Fantastic experience: I was very happy with mr hitesh. I learnt a lot with him and i pass first time.I recommend everyone to go to hitesh.

Negative experience: My experience here was not the greatest there was some days it was decent but then other it was terrible my instructor would teach me things and then forgot he taught me would go on his phone during the lesson and bring passengers with him at one point there was a baby seat in the back and a lady . I done 20 lesson and with most over instructor you would probably be ready to pass but not mine because he didn’t care enough he would expect me to know things with out even telling me and wasn’t the best experience.

Fantastic experience: I passed Cat D (PCV) exam today with Steve being my instructor. He is knowledgeable and able to point out my bad driving habits that I should avoid during my exam. He is a great instructor.

Fantastic experience: Massive thank you to my instructor, Alex from the Edinburgh branch. I had my C+E test today (27th June) - passed with zero driving faults. Got picked up at 6am to start my two hours training, before my test time (0810). At 0650, we managed to pick up a large bolt on the road, resulting in the trailer getting a puncture. Alex managed to sort out another vehicle before my test - we got to the test Centre two minutes before my test! Without Alex' quick thinking, i wouldn't have been able to sit my test. Shoutout goes to Malcolm for bringing another vehicle with so short notice! the two of you really saved my back. Alex provided clear instruction throughout all of my lessons, whilst providing a warm and welcoming environment. He has an extremely good way of teaching people! Alex, is a credit to JSMDT.

Fantastic experience: The office team sorted out my CPC periodic training immediately and I was booked in the end of the same week.Two more weekends and I was done. Hours uploaded by Adrian (course tutor / very knowledgeable and Alex I might add)at black horse lane, Walthamstow All done efficiently. Within two weeks received my DQC card Good service. No fuss. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with JSM, not only instructors but also the office staff. I went straight from car to class 1 and they made it easier than I'd thought it would be. They were all very knowledgeable, supportive and friendly. I trained and passed my test about 1.5 year ago, soon after got my first class 1 job. Since then never had any problems with jobs or assessments for jobs. Driving an artic is a pleasure for me and this is in huge part thanks to the training with JSM.

Fantastic experience: Have been on bus driving training with Instructor named Prossy for about 3-4 weeks, super experience of correct, safe and amazing driving training. Today I’ve passed the driving test thanks to an amazing instructions which received from my amazing instructor Prossy. Fantastic experience: I recently was calling around to find competitive prices to upgrade my license from a category C to C+E and I was happy to find JSM offering just that. They were very friendly and informative about the courses they offer as well as wanting to get to know you and your experience which I found very helpful. My instructor was Zak, a chill guy that made my time training a breeze and enjoyable. Thanks to Zak, I passed my reversing test and then my practical back to back! Couldn't recommend these guys enough

Negative experience: The worst place on world. Cost money and time no reason. They will cancelled your lesson as they liked. Finally cancelled your test will said not enough. Dramatic Training center. I'm tired off them. Without enough reason cancelled my lesson and said not taking me for test. Yeah I had enough lesson another instructor go holiday more than month so I decided I had enough so when test day left 2 months I start refreshing after a month again this one go holiday. I came JSM Spoke them on the desk been a young girl good reception and assign someone next day he is punctual but racist generalised one continent in one bag. I'm faraway from and after a while back to again report, paid 10 lessons and booked it for the coming week no body turn up. one instructor only cancelled 3 lessons I upset and pop up in center I fought mgr (appreciate) meet me explained the problem again assign another instructor booked next week Monday as usual 1hr late turn up office to pick me next lesson cancelled why they are told me you pay 1 lesson(on perpose) back office another day book driver couldn't come here you have to go city ok I do. Come on time start driving I didn't passed red light but office told me you passed light compulsive liar 2nd gear green light been long as soon as nearily been zebera light get red so breaked it and stop not very harsh a bit. The end of the day I'm learner getting better and better every day. the instructor told it's good till test day we will work and the be confident warm greeting and go home in the night msg I'm not give you your lesson and also I'm not take you for test. I knew I'm not the issue 250 for 10 lessons imagine how much the instructor will get so they doesn't care you get lesson or pass or fail. Simply if I made mistakes not cancelled my lesson should ask me to change my booking and carry on lesson I didn't see that attitude luck of professionalism. Dramatic Training center. No no no they are very poor #DVLA should investigation them I will notify DVLA.

Fantastic experience: I’m very very happy I passed my class 2 test with who I would describe as a number 1 instructor. She was very kind and patient with me. Prossy you are a star and I can’t tell you how amazing you are! It’s very hard to find people like you! Looking forward to doing my class 1 with JSM.

Negative experience: The worst driving school ever in London, there office is on fore street and the yard is way too far in Enfield EN8 Cheshunt, there buses and lorries are dirty, and not cleaned from years. There instructors work on daily wages, mean they don't care for anything who ever pass or fail, I failed with 6 serious mistakes, I then had no choice but to book the re-test, but they said they don't have any dates available within a month time, which means i was forgetting all my previous training, as a result i failed again. but they still don't care, because there instructors don't report back to headoffice anything. When i was there, there was an italian guy who had spent nearly £4500 in total but was continuously failing the test for HGV lorry C driving test. There was another guy Brian who was probably 55 years old, he failed bus test only with one serious mistake because he could not meet the speed of probably 50 mp/h on M25 motorway. The examiner could have closed eyes and passed his test but he didn't as well. I feel very sad for that guy. Before paying a fortune for this driving school, ask them to see the fleet first. which they will certainly deny. And if you want to a bus license got TFL buses, as they use their own examiners who work the bus companies and can easily pass you the exam, don't make silly mistakes like me.

Negative experience: I always heard good things about this school and for this reason I went there. Unfortunately my experience wasn't very good. I booked an HGV1 refresher course a few months ago. The price was fair compared with other schools. I paid for 4 hours training from 8am to 12. First, the instructor came 20min late and didn't even apologise. The cabin of the lorry was so dirty. The steering wheel had oil... We drove to a circuit where I wanted to practice reversing with the trailer. When we arrived, the instructor just jumped off and went to smoke and talk to another instructor. I didn't receive the learning or tricks I was expecting. I almost hit a container, and he didn't realise. When we were coming back, we lost another 15min in the queue of tesco to fill up the tank of fuel. We arrived again at 12 sharp. This was just my experience. Probably I wasn't unlucky that day.

Fantastic experience: I was so so impressed with Theses guys the lorry’s we’re great the inspector Prossy was absolutely amazing she was calm and has a great way of teaching she was so invested in me passing and the other Guy I trained with. Would recommend these guys so highly and I particularly Prossy as she was beyond fantastic

Fantastic experience: I've been learning to drive for a while now but would never have been able to pass without Jeff and Kofi, both were very technical in their teaching and patient with me, JSM is more exp than some other driving schools I found but its definitely worth it because of the quality of instructors and the cars as well

Negative experience: the worst driving school in Europe they collected money for a re-exam 3 months ago neither the exam took place nor I got a refund for the re-exam and I have been waiting almost 2 months for a refund but the matter is still going on because I found a few clients and the case was reported to the police and everything is on the way to court this company is one big scam you can simply say that they are thieves I called a few hundred times for a refund and they assured that for days there will be people on the account avoid this company if you want to get a driver's license and not lose money I will repeat it again jsm it there is one big scam they are thieves and they don't take customers seriously

Negative experience: They won’t be able to give you correct informations and guidance about the reversing exercise, as they do not use professional and proper markings , bariers and the correct measurement and cones distance placement in order for you to be able to park in the right box at your exam. They use pieces of wood. Never heard of such methods before. Don’t trust people saying they had good experience!!!They are just advertising

Fantastic experience: Done 4 days of online CPC courses with Steve Pallan, I must admit I was not looking forward to it. However Steve made the whole process enjoyable and a great experience. Would recommend this course to anyone. Its much better than having to sit in a class room all day. Thank you Steve for all the effort you put in.

Fantastic experience: Just completed a 5 day virtual CPC and can say I’m very impressed, having this kind of training online is surely the way forward. Steve and Sukhi made sure the course ran smoothly and in a professional manner. I can highly recommend JSM for their excellent service.

Fantastic experience: I completed the CPC course led by Steve Pallan in April 2020. This was delivered on-line using ZOOM with 20 delegates (during the Covid 19 lock down). On-line worked very well - no time and cost to get to the training sessions, delegates from all over the UK, being able to see all 20 of the delegates making group discussion easier (particularly with their names under their image). The course was well structured (unlike the course I did 5 years ago with another company). Steve Pallan is very knowledgeable and very good at engaging the group, drawing from the collective experience of delegates which makes the course enjoyable and informative.

His calm and relaxed yet honest and constructive approach on our lessons is what helped me learn from my mistakes, improve my skills and become confident enough on the roads to pass first time. Turkan made me feel at ease and confident with my driving over the course of learning. Her way of teaching is immaculate, she always goes over everything as many times as you need and doesn't get frustrated with you if you don't get it the first time. Fantastic experience: I went trough the reviews before I paid the fees ...and I had to balanced as every driving school have bad reviews this days,but that is not all the times the company's fault maybe is the instructors maners of teaching been categorised as unprofessional by people who don't know how to drive so I thought to myself:"I am not a Prince!" I came to this school to learn how to drive not to blame the school or my instructor of been unprofessional so I went took the driving lessons with Ali a very nice man and pass category C first time.Thank you JSM and specially Thank you Ali for your advices you gave me and the way you reached me to drive.I will do category CE and module 4 with them aswell just waiting for the driving license to come back.So I would highly recommend Jsm and advice the people who choose to do the driving school in any place to gave up their pride behind the wheel and listen to the instructor thats way he is there have a licence and a qualification to teach people how to drive legal if we all knewed how to drive we would go straight to the testing centre wouldn't need lessons to pass.Thanks once again Ali.

Negative experience: I would not recommend JSM to anyone looking to learn how to drive. I was allocated an instructor called Emerson who came highly recommended by the company. However I found him to be rude and unprofessional. I have done over 35 lessons with him and still did not feel like I was ready for my practical test. When going on lessons with him I would find him to be constantly on his phone or trying to attract females attention and he would never like to explain why things had to be done a certain way. I found the atmosphere very uncomfortable he would often pass wind when I was in the car with him which I found unacceptable. After 30 lessons he insisted for me to book my test as he said I was ready then once I did book it for the test centre in Enfield with his permission he would complain about taking me to that area to learn the routes. The closer I got to my test date and my 10 lessons being used up he told me that I wasn't ready for the test just so I can pay for more lessons. He always pressured me into buying more lessons and even mentioned that he would only take on students that would pay for 10 lessons at the beginning rather than pay as you go. He would often repeat the same things that I learnt in the first 10 lessons and I found myself having to ask to learn certain things like 3point turns and roundabouts rather than him take me through it. I would highly recommended that you go with a different company and avoid JSM at all costs.

She made me so confident and I loved her way of teaching and the way she demonstrated everything so calmly and clearly. If you are looking to choose an instructor, definitely choose her! Fantastic experience: Passed first time with two minors. Having T as an instructor was the best decision I made, she was patient, calming and helpful all the way from start to finish. Not only did she make me confident, but she believed in my ability to get the best out of me. Fantastic experience: Excellent service from start to finish, staff at the branch are helpful, polite and professional, started my course on 10th July as a complete novice and finished on 13th July as a PCV driver passing my test first time. Many thanks to Patrick, brilliant driving instructor (the best!!), put 110% into my training, supportive and encouraging, day of the test I was a bag of nerves. Next day colleague also passed their test, says it all, top notch service, thanks to all at JSM (especially Patrick).

Negative experience: Stay well away from this lot. Very badly run very badly maintained trucks I would not recommend for training or employment. And yes some of the more positive reviews are by members of staff. I speak as an ex unqualified instructor who received zero training by these clowns which is not what was promised. To teach hgv though qualifications are not required they are voluntary. I could give so much more about this company but I won't. Just stay well away from them there so many much better driving schools out there use one of them.
