Fantastic experience: I recently attended a direct access course and i passed both my mod 1 and mod 2 first time, having ridden smaller bikes and cars for many many years i had picked up a few bad habits to say the least. With their brilliant way of training/teaching i was able shake most of the bad habits off. Great bunch of instructors which use a unique and freindly way of teaching that made it enjoyable, me feel comfortable and increased my confidence.. thankyou guys!! Overjoyed at my pass although slightly saddened since i wont be returning and wont get chance to join in on the freindly banter anytime soon, all the best guys, thanks again, josh (aka hotwheels)

Fantastic experience: Awesome day thanks to the team there! Knowledgeable and fun bunch that are comforting for beginners and great for a renewal. Special thanks to Ryan in particular as I managed to pick a quiet day giving me a 1 to 1 and he couldn't have been better! Patient with me, funny and all around great guy. I'll be sure to be back for my big test at some point as now I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for a test. Again Ryan's an awesome guy!

Negative experience: Do not use this company first off there not nice people make you feel uncomfortable they told me I didn’t pass or fail and I need to come back for more training which I need to pay 70£ an hour for 2 hours I went to another cbt test somewhere els with the same skill and knowledge and passed straight away just shows they just want as much money they can get out of you

1st Class Motorcycle Training

Coincidently we often rate our customers own riding ability/performance the same as they rate us in their google review. We do make it very clear in our booking process and at the start of the day that you will need to be able to demonstrate safe and proper control of the vehicle whilst training with us. You will also need to have a good understanding of the highway code or at least understand the basic principles of dealing with roundabouts, junctions and interacting with traffic to be safe whilst riding on the road. Not being able to reach this standard will result in further training being required and an additional charge is applied for this. This charge is because you need further training, because you are not up to the required standard. This additional cost only applies to those who require further training and is currently £35/hr not and never has been £70/hr. The majority of our customers fully understand this when booking and take the responsible approach of undertaking learning prior to attending as required. The majority of our customers do get through first time. We do give very clear and professional tuition to every student who attends training with us, however, it is not possible to make someone understand/ learn. The result of your training course is based on your performance during the day. Information regarding the standards set by the DVSA regarding CBT training can be viewed via the DVSA CBT guide website. Please feel free to complain to them that you were not safe and therefore did not complete the course.
