Fantastic experience: Did my CBT with these guys recently and honestly for how nervous I was they made it extremely easy to follow the course and the actual on road part was tons of fun.... I'm originally from Manchester and lived there nearly all my life so riding around a brand new town on a vehicle I'd never ridden before had me worried for days but in all seriousness 10/10 would recommend

Fantastic experience: The team at surepass are brilliant. Nothing is to much and they adapt to every ones abilities. My partner came in for a free taster. (Not ridden before) They past on experience and knowledge to her. For a FREE taster, as an already qualified rider I was amazed at the effort put into each candidate. They practiced straight lines, stopping and starting, corners and weaving. More importantly they had time to get comfortable with out constant bugging. By the end she was adapting to her mistakes and smooth riding. She left with a big smile and more confidence in her self that she can tackle riding a bike. Thank you gentlemen so much for your time!

Fantastic experience: Went with Surepass for my CBT after being recommended by a friend. After not quite getting it a few times (due to me taking a bit longer to process things and other factors from myself) i cant fault them yesterday i finally walked out with the long awaited CBT certificate i couldn't be happier. Kenny who has been teaching me over the days leading up to my CBT is honestly amazing. Everyone there takes care of you and makes the process fun you can always have a laugh with everyone there. They are the most patient, calm and down to earth instructors ive met. I couldn't recommend them enough, if your thinking of going down the route of learning how to ride and all things bikes Surepass is definitely who youd want to go to! Will definitely be coming back when i do my A1 and A2 .

Fantastic experience: Amazing, 5 stars all day long. Choose Surepass for all things motorcycle! I've been driving for the past 10+ years and ridden a selection of motorcycles before that. I undertook my CBT with John C, he was patient and possesses the knowledge to support beginners and even the most experienced of road users. My CBT took place with myself and a total novice rider. John was patient, friendly, supportive and offered us both areas for improvement. With this experience in mind, I plan to come back to Surepass to undertake my A licence in future. Thank you so much, John! It's great to be on 2 wheels again :)

Negative experience: Had my CBT recently and couldn't recommend the guy training us at all was rude did nothing but shout and be impatient which made me stressed more to ride will not be coming back waste of time

Fantastic experience: Just passed my CBT at Surepass with Marc and Stu and could not recommend them enough. They made the whole day fun whilst keeping our focus on task. Marc in particular was extremely kind and patient with me as I was very hard on myself and very nervous. By the end of the day I felt far more comfortable!

Fantastic experience: I have just completed the direct access course with Surepass, I had a fantastic experience! The team are all extremely likeable and friendly. The training was really well organised and it was clear that the instructors were really experienced and also loved riding themselves. I rode a very modern Kawasaki 650, a great bike for the training. Facilities are good and the communication and organisation of the training was excellent too. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to do any riding from CBT up. Very grateful to the team for getting me out on my bike with a full licence and a real confidence in my riding ahead.

Fantastic experience: I have upgraded from A2 to A. Kenny was excellent over the coms, ironing out all my bad habits over the 2 days in training. A firm but honest initial assessment of my riding really helped me to focus my mind on regaining my ‘test riding’ ability. This proved completely effective as I was able to breeze through both tests on the same day. I can’t recommend these guys enough. If you want to learn to ride a bike, learn here.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend these guys enough! I have returned several times to renew my CBT and finally got around to doing my Direct Access last week. As usual the guys were fantastic, particularly Kenny and Matt, they put you at ease straight away and any nerves soon pass. They certainly know their stuff and their passion for what they do really shows. Another great experience and great banter as always. Kenny just needs to work on his singing! Thank you again guys!! Fantastic experience: Surepass is where you want to be... I've had experience with multiple companies and I can happily say they're by far the best in the south west. I had my first encounter with them on a free introduction session which went great where I met the Mathew and he was able to make the whole process a breeze. With their guidance I was able to practice on my own with my 125cc and later get myself booked in for a test. Thanks a lot everyone at Surepass with a special thanks to Mathew.

Fantastic experience: Passed my DAS full license with Surepass today after completing my CBT with them back in October. The training, facilities and instructors are second to none, I am very happy i chose to train with Surepass. Matt, Kenny and Neil were absolutely brilliant and made the whole experience interesting and fun. I had a bad day on my 2nd day and I was totally reassured by Matt who put me at ease straight away. Fantastic experience: I successfully passed my A2 module 1 & 2 exams on my first attempt today, thanks to the exceptional training provided by SurePass Rider Training. In a span of just 4 days, including the test day, I was able to achieve this feat. Despite opting to use my own automatic (400cc) motorcycle for the A2 modules, which was a first for them, the team at SurePass went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and ensure a smooth experience. They even took the initiative to identify and rectify any issues with my bike, ensuring its optimal functionality throughout the training. As an individual plagued by severe anxiety and a (very!) limited sense of direction, my success serves as a testament to the effectiveness of SurePass Rider Training's approach. If someone like me can overcome these challenges and accomplish their goals, I am confident that anyone can. Not only am I delighted to have obtained the ability to ride A2 category motorcycles, but I also feel significantly more secure and self-assured after completing these comprehensive courses. Fantastic experience: Booked in to take my Direct Access licence over 4 days, (Mods 1 and 2 on the fourth) with Surepass and I'm glad I did! The training was second to none, the instruction was quite intensive but as they said they want to get you to a higher standard than is required for the test. The facilities where exactly what was needed with plenty of room to practice the off road manoeuvres. Great friendly staff and very professionally run. Thanks to Kenny for getting me up to standard to pass both tests first time. Highly recommend Surepass... Plymouth's premier motorcycle training school.

Fantastic experience: Did my CBT twice with SUREPASS. They were professional and extremely helpful. Would recommend them to anyone taking any motorcycle related test.

Negative experience: I sent an email asking about CBT and been told to call Monday morning. I called and this lady answered the phone, I asked info about how CBT works and her answers were same like nothing. Helpful? No.

Fantastic experience: All I can say is this training school has the best instructors around. Friendly, helpful, excellent knowledge base and brilliant bikes to learn on. I went from having very little knowledge of riding a bike to passing my Mod 1 and 2 first time - all down to these guys!!! A1!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Guys

Trainers showed passionate & love for Two wheels and gave my clients confidence ,10/10 for your compassionate approach . Machines in average condition . But you must respect a training school bike lead a hard life. Presentation could be better

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but praise for the Surepass team. Thank you Matt and Kenny for your patience and encouragement, even the terrible jokes! Matt and Zoe worked really hard to rebook my tests after I knocked over the final cone on Mod 1. Kenny was brilliant in settling my nerves for Mod 2 that I passed first time. If you are even just thinking about learning to ride a motorcycle, get in touch with Surepass and they will help you with every step.

Fantastic experience: Started with my CBT here in august with 0 experience of riding motorbikes. Just finished my 5 day direct access and passed both my Mod 1 and Mod 2 first time. Kenny and Matt were great instructors, serious when they needed to be but had great banter all week. Couldn't recommend this place enough for all of your bike training. Anyone thinking about doing it should just dive in and get booked ith these guys.

Fantastic experience: I did my CBT with Surepass in Aug 2021, had a year on a 125 then did a few lessons on their 650cc bikes before doing full licence - MOD1 & 2. From start the finish their instruction is second to none, attention to detail, and their professionalism is obvious throughout, not letting the slightest error in your riding go uncorrected which fully prepares you for the tests. I actually failed my MOD1 twice due to my own mindset which was born out of wanting to pass so badly, self induced pressure, which they identified straight away and again worked on with one to one instruction to guide me. These guys WANT you to pass 100% and they will get you there with all the skills you need to be safe and confident on the road. 5*

Fantastic experience: Did my CBT, took me two attempts, the first time I did it was on a manual which I found more difficult and was not confident so they recommended me come back and try on an automatic of which I then passed with confidence, the staff where amazing and very happy to now be able to ride my 125cc scooter!

Fantastic experience: Came here for a free lesson which is only avaliable at 15:30 for those who has never ridden a motorbike. Mark? (Sorry I'm bad with names) was really helpful during the lesson giving you everything you need to know to get yourself ready and moving. Being a good teacher, and a lover of bikes, I have booked myself a CBT using the manual bike. Which I passed This place uses Kawasaki and Honda bikes mainly Update: if you want to do your motorbike licence, the instructors will nag on your mistakes (Kenny especially) but they only want you to pass, learn from your mistakes, and ride safely. Hopefully I'll get my A licence soon thanks guys Update: Passed 1st time early in the year, thanks guys

Fantastic experience: Firstly I would like to thank Zoe who was very patient and explained the whole process from CBT to DAS which I completed and got my full Licence, Secondly the instructors Matt and Kenny were absolutely brilliant, I think I was lucky with Kenny's recent mishap where he was fully focused on us for our MOD 1 training and Matt was getting my confidence back on the road, long and tiring rides but at the end it all paid off. I would strongly recommend them and wish them all the best for the future.

From the first enquiry call, to CBT and then direct access, Surepass have a level of friendly professionalism that just puts you at ease. They explain everything perfectly and make you feel ready to take the test by the end of your training days. Fantastic experience: It’s simple..you want to pass your CBT, DAS go and see them!! You will pass your test! I was a non rider, complete newbie looking to do DAS, 57 years old and absolute beginner with a lot of worry about whether I should even be doing this! They were brilliant from the word go! A great welcome, steady professional friendly training, confidence boosting assurances and a complete belief in there ability to get anyone through! You get so much time on the bike that you feel it’s glued to you by the end. No skimping on there time or effort and 100% is put in to your course. Thanks to both Kenny and Matt!! Excellent course, had a great time and some good craic with the instructors and fellow students. They were very professional and taught me everything I needed to know to get me through. Negative experience: I went there to my CBT and they tock the MIT out how fat I'm am and tweet poeple with leaning disability with no respected course I have learning disability. So I don't rereckment they for people with learning disabilities

Negative experience: Had a cbt booked got a puncture the day before I was due to do it, I did ring in but was classed as a no show and they kept my money will not be using these guys ever again and strongly recommend to every there just a bunch of monkeys

They give clear instructions while you are out on a bike and detailed feedback to help you improve your skills and get you ready for the tests. Positive experience: I was left alone with a moped which I can't even ride during that time. Even tho I didn't had any problems. Stuff was very professional but they are in a mess if comes to organisation. Been there 8:30 as they told me to and we had to wait till 9:20 for others which they didn't arrived. Would recommend just because of trainers. Not because how place is running.

Fantastic experience: Having never been on a bike before the guys at surepass made me feel at home on one in no time, with all the patience of saints they guided me through all my slow manoeuvres before getting me on the road to check i had retained everything they had instructed me throughout the day. Fantastic experience: Excellent bunch of instructors (I had Matt), they're all easy-going and humorous, never making a big-deal out of my ineptness, and my day-long course was most enjoyable and informative. I would highly recommend Surepass Rider Training to anyone, no matter the student's prior experience or ability. We rode first-class bikes which were all in excellent condition. Plenty of helmets, jackets, leggings etc were also available for the students without appropriate gear.

Fantastic experience: After completing my CBT in May 2018 I decided to go straight onto a DAS course rather than get a 125 with L plates! I booked up with the surepass team in Plympton. After 4 days training and today the test day I passed module 1 & 2 at the first attempt. Then headed straight Off down to GT motorcycles to pick up the bike that I’d bought 4 weeks ago. I cannot thank Kenny, Gren, Matt and Kev enough for their professional but fun training - great bunch of guys. All the best. Gareth
