Negative experience: Scamming mugs whole point of a cbt is to pay to pass I have a disability where I can’t make letters out I can see but can’t tell you what it is due to my dyslexia and there refusing a refund old bastards

Make sure you buy a Highway Code Handbook and read it, use it to go over day to day scenarios to go through. Negative experience: The photos are not the same in Google, I was kept here for 8.15 hours because 1 another person in training didn't know how to ride a motorbike, so I suffered while the trainer had to teach him and only direct him. Which at the end he gave him a cbt certificate where no one else would of because the guy in my opinion with my experience of 15 years of car driving and 10 years of scooter he was very unsave driver which he never drove in his life. The driving instructor came with covid couving down the microphone all day. Didn't learn anything new. So if your very new driver with zero experience of any driving come here.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Camrider in Lee Valley was great. My instructors, Chris and Richard, were super helpful and lovely to interact with. Booking my classes was straight-forward, and Dan over the phone was able to effectively work around my work schedule. I would definitely recommend it to any rider.

Negative experience: absolutely disappointed in the lack of support from dan, he was a complete knob, beware of this school as it is an independent school which means that they rely on bookings to get paid i turned up late on the 23rd of the month and left my license at home by mistake, so I couldn’t sit the training and was told to ring back the following day, which was a Monday to see if they could sort something out so I could still do my test on the 25th which was on the Tuesday, when I rang the following day to see if they could sort out another training session before my test, Dan told me it was such a shame and there was nothing they could do for me, so I was not able to sit the test the following day, then, after being told there was nothing they could do for me the next day, Dan left me a message saying if I could get down there today at 10 am they would give me a short training session and then I could go on and take my test at the cost of £100 in which time i had already broken into the money I had put away for the extra training because I was told there was nothing they could do for me the day before, the punctuality and share incompetence from dan was appalling he was rude and didn’t let me get a word in edgeways on the phone. I said I would like to speak to him face-to-face to try and solve the situation rather than being mugged off over the phone. He replied. Good luck with that as there is no office I work from home up north. my last training school was the london motorcycle training in N16 which has a much more efficient form of training as they get paid even if they don’t get any bookings were as camrider needs your money or they starve, this is why they didn’t have time to help me as the 400 odd pounds i spent with them was almost all binned apart from the test fee which isn’t much, if you can imagine how much of a result they had when they got paid 300 odd for doing nothing but being out of order and rude plus after telling its a shame the day before and there’s nothing they can do to completely changing their minds the following morning as it suited them. if you are in north london and want motorcycle training then steer clear of CAMRIDER and make sure you try MOTORCYCLE TRAINING LONDON N16 i recommend them. thanks for reading i hope u change your mind about CAMRIDER, MR LALE CICIC.

Negative experience: I had a problem with my back I went to the hospital the day before and I couldn't attend the training, as it was the weekend I tried to call but no one answered. So,the next day I spoke to Daniel he said that I lost my money that I would have to pay everything again, I explained to him and said that I could prove that I was in the hospital and he didn't even want to give me a discount, he said that if I wanted to I would have to pay everything again, that I should tell them in advance 7 days before. I'm so upset because I paid and waited 2 months for the test and had the misfortune to be injured beforehand and lost 179£

Fantastic experience: Big thanks to Richard. What I needed as a 62 year old who hadn't ridden for almost thirty years was an opportunity to see if I would enjoy getting back in the saddle (and I did!). CAMRider have a good selection of bikes, I started with a 350cc and after some expert tuition and guidance I took a 650 out for some road experience. I must confess I was a bit nervous at first but I was amazed at how quickly I felt at ease. Thanks Richard.

What’s good is that when I was training for my mod 2 we was riding around the test centre area getting to know the roads that was a added bonus and on my test I used the same roads worked out perfect. Fantastic experience: Honestly could not recommend these guys enough, they gave me the much needed confidence and the skills to pass my A2 tests, and even though i had to redo my Mod 1 (due to nerves), Chris was straight away organising for me to redo it as soon as i failed and reassuring me I had the ability to do it, and Dan at main office was super helpful getting me booked in. They're a credit to the motorcycle industry, and would 110% recommend you doing your training here! Massive thanks to Chris, Richard and Tim!

Fantastic experience: Truly outstanding, I took a long time researching various training schools to do my direct access and ended up going with CAMRider due to having so many great reviews, which I now add to! With Daniels assistance I booked and then did my CBT, some training sessions and the Mod1/Mod2 tests which I passed both first time! I was not a confident or experienced driver let alone rider going into this, but both Chris and Richard are fantastic instructors who got me through with a lot of patience and good sense of humour! They really recognise your limits but push you to grow and become better, and they make it an enjoyable learning process (even in the stressful moments!). Honestly can’t recommend CAMRider highly enough, you will definitely be making the right decision if you want to learn to ride and choose them as your instructors! Cheers guys!

After calling around all of London trying to find a centre with a bike low enough for a shortie like me, the team at Lee Valley not only had a lowered bike available but were patient and supportive through all my training (even when I panicked, struggled or got stuck). Passed Mod 1 and Mod 2 first time, and totally am overjoyed.

Fantastic experience: Passed MOD1 and MOD2 first time (with a couple of minors, but that's not important...!), as did the chap who I trained with. I trained with another rider in January 2019 since they had a great two-rider deal on for the DAS training, which ended up costing about £450 each. Took the course over about 5 weeks, riding for about 3 hours every Sunday training with Chris, who is a great instructor, very direct, very open to questions and full of knowledge. Doesn't over burden you with information you don't need, just the important stuff. Got on VanVan 125s for half of the first day, then on to the XJ6 which is a solid big capacity bike and great for learning on. The training centre is very near to the test centre in Enfield so we rode around common test areas and spotted potential hiccups that might be on the test. Must have worked, right? Bought my first bike last week! Would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I did my full unrestricted A license at the Lee Valley Camrider venue, with no previous experience of biking. Not only did I really enjoy doing the course, but the staff were really helpful, and down to earth. I was impressed with their want to teach the rider the very best skills, rather than just the skills needed to pass the Mod's 1 and 2. I did 6 sessions over the course of roughly a month, which was sensibly spread out, not too close for information overload, and not long enough apart, so that I'd forget something. Thanks to all the Lee Valley team, in particular, Richard, Chris, and I think the other instructor I had was called Ken, who I still owe 2 mars bars for my indicator. I'll swing by some time and pay off my debt in full!

Fantastic experience: I did my DAS with camrider edmonton 14/08/2018 (mod2), and passed 1st time. Tim and chris are excellent instructors. I got 0 minors in my mod1 and only 2 in the mod2 (one of which was for a false natural due to nerves ). I would never have passed if i hadnt trained with them. Edmonton test centre has the lowest pass rate in the uk, with these guys you get the best chance of passing

Fantastic experience: I could not of found a better team to get me through my CBT, MOD1 and MOD2. These guys are Professionals! Very relaxed and down to earth people. They go beyond expectations. They take there job seriously but they do put the fun into the experience. Not only did they find my faults and make me master them, they taught me how to be as one with "my" XJ 600 and my soon to be Honda Shadow. I LOVED my experience there and had a Wicked time. I come back with my "Big Boy" license and "Big Boy" Confidence. Cant ask for more then that. Thank you Very much to Richard, Chris,Tim and all the team that was very friendly and helpful booking my course. If i could give more stars i would.

Fantastic experience: Having ridden on L plates for many years, I thought it was about time to train for my full license. I have received CBT training from CamRider and thought that I would stay with them due to the quality of training I had received. It was my first time at the North London school and I was not disappointed. I booked my CBT and 4 lessons, and am now the proud holder of a Cat A license. This is due in no short part to Chris, Richard and Tim. Their knowledge, enthusiasm and approach to teaching the skills required are of a high standard and they are a credit to the company. Credit is also due to Dan at the main office for organising the whole schedule. I would strongly recommend CamRider to anybody wanting to get into biking.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Richard, Tim and Gary I managed to pass Module 1 and 2 1st time with no prior riding experience! I really did not know what I was getting myself into at first and really had no clue how difficult riding a manual motorcycle was or is! Fantastic experience: Booked my training for full A license. To be honest - I was a bit skeptical after reading some reviews, but decided to go for competitive price. First of all I felt very welcome when called to do initial booking and on the followup calls. Every time i received all the information needed and had the best possible experience. I decided to take minimal amount of lessons (2 days + free pretest for module I). I want to say many thanks to Chris and Richard. On every training day I had brilliant 1:1 training experience and after only 2 days I was able not only pass Mod I & II but gained much more skills that will help me in future.

Negative experience: Rip off and cons. Called to rebook test as I was in hospital and refused another date or a refund being told "We don't do refunds ever" I asked what if it's called off for some reason n he stated "Even if the date was changed by an instructor and you couldn't make that day you still wouldn't get a refund" and it really does say that in their t&c's they send you In an email AFTER you book the test. AVOID AT ALL COST!! There are much better instructors out there that won't rip you off and the people I ended up taking test with (1stop instructors) don't charge you another £99 to take test again if you fail the 1st time.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful experience I had at camrider Hendon a very professional outfit I loved the stories Chris (One of my trainers) would tell me thus giving me the confidence to pass, which I did. What I also liked was that they didn't teach me just enough to pass the test but to be a better safer and more visually aware rider too. As a London Bus Driver I'm am only to aware of what being visually ready can mean for your safty and also the people around you. Every penny well spent I would recommend them whole heartedly. They are very honest with criticism so don't take it to heat as it's for your own benefit. 5 Lessons and now my A Licence. I'll be back to do my enhanced lessons in a month or so. Negative experience: Avoid these charlatans at all costs. I had my CBT test at Warwick and had a terrible experience with their chauvinist, racist, ego-maniac thug of an instructor. It is illegal for an instructor to take any more than 2 learners onto the road. As a scooter rider, they had me train with 2 other experienced motorcyclists. So, there was obviously no intention of taking me out onto the road, so I was dismissed after half a day after paying for a full day. They tried to extort more money out of me to complete my test. They also lie about their reviews on their website, since in my proceedings against them, they falsified a review from one of the other riders I was with, yet neglected the other completely, and the reviews on their website are very suspicious, since most are from Cambridge. Don't expect any support from the DSA, since they get a share of your stolen money. BEWARE OF CAMRIDER.

Fantastic experience: I booked the 4 session DAS course with these guys and found them helpful and willing to go the extra mile when it came to making sure I was prepared to take the Mod1 & Mod2 tests. The instructors were really down to earth and easy to approach. Would like to especially mention Chris who was instrumental in getting me through Mod1 first time round and couldn't have been any more generous with his time. I would definitely recommend these guys to any one wanting to get their full bike licence, in fact I already have! (P,S Important to mention though that re-takes are expensive, this being the case with any school. Just make absolutely sure you have had sufficient training or are confident enough in your own skills before heading to the test centre)

Fantastic experience: Having only been on a twist and go moped for a few short hours whilst on holiday I was a bit apprehensive about my cbt. Camrider instructors were calm, patient and made me feel confident and able. We spent the morning doing little practices and some theory and I felt ready to go out on the roads in the afternoon. We took a long drive, the instructor constantly reassuring, guiding and helping me. A really positive experience which I would recommend to anyone looking to learn to ride a moped or scooter - everyone is so helpful and it was a really great day. :)

Fantastic experience: I passed my full motorbike test on Friday at the first attempt. From never having ridden a motorbike before, Camrider got me through the CBT, Module 1 and 2 tests in six sessions (including the tests). I thought the instructors were great - they were patient, built up your confidence, pushed for perfection and not afraid to tell you when you got it wrong. They can't ride the bike for you, so you have to listen, learn and put some homework in to get the most out of the training (revising your Highway Code is vital), but what they do is teach you how to ride and give you the skills to do it safely. I recommend them highly. I'm slightly sad that the lessons have ended as I enjoyed the experience so much. I'm now looking for my first bike, then I'll be joining their organised trips for past students and coming back for more lessons to make me a better rider.
