From CBT through Direct Access to modules one and two test passes and a full bike licence inside three weeks is testament to the quality of training and organisation delivered by Pegasus. Every day was a pleasure and the care, safety, humour and professionalism shown by John, especially during the intensive week of DA, was most appreciated.

Fantastic experience: First the guys are just 2 normal blokes passing on their knowledge 2nd very very fair price! Martin was very laid back and professionally all round very good vibes and just all round a nice guy. Also you get to see some military planes do there thing as your near the runway which is a little added bonus. Again very fair price definitely under selling themselfs. Great approach to teaching with a good humour to boot.

Fantastic experience: Had Martin Conway as my instructor for my CBT and despite it being the hottest day of the century he got me through it brilliantly. He was humorous and light at times but very serious when he needed to be which made me feel more confident. A really good experience and I'm now looking forward to many miles on the road. Fantastic experience: I done my CBT with other biking school the experience wasn't good at all,then I started with Pegasus just after that, I travelled from glasgow to them and it was well worth the effort, Kevin helped me with flexible hours and money never is the case with them , they just want to help you to be a good biker ,John was my trainer ,wonderful guy,he brings my confidence back. As a woman I always felt comfortable and wellcome there ,now I passed my test and looking forward to book them for my advance ,also I thank them for a wonderful journey and good memories, I recommend them one zillions percent

Fantastic experience: I can't rate them highly enough , I came to them after leaving another bike school where the bikes had been to the moon and back , out a initial ride on the 125 which was new and so good to ride , then onto the Mt 07 such a nice bike to ride . All of that is backed up by John , so enthusiastic and a proper bike guy knows his stuff , he just puts you at ease and has so much patience to talk you through anything and explain how to fix minor issues Thanks again big man

Fantastic experience: Done my CBT last Tuesday and i couldn't have asked for a better place to do it. from the get go Martin was warm and welcoming and calmed the nerves right down. onto the bikes and it was just the same, patient, professional and reassuring. Kevin then came in for the road ride and was excellent, very calming, professional and straight to the point! i still hear him when I'm coming to a junction!! Fantastic experience: Would recommend anyone to go and try riding a bike but essentially to get the proper training and experience required to enjoy it and be safe you must use Pegasus I had never been on a bike until this year and passed the tests 1st time, first class instruction by John and excellent organisation by Kevin TOP TEAM!!

Fantastic experience: I went to pegasus for my das course after a bad experience with another company and what a difference. From the moment I walked in john and kevin couldnt be anymore helpful john took us out on the bikes and I went from having never sat on anything bigger than a 125cc to feeling comfortable and safe on a 700cc. Best experience I have ever had absolutely loved the course and would highly recommend pegasus to anyone interested in riding a bike. I was nervous at first but they are extremely friendly and know how to teach you and they do it amazingly. Done mod 1 & 2 first time and I couldnt have done it without them. BEST MOTORCYCLE SCHOOL THERE IS !!! Thanks guys.

Fantastic experience: Would just like to say by far the best motorcycle training school in Ayrshire. With Martin's help I did my CBT, he was very patient and knowledgeable on the day, so thanks Martin. I then decided to go for my full bike license DAS and ditch those L plates for good. John was my main instructor, a top guy, very patient and informative, John made it fun aswell as learning and with his help I passed first time and got my full bike license, so thanks John. Kevin does alot of juggling in the business with the garage etc, arranging students lessons mod 1 and 2 tests dates etc don't know how he does it all, you do a fantastic job Kevin. Fantastic experience: 5 star training at Pegasus. Recommended by a friend and I highly recommend using them. I really enjoyed my training here passing my mod 1 and mod 2 first time. Kevin running and organising lessons and tests as well as the garage and John who was my main instructor. Both easy going great guys and both highly experienced with bikes full of knowledge which gives you lots of confidence. You will have a good few laughs and jokes along the way. You actually have fun while learning! Passed on the 02/10/20 and can't thank them enough for the training, advice and laughs along the way. He is a fantastic instructor and although I had a bike a long time ago I needed a lot of instruction, one of the other trainees had never touched a bike before. John was my instructor for training for the MOD 1 and MOD 2. John was pretty much the perfect instructor for me, really first class! I felt like the guys really cared about my tuition, John made sure I was ready for both tests before sitting them. I passed both Mod 1 & 2 first time! Negative experience: Went for a cbt here last year .wasted my money .the guy Malky was more Intrested in boasting about hes fireblade and talkin to friends who turned up to talk to him Etc .was told to come back for a second day and the cbt wasn’t even half way through the day but this wouldn’t be full price .went else wer and had no issues with probike .i has no previous experience on a bike hence the cbt is needed but maybe do more teaching than talking about doing stupid speeds and punching wingmirrors off cars

Fantastic experience: Brilliant bike training. I went for my A2 with Pegasus Training and passed both Mod 1 and Mod 2 first time. I used my own 125cc for the first lesson and was then given a 500cc Honda to use which was magic for the tests. The instructors taught me well (John and Martin) and I'm now the proud owner of a 750cc Honda Shadow. Thank you very much for all the help getting my licence. I would definitely recommend for your bike training and I will be coming back to Pegasus for my direct access when the time comes. Cheers

Kevin and John's method of training was first class, clear and precise instructions made it really easy and enjoyable to learn and ride the motorbike. John would talk before the lesson, during and afterwards on any problems we might have had or brought up and always provided me with all the information I needed. The expertise and confidence they showed put me at ease from the start. I plan in the future to go back for my unrestricted License. I would highly recommend John as an instructor for any level of motorcycle training.

I failed my Mod1 first time due to nerves then went on to passing it 2nd time and passing my Mod2 first time bearing in mind my last time out with Pauline was before my first Mod1. Negative experience: My partner went for her first ever test with them and after failing it which of course is understandable, being her first ever time on two wheels, she was told to come back to sit it again. 3 month later after numerous calls to them trying to get another appointment have they phoned back to say their trainer has no confidence in my partner to succeed in re-doing her test and they don't want to do it, after hearing this in disbelief my partner said it would be ok she would go with another provider thoroughly feeling let down. To which the woman backtracked and said they could look into getting another trainer. What kind of a trainer doesn't want their student's to succeed and isn't willing to put the time in to help them do this? To listen to what the woman had to say was a total lack of professionalism on her part and it is a joke would not recommend this company to anyone.

Wasn't able to make the road on the First attempt(for my own safety). Negative experience: Paid £100 cash (had to pay cash only?)for cbt course and was a total waste of money didn't get full days training. malcom just wanted to finish early and I was to come back a month later and pay another £50?? Total con!!! Avoid this company and go with West coast bike training in ayr as there are reputable company and I past with flying colours with them.(first time!!) Ps I have reported pegasus to trading standards!!

Fantastic experience: I passed my Mod 1 and Mod 2 on the first attempts thanks to Pegasus bike training. I was supposed to only do a 5 day course, but due to work and personal commitments, not to mention the weather over the winter period, I ended up doing my 5 day course over a 7 month period. Pauline (the main instructor) was very accommodating and helped me out every time with getting lessons etc booked, changing dates was never an issue. The lessons were fun and very good, as the results show. I actually enjoyed being out for lessons more than riding the bike. I'm glad I went to Pegasus for my training, and I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of taking up biking.
