wheels after all this time 100% bang on THANK YOU

Negative experience: I have tried to book an CPT course but the lady she is in the phone was really rude person she mad an amistake about sending me the payment details to the right phone number and when I tried to explain to her what's happening she shutdown the phone in an professional way so i tried to call her again but she did the sam thing that's un executable behavior, it's not the right person to be on call.

Fantastic experience: Passed my test a couple of weeks ago but been too busy riding my bike to leave a review, the whole process was a breeze Steven fitted in my lesson to accommodate me perfectly and got passed nice and quickly, 1st time on both tests Steven is a great instructor and lessons where enjoyable! Negative experience: I was recommended to use 2 wheels from a friend but after using them I can see why my friend has been renewing his CBT every time it expires. They offer little in terms of information after your CBT and despite having a great location and facility to train in, the quality of teaching is awful. You can tell that they rely heavily on people renewing their CBT as the instructor asks if everyone has done their CBT before and most say yes. The instructors don't seem to care much either. It was my first time doing my CBT and despite using the facilities in the centre beforehand I felt like they could have went over things better such as the speedometer. We were on a 30mph road and because we hadn't looked at the speedometer in the facilities, I was doing 30kmph. Instead of the instructor stopping and explaining to me, he stopped and yelled at how we would fail if we didn't keep to the speed limit. That was the first time I got a quick glance and realised it was in both kmph and mph. Then I stuck to the mph. I thought all this was because I was new to a bike so I decided to get lessons. They overcharged me on my first lesson and the instruction was still poor. Have never been back since. Its put me off riding. Ive spoken to another company and they have somewhat restored my faith so I may try lessons again but not with 2 wheels.

Fantastic experience: Just like to say a big THANKS to you guys at 2 Wheels, I completed my CBT here around June then decided to go for my full license in November, booked the block course and started December. Passed today at the 1st time 13/01/22 so very pleased at how quickly this all happened. Big Thank You to Steve for keeping me right throughout the lessons & test, cant thank you enough, would highly recommend using 2 Wheels to anyone wanting to live the dream…..

Negative experience: A touch 'rough and ready', with, alarmingly, absolutely no consideration given to Covid-19, i.e. no signage, no hand sanitiser, no request for masks or any social distancing, etc. Especially worrying as businesses are only just coming out of lockdown.

Fantastic experience: Both my partner and myself had a great day doing our cbt, the instructor's friendliness and the relaxed atmosphere calmed any nerves we had about goin out on the roads. We left at the end of the day with smiles on our faces and our cbt certificates in hand.

Fantastic experience: Currently training with 2 Wheels. So friendly open and honest. Emails replied to and advice given no matter how much I ask. Suggested equipment and bikes and also what to do and when. Very please and can’t wait to “hopefully” pass my Theory and do Mod 1&2 so I can ride. Thank you see you soon for more lessons. Update: Passed MOD1 and MOD 2 first time. Now proudly riding a Honda Rebel 500 and wished I’d done it sooner. Can’t thank these guys enough. Proper pleased and all down to their attitude care and advice. Brian will not pull any punches but teaches you to ride NOT just pass a test. Brilliant.

Nothing was a bother... Lovley friendly bunch with ample top professional expertise to go with it... Would recommend this company to any one.. Fantastic experience: Excellent school went through all my lessons, Mod1 and Mod2 here. Had almost all my lessons with Brian and one with steven, brilliant blokes highly knowledgeable and a great instructors. Great communication throughout the whole process, very flexible with time and dates which is great when working full time. Would highly recommend these to anyone looking to get in a bike, prices are very reasonable too but in my opinion you can't put a price on learning to be a safe rider!

Fantastic experience: I recently completed an intense DA course starting from the very beginning with the CBT as i had no previous bike riding experience. I was pushed for time due to living overseas and despite all of this i passed first time and in minimum time due to the fantastic tuition, flexibility and work ethic of the team at 2 Wheels Motorcycle Training. Joanne was a pleasure to deal with and responded very quickly to all of the questions i had, Brian and Steven were fantastic instructors with a great approach and plenty of patience. I could not recommend this place enough if you are looking for honest and top class motorcycle training.

Fantastic experience: I did both my CBT and MOD1/2 with 2 Wheels with several instructors who were all very friendly and knew their stuff. The atmosphere is relaxed whilst still making sure you get the most out of your money, i.e making sure you're safe and competent rider and getting you through your exam. Fantastic experience: I did my CBT course yesterday. The instructors can only be described as excellent. The day flew by, it felt at the right level, pace and challenge. When we were out on the road the instructor made us feel safe and confident around other road users. can not recommend these guys enough for any form of motorcycle training. I will be back to do my full licence at some point.

Fantastic experience: After having bad training and getting ripped off from another riding school I came to 2 wheels motorcycle training. The standard I was at was terrible but within 7 hours worth of lessons I now have my full bike license. The staff after amazing, very good value for money and the facilities, training and bikes are the best around. Your a fool to go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Just passed my theory,cbt and mod 1&2 !! all in under 3 weeks with the help of Brian and the rest of the lads down at 2 wheels....These guys teach you everything you need to know about riding and how to be safe on the roads.....excellent atmosphere with lots of frendly advice,not to mention the cracking banta ;-)......and a good cappachino lol ....maaahhaaaassssivvvve Thanks to brian, Andy, Steve and the rest of the lads down there,big thumbs up and a pat on the back deserved on all sides,:-) and bri I hope you got my good side on the photo after my pass,I'd hate to look like a flat nosed dodge pot lol haha .....banta aside boys,we both done each other proud... :-)

Fantastic experience: Used 2 Wheels for my CBT. The instructor was calm and patient even though I was pretty intimidated by the bike. They offered helpful advice and did everything they could to get me through it (including arranging to come back and complete the training for an automatic scooter). I would highly recommend them to anyone.
