Negative experience: Very smart greedy man. I strictly do not recommend this one (my view), The trainer's Licence was not renewed till Nov-2024, however, these people collected the amount 200 pounds (unable to provide the slots on time) Trainers give replies, please learn from YouTube and DVLA , highway codes, what the point of practical training? Provided very basic formality training and collected 200 pounds.. Not taken to roundabouts (practical sessions) Training motor bikes will suddenly stop in the middle of the road, bikes shakes (not balanced )after 40 mph Horn (sound) not working (emergency use) If you have an excess amount please give to charity, not to this training institute all the best for your new Licence.

Fantastic experience: Shaun; My instructor, was patient and knowledgable. I set out I would take a lot longer to learn the basics and he fully understood teaching me from scratch, the basics I did know he happily skipped over and didn’t patronise. A kind and patient bloke, the school seems to have a super positive attitude about things, you can tell that they care about proper teaching. Highly recommend, and will be going back for more lessons, also side note; in a great place under a rail way bridge, was a very nice touch!

Negative experience: I was wait hour and 45 minutes none answer the telephone and they didn’t deliver my order

Negative experience: If you pay full money no passé and again you pay every two weeks £60. After three times you pass for Example I pay four times £360 pounds now I take after one mouth and half that is crazy.

Fantastic experience: Really pleased with level of instruction received here. Instructors were knowledgeable and could relate to practical realistic situations when explaining road craft. I had not rode a bike for 30+ years. It was reassuring that they maintain high standards and people are unsuccessful if they don’t make the grade. The instruction whilst out on the road was clear and precise. Also ensuring the emergency stop and U turns were executed safely on the road. Really enjoyed it. You need to put the effort in to get the reward. I would highly recommend these guys.

Fantastic experience: Had my cbt here today and I can not fault them, dave the fella I had it with was a top guy has a laugh, makes you feel comfortable and makes sure that your safety is on point, not just after your money, will definitely be taking my full bike licence here. And would also recommend it to Anyone else.

Fantastic experience: Great experience from Dave the owner and the instructor Norman. We were in a group of three, though only two of us on the road at a time. Instructions were clear and kind, and when I made mistakes, I wasn't made to feel stupid. If I end up doing any more training, I'll be coming back here.

Fantastic experience: Dave and the instructors are boss. They want to get you passed as soon as possible and you have a good laugh while learning to ride. Highly recomend, did my CBT mod1 and mod2 all in the space of 4 weeks.

Negative experience: Worst place I’ve ever done my CBT. Before stepping foot near a bike they told me I wouldn’t pass first time and I’d need 2-3 lessons before I’d be on the road. Instructor was so rude and thought he could talk to everyone like they was idiots. Trust me go elsewhere

Positive experience: Done my CBT 3 times already and Easy Rider didn't impress me. Lack of biker equipment so don't count on waterproof boots or pants to borrow when the weather is bad. The instructor was great on riding training however wasn't polite or full of culture either shouting "What the f*** are you doing!" through the intercom multiple times when making mistakes. Overall I would have given the place 2 stars but at least by the end of the day you'll know how to ride, but don't count on having a great fun day out with them.

Fantastic experience: These guys are great! The instructor, Norman, promised that he'd get me through my Mod 1 + 2 quickly and that's exactly what happened. I'd been riding for about 18 months after getting my CBT and had a pretty lacklustre experience having a few lessons somewhere else, that turned into a waste of time and money. Came to see these guys at the beginning of January 2019 and had a 4 hour lesson going through riding a 650 and practicing the Mod 1 test requirements. After that they said I could book my tests, so I did, and after some rescheduling because of bad weather (which they were totally great about and didn't complain, because they're adults who understand bikers can't control the elements) I had one more long lesson before my Mod 1, passed that first time. Then did the same for Mod 2 in Southport and got through that with only 3 minors for slight hesitation. All in all, a great service and good value for money (biking is an expensive hobby after all, and passing your test is a one time charge..) I'd recommend Easy Rider to anyone wanting a CBT, to pass their full test, or even to just get extra training on a bigger bike before purchasing one. What's more, they have great bikes that are easy to ride - this makes passing your test much easier! I found the Kawasaki ER6 that they train on to be a lovely bike to handle and especially to do slow control on, so much so that I can see I wasted £60++ at another training centre who put me on a pretty tatty Suzuki Bandit that was really hard to control, while I was being told that it was my lack of skill and riding ability - turns out it wasn't at all, it was a bad bike. You definitely won't have that problem at Easy Rider. All in all, I'd give these guys more than 5 stars if I could. Go there and get through your test quickly, so you can enjoy the wonderful world of motorcycling and community of bikers ASAP. Tell them I sent you!

Fantastic experience: Did my CBT here last year. Did not know a thing when I started but took in everything what I was told was a bit nervous but got me throw it.

Fantastic experience: Passed my CBT here today and had a great time, Steve the instructor did an incredible job at teaching us all the things we needed to know and how to ride safely. In the end Steve managed to get me riding a geared 125cc bike on the road within 6 hours even though i had no previous experience with motorcycles or driving on the road before. I would happily return to do a full bike test in the future.

Negative experience: Sorry but I'd say go elsewhere. Tried to pass my CBT twice here and also had a 1-1 lesson and it was disasterous on all counts. I felt that the instructor was telling me off and just expected me to know everything even though I told him I'd never ridden a scooter before. I've just passed first time with a riding school in Maghull and the difference was amazing.
