Fantastic experience: Does anyone know how to get in touch with rider craft I’ve rang every day for the past 3 weeks and sent an email but can not get hold of anyone any help would be appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Having recently passed my full bike test with Ridercraft I can honestly say that these guys know what they are doing. From a keen rider on a 125 bike wanting to go to the next level to a full licence Glenn came highly recommended by a number of my friends. I was booked onto a Direct access course and completed all the training and MOD 1 and MOD 2 within 5 days. The training that Glenn gives is well structured and organised from start to finish, I had a few wobbles the first day but Glenn was very patient and gave me confidence to achieve and complete the tasks required. The expert training and newly installed confidence, sometimes over confident! , got me through both Modules with no major issues. I cannot highly recommend Ridercraft enough. If you want to pass with confidence these are the guys! Many thanks again!

Fantastic experience: I have just completed the week intensive course that included CBT, 2 lessons and 2 tests in which i passed thanks to Bill for CBT and Glen for Mod 1 and 2. Bill was an excellent teacher and helped me get back up to scratch with riding a bike for the CBT. Glen was great at teaching how to level up from CBT standard to the higher level required for the mod 1 and 2 tests. The kawasaki z400 was a nice bike and a pleasure to ride. The kit provided was clean and good quality. couldn’t recommend enough, if your thinking about doing your test book with these guys. Thanks again Bill and Glen had a great time.

Negative experience: Communication with this company was very poor. No detail about course timings was provided until after 9pm on the day before, when it was cancelled by Ridercraft, having been booked and deposit paid 7 weeks in advance. Highly disappointing and has impacted on arrangements for the day for friends and family. Will not be re-booking. Would give zero stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: I have just had a 3 hour advanced rider lesson with Glenn. Firstly, what a fantastic time, the ride back after the initial training was amazing, what a difference it made after learning how to corner correctly and understanding how the bike physics work. I loved every minute and will take away the points from the lesson to practice. I would highly recommend this advance training for anyone, old or new riders as it will enhance anyone's skills and the pleasure of riding these magnificent machines. Also touched on other areas I personally wanted to improve on. Thank you.

Glenn is a top instructor and has probably forgotten more about motorcycle riding and techniques than I'll ever know. Fantastic experience: First time at this place. Did my cbt for the 2nd time with Glenn, brilliant guy, really sharpened my riding quite abit and truly went the extra mile, very professional and laid back place to do all ur bike tests, huge open space for practicing manouvers, highly reccomend.

Fantastic experience: My son and I did our CBT with Bill today. My son had never ridden before and this was my 3rd CBT I’d completed over the years. Bill was excellent, incredibly patient with us both and from my perspective, it was like I’d never ridden before. There was so much technique that I have never been shown before that made my control of the bike so much easier. A thoroughly enjoyable day. We both will be back in a few weeks to do our full licenses. Can’t wait. Absolutely first class.

Fantastic experience: Wow!, These guys are amazing!, I’ve been riding 8yr completed 4 Cbt’s in 3 different centres. I’ve noticed other centres aren’t as up to scratch as what I’ve learnt here. I can’t recommend these guys enough! I’ve learnt so much of what I though I would of already knew, Just passed my Direct Access Scheme thanks to Glenn.. Fantastic experience: Completed a renewal of my CBT today with Bill. Absolute gent. I was made to feel welcome and relaxed from the start, his instructional manner was warm, constructive and encouraging. The ride out was excellent and in a nut shell I've really enjoyed my day. I would encourage anyone looking to train to go with Ridercraft. The booking process was a little slow and frustrating but the delivery and quality of instruction is far superior to any i have received previously from other trainers. I will be returning to continue my journey with this team. I have left today with new skills and marked improvement. Thank you Bill and the ridercraft team!

Fantastic experience: Excellent tuition. Really friendly. Couldn't recommend enough. Glen did a fantastic job on getting me a pass. Did both CBT and mod 1/mod 2.. well explained throughout and answered all the questions asked. Very patient and understanding. Will definitely use again for further training courses.

Fantastic experience: My experience of taking my CBT with Ridecraft has been a genuine pleasure. Everything from booking to tuition was friendly yet professional. In particular my instructor Bill was absolutely first class conveying his knowledge wonderfully and instilling a sense of calm which soon quelled any doubts and put me at ease (much in the same fashion as that of a true Sensei). I would have no hesitation in recommending Ridercraft and Bill to anyone looking for a fun and comprehensive bike learning experience. I am looking forward to returning for training for the full motorcycle licence soon.

Fantastic experience: brillaint, got there was nervous as a 16 yr old doing his CBT had ridden dirt bikes on farm beofre hand however had no road experience. Bill was my trainer, he put no pressure on me and was supportive every step of the way, always looking to help and congratulate me on good things. Never got frustrated and when we got out on the road i was confident and it was a brillaint experience overall, would highly recommend to anyone wanting to do a CBT.

Fantastic experience: Completed my mod 2 test with ridecraft in redcar today. I had previously been with a different school to complete my cbt and mod 1. However due to my shift pattern and a few other things I struggled to get a place for my mod 2 with that school. so I contacted Glenn at ride craft to see if he could help as I was in my final year before I’d have to start all over again. Glenn has been an absolute dream to have as an instructor he’s gone above and beyond really. He is so calm and methodical and that’s what you want when learning to ride. He really knows his stuff and is always there to help you progress to get that pass, he wants you to pass just as much as you do. He never once raised his voice even when I done something wrong and messed up. He sat down and talked me through what happened methodically explaining everything. The bikes he has to are really nice up to date modern z650’s. I wouldn’t have passed if it wasn’t for Glenn and that’s a fact I’d highly recommend ridecraft in redcar.

I was looking for education as well as experience of riding to help me in the future rather than just a piece of paper and stamp at the end of the course. And may I just say I received more than I thought I would of from now in total 3 training centres of which I have successfully completed my cbt with. I’ve been riding 6yr already and I learnt all and how to correct my bad habits and give me confidence for possibly hazards to come for many years. I seriously feel like I’ve made a friend for life and those are the reasons I would definitely recommend this place. Because it’s not worth your life not being educated correctly and instead just getting a pass certificate. 4th time passing my CBT and I’m now same day as passing looking to book my theory to do my DAS test. Just like to say well done guys and great job!

Fantastic experience: Absolute amazing cbt, the trainer was very patient with me and explained things really well, going back next week to finish it because I decided to split it into 2 days. Better then any of the other cbt training centres I’ve been to.

Fantastic experience: 1st class service from start to finish. I completed the CBT initially with Bill which was ran extremely professionally with the right amount of time given. I had previously done a CBT years ago elsewhere and this was no comparison at all, what a difference. This left me feeling with the confidence and want to book in for the direct course with Glenn to complete the MOD 1&2. Glenn is one of the best instructors / trainers I have ever met, and his patience has been massively appreciated. From start to finish Glenn has supported me through the full training and tests which has resulted in me now having a full bike license. This is something i have wanted to do for many years and I'm glad I chose Ridercraft to get me through this. Fantastic experience: Had a 3 hour skills refresh session with Glenn yesterday. He brought me on leaps and bounds and is a simply a very nice person to be around. 3 hours isn't long but Glenn made sure I came away with different exercises and manoeuvres to continue practicing on my own. Fantastic experience: Today I had the pleasure of completing the CBT course with Bill. When we first got started I was excited but also a little nervous having only been on a bike a couple of times many years ago. Bill was an absolute gentleman and walked me through everything. What was clear throughout the day was that Bill wasn't just interested in teaching me the basics that i needed for the CBT. He was providing knowledge and experience to keep me safe on the road once the course was finished. Amazing day, can't wait to get back and get on some bigger bikes.

Fantastic experience: I started my motorcycle journey 6 months ago with another firm (CBT). Glenn was recommended to me by my cousin who had recently started his own motorcycle journey. Let’s just say Glenns a top top bloke and his teaching methods are great. His Facilities, Large training area & The bikes are also brilliant bits of kit. Passed my Mod 1 and 2 first time around all within one month of first messaging Ridercraft having previously only done 1300 miles on my own little 125. I feel so much more confident in my own riding ability after being under their training mentorship and now happily riding safely. 5 Star service.

Fantastic experience: Bill was my CBT instructor for the day, very patient and understanding. If you're looking at getting your motorcycle CBT or DAS completed, and you're based around Middlesbrough or Redcar, these are the guys (and gals) to use. From start to finish Bill was clear with his instructions, happy to answer any questions, and very patient if you need a little extra time to pick certain manoeuvres up. Fantastic experience: just done the knee down course, first thing to say is the name doesn't do it justice. the course is so much more, can't recommend it high enough. Glenn is excellent with his knowledge and really helps you understand body position which in turn makes the bike more stable and gives you more confidence. I will be coming back again as excellent value for money and improves your riding level and enjoyment.

Just finished my direct access course with ridercraft, throughout my CBT, MOD 1 and MOD 2 training Glenn has been absolutely fantastic, he uses some excellent training techniques tailored to the individual to ensure he gets the best out of you. Fantastic experience: We've been using Ridercraft for CBT training for 8 years. Our Son used Glenn to go from CBT to full licence over this period and both Daughters also completed their CBTs. Glenn is professional, knowledgeable and will not let your child loose on the roads until they can show high levels of safety and maturity. This to me proves he does this for passion and love of biking over monetary gain. I've recommended this riding school to everyone who mentions wanting to learn as I honestly believe the skill level is far superior to others in the area and let's be honest most parents worry that their child isn't as safe on a bike. With Glenn's teaching, I'm proud to say all three of mine are always geared up and ride well.

Fantastic experience: Glenn is a very motivated and enthusiastic teacher, his passion and knowledge for riding show through in his teaching from day 1. Would recommend him very highly and have sent a few friends to him and all been very happy. Even beyond the initial license the advanced training he does is also very helpful and helps continue you to improve your riding.

The first day was my cbt and immediately i felt like his friend this made me very comfortable with been on the bike i got through the cbt and booked my mod 2 within the same week glenn was very flexible and made life easier for me fitting it all around my job.
