Fantastic experience: Does anyone know how to get in touch with rider craft I’ve rang every day for the past 3 weeks and sent an email but can not get hold of anyone any help would be appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Having recently passed my full bike test with Ridercraft I can honestly say that these guys know what they are doing. From a keen rider on a 125 bike wanting to go to the next level to a full licence Glenn came highly recommended by a number of my friends. I was booked onto a Direct access course and completed all the training and MOD 1 and MOD 2 within 5 days. The training that Glenn gives is well structured and organised from start to finish, I had a few wobbles the first day but Glenn was very patient and gave me confidence to achieve and complete the tasks required. The expert training and newly installed confidence, sometimes over confident! , got me through both Modules with no major issues. I cannot highly recommend Ridercraft enough. If you want to pass with confidence these are the guys! Many thanks again!

Fantastic experience: I have just completed the week intensive course that included CBT, 2 lessons and 2 tests in which i passed thanks to Bill for CBT and Glen for Mod 1 and 2. Bill was an excellent teacher and helped me get back up to scratch with riding a bike for the CBT. Glen was great at teaching how to level up from CBT standard to the higher level required for the mod 1 and 2 tests. The kawasaki z400 was a nice bike and a pleasure to ride. The kit provided was clean and good quality. couldn’t recommend enough, if your thinking about doing your test book with these guys. Thanks again Bill and Glen had a great time.

Negative experience: Communication with this company was very poor. No detail about course timings was provided until after 9pm on the day before, when it was cancelled by Ridercraft, having been booked and deposit paid 7 weeks in advance. Highly disappointing and has impacted on arrangements for the day for friends and family. Will not be re-booking. Would give zero stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: I have just had a 3 hour advanced rider lesson with Glenn. Firstly, what a fantastic time, the ride back after the initial training was amazing, what a difference it made after learning how to corner correctly and understanding how the bike physics work. I loved every minute and will take away the points from the lesson to practice. I would highly recommend this advance training for anyone, old or new riders as it will enhance anyone's skills and the pleasure of riding these magnificent machines. Also touched on other areas I personally wanted to improve on. Thank you.
